2024-04-21 12:40:00The room we were assigned was not only clean and spacious but also boasted a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for those who cherish a home-cooked meal even when traveling.Despite its close proximity to the freeway, the hotel is a haven of peace. The soundproofing is exceptional, ensuring that the hustle and bustle of the outside world does not intrude upon the calm atmosphere within. The complimentary breakfast was nothing short of exceptional. With a wide variety of choices, from healthy options to indulgent treats. The only drawback was the parking fee. An additional charge of $10 per day for self-parking seemed a tad steep, especially for guests staying multiple nights. While this is not uncommon in city hotels, it is something to consider when budgeting for your stay.Dont forget to check out the nearby Dos Lagos lakeside park. Such a delightful place to visit!

2024-03-29 17:44:31Very nice stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. This was our first stay in Southern California and we received a lot of suggestions on places to visit and things to do.Esmeralda kept our room very clean and tidy during our stay. She checked on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. We definitely felt taken care of. I would happily stay at this hotel again if we are in the area.

2024-06-20 00:00:54Stayed in this hotel for a second time after an incident last year where staff put our name under a different room and allowed another set of guests into our room, so we had some IHG points built up. Booked to stay for a week, but on the third night there was another incident where the night staff attempted to open and let in an unknown intoxicated man into the room my wife and I were staying in without our consent. At around 3am, the night staff showed up and kept unlocking our door and attempting to push it open despite our pleas to stop and pushing the door closed against him multiple times. The intoxicated man he was with was in his underwear and banging on our door, calling out our names to party and making the whole situation even more alarming and confusing. They finally left when we told them we called the police. Corona PD showed up to escort us out of the unsafe hotel room, and the night staff said they thought the intoxicated man knew us since they stayed in that room before. The next day, management laughed at us for staying here a second time after the first incident last year, and would only refund us for the last night. When we asked for the first two nights to be comped as well, he said he couldnt do that and gave us points instead, which by his logic we shouldnt use since it was our fault for staying here again. When we mentioned going to corporate about this situation, he threatened to take the points away from us but relented in the end after my wife called him out on it. The manager also said the night staff only noted the intoxicated man had urinated on another guests door, but not the incident with our hotel room. He acknowledged that the staff went against policy in giving another person information about their guests. My wife has been traumatized by the incident and is hesitant to ever stay in a hotel again. IHG is not a help with refunding the rest of the stay since it is up to the hotels discretion.

2024-03-09 23:50:50Very nice rooms. The layout of the hotel is a little awkward. The only elevators are at one end of the building so if your room is at the other end it is tiresome. Since I have two bad knees it is infuriating. When we booked, we requested a handicap room. When we arrived, we were given a regular room at the far end and on the fourth floor. So be sure to emphasize your requests.Kitchenette is a nice addition.

2024-02-28 17:40:27I was at a beautiful wedding at Glen Ivy Golf Course in Corona this past weekend for some friends. I originally thought I would head home that night, but after reception and drinks I decided against it. I booked one of their rooms at 20:00 and got confirmation right away and money taken out of my account. I had left the reception 2 hours later with some of the other party and arrived at hotel, 8 min away. I get there and this is when it all started. The lady told me that the rooms were sold out and they are sorry. Huh? I had my confirmation and paid in full? We sat at the front chatting for about 15-30 min. Finally she said I’ll try to get a room, but it hasn’t been cleaned or wouldn’t have sheets? Huh? At this point I just said do what you can cause hotels close we’re all booked up. They said they would call me, which they did around 23:00 as I was hanging out in a friend’s room. I asked about a discount, but they said nothing I can do. I got to my hotel room and all that was there was a bed with one sheet on it, that’s it probably not a clean room at all. Craziest experience to date for me atleast for a hotel. Tried to speak with a manager, no luck. I got charged the full price which is crazy to me, and it’s been 5 days and they are still holding my deposit as well.Only high point for me was a super friendly gentleman who was in training, but he was great and I wish I could remember his name to thank him. I guess I also got a “room” to sleep in but you don’t take someone’s money right away, then inform them no rooms available, then put me in a dirty room with no sheets or covers, still charge me full price, no discounts, and hold my deposit still 5 days later. NOT a pleasant experience. 3 star is just for super friendly outgoing guy in training 👏👏 young man who himself deserves 5 star and a raise. He called me and tried for me but said he was in training, his hands were tied. I’m sure it was a systems error, but there should be methods in place for that and under NO circumstance charge full price and hold an extra deposit for almost already a week.

2024-04-18 19:48:42They dont accommodate the handicap visitors. I reserved an accessible room, even notified them in advanced that I needed first floor due to my handicap father. They gave me the 4th floor, and a hearing accessible room. Well, that was a waist of effort. Friendly front desk staff though.

2023-10-17 01:42:09Before I even review the room we stayed in I want to state that the management of this hotel and the upper management of this chain do not care about the safety of their guests. My husband and I returned to the floor we were staying on after a quick errand to find one of the front desk attendees and a family trying to get in to our room. The front desk attendee questioned us about staying in the room, stating that there was no one listed for the room. After my husband showed that we had a card, they apologized, and said they would bring us new keycards for the room (they were deactivated). My husband went down to the front desk and found out that the family had actually went into our room when we were out. The front desk attendee that checked us in put our names under a different room in the system.Accidents happen, but we were concerned with the idea that we could have been in there and things could have escalated. My husband called to report the incident and was told we would receive a phone call from upper management in a half an hour; closer to an hour we received a text message instead, barely acknowledging what had happened. Once we returned from our trip my husband reached out again also mentioning receiving a text message instead of a phone call; we received some points that equal $200 dollars. We will not be staying at any IHG hotels again. The room itself was ok, however, the sheets had stains, and the towels were mismatched. The elevators were the slowest I have ever been on. Overall the cost is not worth the stay.
