Unfortunately we had to viait urgent care. I want to say that our nurse was so pleasant. She made me feel like I was the most important patient. The doctor who helped us was also very attentative, personable, and gave a high level of care.Please know that the staff here ia highly recommended

Wonderful staff. I told the doctor that I wish he was available to be my primary care. He was thoughtful and spent time explaining, drawing pictures to help me understand. I received excellent advice. I would recommend anyone to use this StatMed office for their urgent care needs.

My 19 yo daughter has had step for 4 days and they sent her home with no antibiotics even though someone else in the house has it and we told them that. No one called to tell us. I’ve called everyday and never got an answer. Finally got ahold of them today and they claimed to have left voicemails and called both our numbers which just isn’t true. The provider was not kind or understanding at all. My daughter had to miss 4 days (so far) of college and work. Really disappointed in this urgent care location.

I was fortunate to encounter an exceptional nursing practitioner who skillfully relocated my dislocated toe without the aid of an available X-ray on a Sunday. Youre truly remarkable!Unfortunately, I endured an hour of discomfort in a stuffy, unventilated room with a closed door while experiencing the pain of a fractured and dislocated toe before mustering the courage to seek assistance. The nurses promptly provided an ice pack and pain relief. Despite the initial discomfort, it was a positive experience overall. Thank you.

Each person I encountered (there were a total of 3 on this visit) was friendly, caring, compassionate, confident, and capable. There are two reasons why I didnt give a 5 star rating. First, I never received the notes the doctor said I would after the visit with my instructions on how to proceed which is why I didnt take my own notes. Second, the app I was forced to use did not let me know what my next steps were after checking in. Was I to stay in my car? Would the office call me when it was my turn? Should I come into the office? I waited for 10 minutes in my car and then decided to go in.

Ive seen a few different providers in the last couple of years and they are all amazing! The whole staff makes sure that you understand what is going on and what the next steps are. They are very efficient and everyone seems to care about you the patient. I will gladly drive from Tracy to be seen when I need to go to urgent care.

Great experience! I booked an appointment the same day and as seen 30-minutes later. The Front Office Associate, Back Office MA, and on-site PA were all very kind and attentive. Needed a quick physical to clear my daughter to play school sports. We got an appointment the same day and did not have to wait when we got there. The staff was pleasant. The doctor did a quick but thorough job, even giving some follow up suggestions about a concern that our regular pediatrician had basically ignored. I would definitely recommend StatMed.

Today was our 3rd visit this week and Dr Loren and the staff have been so amazing to my 2 year old Victoria and to us. They are so caring and they listen to our concerns and explain things so carefully. My 2 year old normally is not a fan of a doctor office but the 3 times we have been to Stat Med she has been in such a great mood and enjoys her time there. Summary:If you need urgent care go here. Its a $200 flat rate to be seen + additional costs if you need additional services (injections, x-rays, etc). As of 09/2023 this is a very fair price.Detailed:I was seen by Lauren (Front Desk), Veronica (Medical Assistant), and Kellie (Nurse Practitioner). All three staff members were friendly, efficient, and clearly answer any questions.Financial:I spent hours stressing out about which urgent care to go to, how it would pan out without insurance (paying out of pocket), and if the urgent care facility was going to cheat me. Lauren explained how the payment system worked and was very transparent what to expect. My friend, a former Family Care MD, said that an urgent care visit is typically $250-500 depending on what needs to be done. STAT MED Urgent Cares pay scale was right on the money. I spent $30 at CVS getting the prescription filled for a total out of pocket expense of $230. Thats $230 well spent rather than risking a worsening illness that could develop into a $10k hospital stay.Care:Veronica and Kellie were friendly, yet down to business. Efficient and focused, they asked targeted questions to assess my medical condition and how to proceed from there. I expressed my anxiety over the complexity of the medical industry to Kellie and she bantered with me; instantly melting my tension. Her energy put me at ease.This was one of the most pleasant medical experiences Ive had. Clear and simple, comforting and quick. I recommend STAT MED Urgent Care.

The online check in process is AWESOME. It took less than 10 minutes to provide all new patient info, insurance details and confirm an appointment. I was also able to confirm, and check-in (digitally) all ahead of time. The staff is really* great—and I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of urgent care. Im grateful to have found my “go-to” next time I’m in need of medical attention.

The customer service and care at this clinic is always superb. I have visited the Livermore location on several occasions for things such as getting a booster shot, and testing for COVID and the flu. On each visit, the front desk has been friendly and helpful. The medical staff and doctors are always knowledgeable, kind and attentive. For each visit at this location, I am able to be seen on short notice. I noticed the staff keeps me informed while Im waiting and tries to minimize wait times. Overall, I always have a wonderful experience and appreciate the care and services at this location.

Made an appointment online first thing in the morning easily. I submitted all of my paperwork ahead of time online as well. The whole process was simple and easy to complete.After check-in, due to my symptoms I was asked to wait outside until they could test me for covid-19. They said I could wait in my car but I had parked far away (close parking was unavailable) and due to being sick I was too exhausted to walk back to my car again so I ended up just sitting on the curb outside. It would be nice if they had outdoor seating if this is a common practice.My appointment was for 9:30, and around 9:50 I was called in (after my negative covid result). The PA Loren was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He gave me a nebulizer treatment which helped my breathing immensely, and gave me several prescriptions that would help my symptoms while I awaited further lab results. I left feeling much better, even though I would still need to wait one more day for the results of a test for bacterial infection. He said to call back around mid afternoon the next day if I hadnt heard from them.This is where I knocked off a star. I had to call 4 times the next day before finally getting the results of my lab work and my antibiotics prescription, at 6:40pm (20 minutes before they close at 7pm). The first time I called, they didnt have the results yet, the next time I called, they had the results but the receptionist couldnt talk about it with me, only the doctor or PA could do that, and my PA from the day before wouldnt be back in until Monday. I laughed, read to her what my paperwork said from my visit the day before, and that I could talk to whatever doctor was there today about my test results so I could get my prescription. A person doesnt come to Urgent Care to wait 4 days for a prescription. Thats not Urgent.Anyway so she said ok but the doctor that was there was busy, shell have to call me back. So I wait a couple hours, then call again, still busy. I kindly and patiently remind her of who I am and she politely apologizes and reassures me that the doctor will call soon when shes done with her paperwork. I get it, theyre busy. But I know how easy it is to forget about things when youre busy so I say OK but if I dont hear soon, Ill be calling back again...About 5 minutes later the doctor ended up calling me back and was able to give me my prescription.I am thankful that they were kind about the whole process and not dismissive of me at all, but I do wish that I didnt need to call so many times and practically insist on them not forgetting about me and the care I was still expecting and needed.Overall, I would definitely go back, but I do hope they improve their method for updating their patients after the initial appointment (I see others gave negative reviews about this aspect as well).

I had an allergic reaction to something I ate… Since I was out of town, I called my insurance company and they referred me to Stat Med Urgent Care in Livermore, Ca. That was the best urgent care that I have been to in a very long time!!! From the moment I walked in, Jennifer the medical assistant at the front desk was very kind and concerned and attended to me quickly, I was taken back to a room and then the physician assistant Mr. Bauman came in quickly and he was by far exceptional, very professional, very kind and very concerned… After he triaged me, I was given a prednisone shot and I was also given a prescription to start taking after I left the office as well… I literally felt better within the hour and I could not be grateful enough for the fast response, professionalism and concern from this whole office… Thank you Stat Med Urgent Care for caring, it really goes a long way!!!

We had to use urgent care because our pediatrician’s office does not offer flexible walk-in options for sick visit… that’s how we found this place. This center is great in terms of COVID protocols, professionalism, and genuine care of patients. We only saw two doctors and both are super friendly. Loren is a super star.We found the wait time bearable. It feels like the kind of place full of light and warmth to have you mentally disarmed and relieved when you walk out.

I had an top rate experience with Loren B. I had some small glass shards that that had been trapped in my finger and he was extremely through, provided options and did a great job working to extract the glass! He knows his stuff! Unlike many urgent care facilities, I was able to make an appointment! On a weekend! (Other facilities were going to make me wait hours in my car on a hot day) . The staff was very efficient and friendly and very knowledgeable. The medical professionals on staff that day were great. Very experienced, very well informed, knowledgeable and took the time to listen and to explain and to provide detailed care. I would absolutely recommend. It was a bit of a drive for me but worth it as nothing closer was either 1) open or 2) had wait times of less than three hours They worked with the CVS to escalate the prescriptions. En Excellent experience considering how miserable I felt.

I had a very good experience at my visit to STAT MED. I called before leaving my home and was informed the wait would be 40-60 min, so I was prepared for a bit of a wait. When my wife and I arrived we were greeted with a smile. The assistant was nice and efficient checking me in. The office was clean and comfortable, albeit a bit sparce. The TV was tuned to a very annoying cartoon, with the volume set too loud. Quite honestly I would have given 5 stars if not for the TV channel selection. When the doctor arrived to the exam room, he immediately apologized for the long wait. Dr. Loren was extremely nice and very patient, allowing me to fully describe the history that I believe led to the pain in my ankle. Most doctors would have cut me off and given me a rushed diagnosis. He had a great bedside manner. I felt confident and reassured after my visit that the injury to my ankle was not too serious.

I was having terrible back pain when I went to Stat Med. They got me in right away (although sitting in their comfortable waiting room for awhile wouldnt have been like other waiting rooms). Everyone was super nice and helpful. The PA Schmidt was very kind, evaluated me quickly, and prescribed the medicine I needed. I was able to get my flu shot and Covid booster shot while I was there, too! I had difficulty with my prescription bc the pharmacy I selected was closed, and the staff at Stat Med, especially Courtney, was exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend Stat Med. If youre feeling bad, they will take care of you quickly, professionally, and kindly.

I had a horrible experience at this urgent care. I went in feeling very sick and a high degree of fever. They did a covid test and a basic flu test which turned out negative. Then they sent my samples to the lab to conduct several other tests for influenza, virus etc. all that ran up my lab test bill to $600. They did not bother giving me a heads up that these may be additional tests that insurance will not cover. Additionally, they did not bother to even call and inform me of the test results. Now I am stuck with a $600 lab test bill for unnecessary tests and a separate visitation charge of $125. This is proof of America’s broken health care system where people relying on urgent care centers are also heavily billed and not even informed of the same. I was also seen by a RN and no doctor, which makes me wonder, what is the point of seeking healthcare at an urgent care?

Went for a Covid test and after the results came back negative they wanted me to see the doctor for an exam--weird, didnt ask for one but they said that I would need one whether or not the results were positive or negative. Think it is just a way to make more money. Asked receptionist about it and she said she would check on it and then hung up on me--never did get an answer and didnt have the exam!

I went to the Stat Med Livermore location to get a Covid Test. We parked outside and Cindy came out to swab me, Fifteen minutes later, Kelly their PA walked to my car to give me my results. Very quick and staff was very friendly and helpful. I injured my ankle and I came in and got seen, got an ex ray, and was in a splint and crutches and out the door within an hour. I checked in online my appointment was made for 4:30pm. The lady at the desk asked if I tested for Covid and I said “yes, I just took a home test and it was negative.” Even though I was negative, they still made me wait in my car for well over an hour and I had to go inside to use the restroom a couple of times and I finally complained that it’s getting too cold outside! She finally let me in a storage room until the nurse came in. She gave me a flu and Covid test. The doctor came in and checked me and prescribed medication. After the fact I realized that they did not take my blood pressure or temperature like they normally do. I thought this visit was highly unusual.

There was more care and tests put into my appt than the other urgent cares I have experienced in the past. This is our first time to Stat-Med and couldn’t have been happier! Jennifer was who we worked with during our COVID tests and she was incredibly nice, sincere, and full of patience. She took time to answer the questions I had and regardless if they were asked for the 100th time that day (due to the recent surge COVID) was attentive to our needs and genuinely showed she cared. A wonderful human being! The gentleman who called with our results to the woman who called to follow up later in the evening we’re the same! Stat Med was recommended to me as a site where I could get my Covid-19 vaccines. The process was patient-friendly. I contacted the vaccine coordinator on Friday and had an appointment Monday. The staff were friendly and professional. I was in and out in 20 minutes.My second visit for my second dose of Moderna vaccine was also a good experience. I have taken my kids to Stat Med UC before and have always had a great experience. When it came time to schedule my covid shot I heard that our local Stat Med was offering shots for those that qualify. I emailed and worked with Hailey to set up my appointment and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions and got me all set up. When I arrived for my shot the whole process was streamlined so well that I was in and out of there in less than 25 minutes. The whole team was helpful and friendly, and my experience was fantastic. I would recommend Stat Med for any urgent care needs and covid shots.

Had a 11 o clock appointment and we got attended to at 12. They took care of people who came in after us. At least 3 people came in after us and get attended to. They did not respect our time. This was not a priority based queue but rather a time based queue. Very poor management of appointments. One patient walked into their office and got attended yo before us. It was as if we were invisible even after talking to their staff three times reminding them that we were there. I just don’t understand what went wrong here but the experience felt pathetic to us. Received my 2nd vaccine shot yesterday at Stat Med Urgent Care in Livermore. Arrived at our appointed time, checked in at the front desk within two minutes and directed out back for the vaccination. We had only about a three to four minute wait before being vaccinated by Sarah who does an excellent job of providing comfort and administering the shot. We were asked to wait for a clocked 15 minutes where Sarah checked in on us. After 15 minutes she handed us the completed vaccination cards and congratulated us. A very smooth and efficient process.

Its worth the drive and I often think its still faster then waiting in to be see in Tracy.I found myself in need of a visit on a Friday evening (Tracy Sutter Urgent Care said they had a 2hr wait). Had my first Covid test yesterday and didn’t know what to expect. I’ve heard it’s super easy and I’ve heard it’s awful. I’ve heard people waiting weeks to get their results. So no the case here. After a brief telephone call to schedule my appointment and give insurance info, I had a quick video chat with a doctor, then went for the actual test. I think I was at the facility (drive up, stay in car) less than two minutes. The test was noninvasive and quick. And. Had a phone call with my negative results within ten (maybe fifteen) minutes. I cut my hands loading some trash yesterday. I knew I was going to need a few stitches. I dont have health insurance. I called around trying to find a reasonable option for addressing my wounds. I was contemplating driving over to highland hospital where I could get low-cost care if not free at the county hospital. I called stat med. She said office visits 175. And that laceration repair was $250. I responded so youre saying like $500 to put some stitches in my hand. She said no it would only be $250. So I came in and paid their $175 up front. I said I had been quoted $250 for a laceration repair do you want me to pay that now. No lets take care of that on the back side. I had a very positive experience with your staff. The Doctor probably spent 20 minutes putting stitches in. I go up front and the bills $450. I think thats north of $1,000 an hour.I went back to the office twice and called once trying to talk to a manager. Explain the situation to the front desk. He said he left a note for the manager. I never heard from them. This behavior lacks honesty and integrity.3/4/22 UpdateStat Med sent me a bill today for another $150. I stopped by livermore office. They said i was paid in full. I called the number on the bill. was on hold for 30 minutes. They said i was paid in full.Do I recall a story or a movie where the insurance company sends out fraudulant bills to see if people will just pay them without questioning them?

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough.Ed, one of the Nurse Practitioners, was able to prescribe the correct antibiotics for my mom’s infection, that the infectious disease specialists at Stanford were not able to figure out.Kellie, another Nurse Practitioner, was also able to diagnose another infection on a different date. Because she noticed some other concerning issues with my mom, Kellie referred us to San Ramon Regional Medical Center where Kellie’s concerns were validated. Had Kellie not sent my mom to ER, she might not have survived the week.I am very grateful for the excellent care STAT Urgent Care offers. The wait time and costs are much less than going to a hospital ER, providing it’s a non-emergency issue.The staff is very friendly, supportive and helpful.

Very disappointed in statmed business and how they handled their mistake.My father and I were seen on 08/14/21 after a car accident. They started to take my vital but since they said my dad needed to go to the ER instead, they suspended my visit (and refunded $20 office copay) and said i can make another appointment. I took my dad to ER and came back to make another appointment for 8/16/21.Months later I was charged for both days. I called the office multiple times but they said they dont deal with billing and i have to call their billing department instead. I called the billing department (5 times) in which took more than a month to get me around the loop, and my problem still hasnt been solved. None of them is offering to give me a callback, but instead, they told me i need to call in to get an update since they are very busy. Right???? Somebody at the office made a mistake, and now im the one who has to chase after their mistake. After 7 calls (2 to the office, 7 to the billing departments), I was told that they decided to charge me for both days, even i they suspended my first appointment. I didnt get any recommendation or treatment beside having my vital checked. Now im left to pay both bills. Ridiculous!

Went there to get checked for an infection and was told I would get a call back no more than three days, it’s been 2 weeks… i’ve called twice now asking for my results myself and they told me both times somebody will call me back because they’re too busy and I’m STILL waiting for the call. I went (walk-in) to Stat Med, yesterday, because it was the only urgent care open earlier than 10. I got there about 8:15. There was no waiting. The staff welcomed me genuinely and made me feel very comfortable. There were Ricola and face masks at the counter. Ricola! Yes! Very thoughtful! I was suffering from bronchitis, didnt know it. The doctor really listened to me. I am very sensitive to medications, so he subscribed accordingly. I finally slept a few hours last night. My coughing has decreased substantially, this morning. I give this great location, great staff, and great doctor a 10! My daughter was able to get me an appointment with Stat Med urgent care for my first and second covid-19 vaccine shots. So now I can rest knowing I am now covered 100%!So much easier than calling, calling, calling, to sit in a mile-long line for hours and hours as we see on the news.This particular urgent care facility located in our grocery store strip are very organized. I was happy that there were no lines and they are quick to get you inand out of there in 15 minutes. I highly recommend for those of you having trouble getting appointments, just walk right into an Urgent Care office or Pharmacy and ask if they are giving vaccines. Chances are they just might have vaccines to administer. You might also get info, if they are unable to help you, and send you to a place that is actively administering the vaccines. STAT MED will be able to help you or lead you to someone who can help you. They are located by Safeway on First St. In Livermore.Wonderful group of people who can turn you around in 15min and NO LINE!

My toddler had hurt her arm the night before and I took her to the Tracy urgent care to be told shes fine after being seen for less than 30 seconds I mentioned to the doctor how she had popped her elbow out about a year ago he told me that is not what happened tonight she has a sprain or a small fracture its going to hurt shes going to cry go home if I want to waste my time and money her here is an xray slip go to the er. She cried all night when I woke up I took her to STAT MED and was seen very quickly dr knew exactly what was wrong with her the second she saw her, her elbow had popped out of place. I had the great luck of waking up this morning with a UTI. I knew I wasnt going to wait until Monday to get to a Dr for something Ive had before. Plus with my high deductible plan, a Drs visit runs about $250. I called Stat Med and asked about their cash rate for an office visit and in office lab. They said the rate for an office visit is $175 plus $45 for the lab. Not bad. So I called Sutter Health Walk in clinic in Dublin and was told their cash rate was $125 but they couldnt tell me what the lab would cost and then said I would most likely be sent to labcorp for the test.... geeezzzz just for a UTI??? I would definitely be spending more than $220 not to mention the time it would take. So I called Stat Med back to make a reservation and was told to they didnt have any patients at the moment but they put me down at 11am just to be on the safe said. The gentleman on the phone was great; very polite and helpful. I even got a text message confirming my reservation.When I arrived I was the only patient there. Got checked in, and was told since I have an HMO plan, I get an even bigger discount than the cash rate and my whole visit would only be $125!!! WoooHooo. I met with the medical assistant and then Dr. who confirmed my UTI and wrote me a Rx to take with me. Side note - they can fill your Rx for you in office if you dont want to go to the pharmacy - I had to go to Walmart anyway, so I took a paper Rx with me. The medical assistant and Dr with both super nice and quick, which was great because again, its Saturday morning - I really dont feel like hanging out at urgent care for any longer than I have to. All in all, I was in and out in about 30 min. Now Im on the mend and will be back to normal in about 7 days. Stat Med was great and if me or my family need a quick Drs visit, well just got to Stat Med and not hassle with our primary care Dr. unless we really have to.

Called for a COVID test and got an appointment for the initial video/phone consult. At the designated time, no one called. After almost two hours, I called them and they said my appointment had been changed to several hours later but no one contacted me to let me know that.Took the test July 10. I was looking for a Covid19 vaccine site for my husbandand and I, it was almost imposible to get it through my health provider Kaiser, I email Stat Med for Covid19, Hailey Finnane the coordinator, she made it happen, very kind, prompt response and she guided me through with emails. It was a great a experience, small clinic right in Livermore, no waiting for hours like those massive sites, clean and professional, just wait out side for 5 minutes they come out to greet us, ask us to come in to register our ids and insurance cards to put them in the system, all with masks and safe distance, they ask us to go arround the building to a tent to be call inside the back door for the vaccine and waited for 15 minutes for any bad reaction, every thing was fine, took us like 1 hour for my husband and I, we are very grateful!!!Thank you Hailey Finnane and the girls inside the office.

I’d been dealing with a pretty bad cough for nearly two weeks when I came to Livermore to visit my daughter and her family. The cough got so bad I couldn’t catch my breath and I was gagging. Just before midnight Saturday night, I decided I needed an urgent care. I found MedStat through a Google search and I was thrilled I could schedule an appointment for first thing SUNDAY morning. Upon arrival, I was warmly and compassionately greeted. I was seen promptly and given a thorough check. After a nebulizer treatment to open my airways and reduce wheezing, they took a chest X-ray right in the premises. A remote radiologist read it almost immediately. My prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy I requested and I was on my way! This was the absolute best experience a 65-year old woman with breathing difficulty could have asked for! If they were in my home town, I would quickly make them my first choice for medical care! I can’t praise them enough!

I would not give more than 1 star rating for the services provided. The urgent care sent my lab sample for a throat culture. When I called the urgent care after 2 days to get the result of the throat culture, I was told that the lab refused to run the test as the container in which the sample was sent was an expired one !!. What kind of urgent care provides this kind of service.

I called a month in advance to make appointment for Covid tests, and they documented all my information and said they would send a zoom link for an video call first. No email conformation, and I didnt receive any zoom link message. I called them an hour before the scheduled video appt( after 5, 6 tries with answering machine, finally a real person picked up the call), the recipient told me they will send the link 30 min before the appt. Yet I received nothing, and no one called me for the video appt. At this point, Im worried how reliable of their service.

Terrible place with no staff and equipment. Called them up for an emergency and inspite of knowing the situation, the person at the reception called in and confirmed they can take care of my mom. They made us wait for an hour and made us pay as soon as we got in so that we cannot leave. Then an assistant takes my mom in and after 5 mins says we need to go Stanford. Without insurance the bill for five mins was $650. I should have gone directly to Stanford or other medical facility.They sound very promising over the phone that they could help. Anyway please avoid this place if there is someone who needs good urgent care.

They charged me a for a follow-up visit I never made. When I called to contest the bill for this phantom call, they promised to review and follow up with me. When I called back after not hearing from them, they had no record of my previous complaint. This happened twice, I finally gave up and paid for the visit I never had when they threatened to turn it over to a collection agency.

On the 7th I was at Stat- Med. The Staff was good. The provider was not however. I went back for a recheck( on the 8th) and I really liked the Provider Debra.. a Professional! Also Bahaar, Jessica, and Bryanna were very kind...if I get sick again in Livermore. I would definitely see Debra and the gang. Also Thank you John

KAISER PATIENTS READ: Saturday morning I wake up with a scratchy throat and a swollen throat. I had strep throat before so i figure i need to get tested right away so i can get on antibiotics. Kaiser is my healthcare provider so I call the RN hotline to schedule an appointment to be seen. Every hospital from Livermore to Walnut Creek was apparently booked solid. They told me my only other option would be a costly trip to the Emergency Room. My mother told me about Stat Med in Livermore and we decided to look on their web page. Upon discovering that they not only accept Kaiser Insurance but provide a discount for Kaiser patients, we called them up without hesitation! I was told to come down immediately; I found parking up front; and was sat down in the doctor’s office in no time! The co pay was but $100 for a strep test which would have been more at a Kaiser Clinic. To top off my satisfaction I found out just 5 minutes after taking the swab whether or not I had Strep. Kaiser would send you home and email you the next day telling you to drive all the way back to pick up pricey medication. I ampleased that smaller clinics are coming to Livermore because it is simply better!

Had one visit. Good service. Paid cash/charge in full. Found out I was overbilled for the first visit after I got a bill in the mail stating I owed more. Went back to resolve this then come to find out they over charged me for the first visit in addition to the separate bill I got in the mail. Now I’m stuck dealing with the billing department in another location.

Excellent urgent care. You can check in online ahead of time, and I was seen within minutes of arriving. They also have a pharmacy onsite so you can pick up some of the most commonly used medications witithout having to make an additional stop at a pharmacy. I would definitely recommend STAT MED.

I had very bad experience at urgent care at tracy where we live so my husband took me to this place and I was pretty sure its gonna be the same... but I was surprised everyone was so nice and they listen to you and they all educated and have a good experience and they go all the way to help you ... spend time with you I spent like 2 hours ..
