Excellent program! Completed training in June 2017. Mr. and Mrs. Mark and Kristy Dunning were absolutely FANTASTIC. Their passion for Senior Care is clearly shown. They were both extremely knowledgeable and their experience speaks for itself. The unique and out of the box thinking, creative ideas, documentation, processes and the superbly created material are very helpful, not only to a startup Agency but also to an established one. AHI Group is what God delivered to our door when we asked God to guide our home care agency startup.My husband and I were about to join a home care consultation group that promised to help initiate our license but provided three months access to their training course. I attended the weeklong Bootcamp at the end of last year 2022, the class was great and somewhat overwhelming due to a lot of information in such a short time, would have preferred to be in a classroom setting for 10 days instead of virtual class for 5 days.I am currently reviewing the bootcamp classes again {Slowly)The CEO and other staff did an awesome job of teaching!Overall, I would definitely recommend Ahi Group to help start your home care business!

My partners and I started corresponding with AHI after reviewing the numerous 5 star reviews. The first phone call we had was with a woman named Michelle. Michelle was very informative, professional and welcoming. Our next call was with Gary M. He was rude, short and condescending. Instead of admitting that he didnt know the answers to the questions we were asking, he decided being brute was the better solution. After him we spoke to his wife, also Michelle. Who later set up a meeting with the CEO Mark Dunning. The first call we had with him went very well. Mark was personable and very informative. He answered any and all questions we had, we felt that dealing with Gary must have been a fluke.That is until we requested another meeting with Mark Dunning after our acceptance into the program. This time, his tone was completely different after calling me 10 mins late into our meeting time. He was short, curt and down right rude. One of my partners missed the initial meeting with Mark and had a couple of questions before we paid the fee. Mark couldnt have been more bothered. He told us he was wasting time with us and that he was close to his 500 membership.As the CEO of this company one would assume to want members who are inquiring about the details of the program. We wanted to know the qualifications of his coaches and possibly speak to an existing member of AHI. Instead we were told we didnt need to sign on to his company. This is alarming to hear after only talking to this CEO 2 times. If Mark Dunning was so proud of his company and had nothing to hide, why would he find an attack on his character or company if future members wanted to talk to existing members to get an idea of the atmosphere or to make sure the working relationships are cohesive with qualified coaches. He then told us we spoke to one of the coaches, which was Garys wife Michelle. Who only scheduled our meeting with Mark and relayed information in between. I didnt even realize she was a coach, I thought she was in office administration or secretarial role.Im putting certain words in quotes because this business is not accredited in the Better Business Bureau and the behavior given by Mark Dunning raised red flags.Anyone who reads this, please take heed.

I was hesitant when I first came across AHI group, it took me two years to finally say yes am in. April is amazing, she was patient with me answered my calls and questions even though I know she knew I wasn’t sure, Manuel, oh my God is AMAZINGLY AMAZING, he followed up with me, picked my calls and trust me I think he can hear my voice in his sleep but he was always cheerful to hear from me. Boot camp was amazing and informative, I thought I knew it all till boot camp started, but Mark and Christy oh my, the homecare field ain’t got nothing on them, they are the gurus of homecare, they just knew everything, interactive, courteous, knowledgeable etc. after boot camp I can say am confident I can do this because of the support I have from AHI group, I would definitely recommend them, amazingly amazing
