Visited this past Sunday to watch Inside Out 2 (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) this has been the most dirtiest movie theater I’ve been to. The auditorium’s floors were very sticky. I had to turn the light on to my phone to check where the lettering and numbers were located and so I noticed how disgusting it was. Popcorn is good but you can’t have the full nice enjoyable experience with such a dirty place. I will not be returning here.

I came here for the $5 movie night and it was totally worth it. I was in the main large auditorium 1 and it’s all bucket seats which aren’t so bad. But I’m use to the recliner seats. The fountain drinks are self-serve and I think it’s convenient for fast refill. Prices for the concession I think are very reasonable. I will bring my family here again for the discount nights.

I use to love this theater it use to be so peaceful especially going to the earliest showings but now things has changed. I feel like although they check our tickets when going to find our movie that once we get to our showing they should check again before finding our seats. Everytime we go find our seats someone is always sitting in our seats like what’s the point of paying and selecting our seats if people who are not even paying to see the movie is sneaking in and sitting in our seats. It’s quite irritating and the ones who are sneaking in from maybe another movie are the main ones making noise or answering their phones during the movie. It’s not fair to the ones who really pay. Constantly having to tell them to get up out our seats and to shush them to be quiet.

I never leave bad reviews at any place but i needed to leave this review for them to do a better job at keeping the place clean. Place had to be cleaned seats and carpets and floor were dirty as if they just opened the theater back up without any updates it had a really bad smell as well. We usually like getting a snack before watching a movie and we couldnt we just wanted to watch the film and leave. Hope they make changes to this theater.

Its an older theater but still worth the visit. While they dont have reclining seats, they do offer good deals on tickets and at the consession stand. All around it was a good experience. If youre looking for cheap entertainment, check them out. Plus, they have a rewards program. FYI, Sundays tickets are $5 before 6pm.

This place is terrible, I went for the first time and I regretted it, the room was very small, in the seats I had paid for there were already people sitting and they didnt even flinch to move, I had to leave better so as not to cause difficulties, to buy snacks There were only two people and it took forever, in any case we will not return, the only good thing was that they were understanding of the situation and refunded our tickets

Love that this theater is back open had been close due to the pandemic but their $5 all day Tuesday and $5 Sundays before 6pm is amazing and its just across the Lakewood centers so Im happy is back open highly recommended prices on food are affordable as well

Very rude manager or assistant manager today. She was one of the managers because she was standing next to the person that was checking the tickets and in a formal outfit which is very ironic due to how unprofessional she was. Not sure if she was the GM or assistant manager but she was unprofessional i would say. I walked in and i guess the front concession stand was closed. I have poor far away vision so i could not see the signs that it was closed. She told me As you can see there is two signs stating that it is closed and go to the back one. It was in a very rude demeanor and based on her attitude Im sure this was not the first time belittling a customer. Cant even think how she treats her employees if she treats customers like that. I felt really embarrassed but did not say anything. I have been to multiple locations over the years owned by Starlight cinemas including rolling hills, garden grove and Whittier and usually love the customer service. I will NEVER be back to this location due to this issue.

Needs to get with the times as far as seats are concerned, no recliners.We were in theater 5 today to watch Planet of The Apes and was very unpleasantly HOT. Everyone was complaining.We told the woman dressed in black with a name tag that worked there as we left. She seemed to be a manager, but didnt see her name. Her response was ok, ok......no apologies for the temperature in the BIG theater with all of those people. I felt like I was going to pass out.

I am so excited to come to the theater this place and other theaters need to give AMC a better run for their money. I mean theaters could offer classic movie nights once a month. Action movie nights they could do artistic independent movie nights as well as all the typical mainstream movies They could do so many things to get people into the movies. There’s no better visual art experience and a movie on a big screen they could have family nights they could have pet and pet parent nights..I’m so excited to see how this theater is going wow me and then I leave thinking. I got to tell everybody and come back.Not to mention, they could be doing all the retail popcorn with us different displays like Terrifier has a great new popcorn holder that’s coming out with their movieMost importantly, I just cannot wait to get the great customer service like Disneyland or Dutch Bros coffee offers that just makes people want to be loyal customers and tell people so so I’m so excited to come to your movie theater and I know I’m gonna be wowed!
