I got a cold brew and they forgot the syrup but, the lady in the drive thru was so nice. I mean I brought it back as I drove off and tasted it was missing the syrup plus the extra that I asked for..but no problem she was so nice. I mean goes over and beyond. Good workers in there. Good attitude. Very polite and goes extra mile. Thats a good worker. Greeting and service wise. Young man didnt greet but hes very task focused and so thats good too. Will be back . I should have tipped.. im new here lol.. .I barely go to Starbucks but got hooked 3 x now on the White chocolate macadamia nut cold brew.O my goodness... It is kind of odd that the app says all of the locations are out of ALL COLD BREWS ... so dont let that stop u. Im New to the app too.fresh out the cave here. But Im glad they had it. Gives about 4 hour energy for me to work 😂😂😂🙏🙏... good attitude in workers really can brighten your day. Good character. Good workers. Clean place. I went thru the drive thru and the signage is very good in the parking lot to make my trip thru the drive thru for the first time a success. Coffee was at the perfect temperature and was happy with my experience.

I’ve always gone out of my way to go to this location because their service & drinks were always great. However, this past year this location has gone completely down hill. The service is now extremely slow to the point that even if you order ahead through the mobile app you will still be waiting another 10mins for your order to be ready. The service is horrible. With every visit i’ve made here there never fails to be an employee with an attitude. No greeting, no you’re welcome, have a nice day or anything. The young lady with a buzz cut & blonde hair at the register is rude & acts bothered for doing her job that she’s paid to do. I tried to ride it out hoping there would be a change soon but I will be going else where. Hire people that actually want to work & enjoy their job.

I usually order through the app as I am soft-spoken and shy, but my app wasnt working & I was there so I ordered at register. The barista was really nice on the register & it made me feel okay to talk. This Starbucks is close to my home so Ill choose it as my usual now. Thank you for being nice!

I live in the neighborhood and I love this place! Gretchen, the store manager, and her staff, are all friendly, professional and helpful. The store itself is always clean and inviting. It definitely is a sweet spot in the neighborhood!

This was my 1st visit to this location and it was very nice. The inside is clean, although strangely arranged with the restrooms IMMEDIATELY to your right as you enter. The parking can get a little crowded as the drive thru cuts directly behind you.All in all, a very nice vibe should you choose to go in and one of my MOST favorite songs came on to remind me that this must be a good place to be.

Its was all great, I ordered Pink Drink with no ice, and a lot of strawberries, but when I was done with the drink, I started eating strawberries and I almost broke my tooth, It was several times, a little rocks or something was in there, I can feel it because strawberries was crunchy. I know that they are adding dry strawberries, but by the time I was drinking, they got softer, so it wasnt a piece of dry strawberry. I just want to warn you people because I dont think they are using good quality dry strawberries. BE CAREFUL!

Love this place. I go here adleast 3 times a week. Always good service and fast service. The cashiers are very nice and always making conversation with you, while you wait for your coffee. I have no complaints. Good place2/14I love this starbucks. One of my favorite places to go. I visit 2 to 3 times a week, maybe more. All the ladies are nice and helpful. They all make me feel welcome, and I visit so much they all know my order when I come in or come through the drive through. I love the service here. The online and drive up obviously have priority. I ordered one cup of coffee, but at least 5 other orders were completed first several people walked in and out with their orders while I and at least one other walk in customer waited. Staff friendly but just stared at me while I waited.

I live in the neighborhood close by this Starbucks on Spring Street in La Mesa. It’s such a nice upgrade for the area. Nice to be able to walk over and walk in from the entrance on the sidewalk and not have to walk through the parking lot. The building looks good and is surrounded by trees and nice landscaping. Very friendly staff. Well done.

I literally sat in there for 30 minutes waiting and when I asked for my stuff they had no idea what I was talking about. Oh and at least 10 people who got there after me but got their stuff before I did and the only reason I even got my food was because I sat there by the register and watched them do it.

I want to thank the drive thru staff today around 10am sat nov 26th 2022. I ordered 4 drinks and they didnt have a holder for the drinks. Instead of tell me theres nothing they can do, like the other locations do, they went out of there way to put it in a bag with stickers on the lids so it wont spill. I greatly appreciate that. Thank you ❤️.

Im a big fan of their vanilla sweet creme cold brew with cold foam on top. This Starbuck location lets you order ahead which makes things a little easier with a toddler. (Coffee for mom and no ordering with a loud kid lol). The staff here is always friendly for the 2 years Ive been living in this town.Edit- been living here almost three years now and still this is our favorite and closet Starbucks location. I still love how friendly the staff is. My drinks have always come out great!Update: we have been going to this location for a solid three years. They have gotten our orders correct and had quick service.

I ordered my usual grande vanilla latte with oat milk and only 2 pumps of vanilla and it came to a total of 8 dollars and 25 cents. I told the guy that it is usually around 5 dollars and I tried to explain my order again but he kept cutting me off, after 5 minutes I got it down to around 6 dollars and I said ok, well the drink was not right, it was not oat milk and I’m sure there was no vanilla, I was so irritated I tossed it in the nearest bush and went to Dunkin’ ☹️ Why Starbucks why…

They are so overwhelmed that they burn the food and don’t make the drinks correctly. The drinks taste like watered down coffee with non of the flavor you ordered. They are nice just sucks how I have to pray they will get the order correct and disappointed every time

I have been thru the drive thru as well as walked in. And used the bathroom. Everything was clean and spacious. This is a fairly new Starbucks that just opened a few months ago. It is a little tricky to get out of the parking lot except for going North on Spring Street due to its location on a busy corner but plenty of parking here.

Went through the drive thru. The gal taking the order was very nice. Once we got to the window, there was a guy that took my card. I always say than you when they give me my order. Never did I get a “YOURE welcome” or “have a nice day”. Super rude costumer service at window. Oh, when I asked for my receipt I got a nice big eye roll. Even my son was like “yeah, rude”. If you don’t like your job there are plenty of other people that would be happy to take it. This “Karen” won’t be going there anymore. 😆

First time going to the Starbucks on Spring Street because if youre going south down Spring Street its hard to get into. The drinks were good the Baristas were very nice and it was quick to run in opposed to waiting in the Drive-Thru. I will stop in again if Im going north on Spring Street.
