A nice Starbucks that offers plenty of space to enjoy your cup of brew in relative isolation.The coffee is the quality youd expect at any Starbucks. At the time of my visit, the location was very clean. Few patrons inside but a line of cars for their drive-thru service. Plenty of seating both inside and out. I also noticed a few tables umbrellas in case some protection from the sun is needed. Cool and hip background music fills the dining area.

So I’m not a coffee or tea drinker but I had gift cards to use and decided to final order something. I got the egg white bites with a dragon drink. The staff member was so patient with me since I had no clue about the drinks so he explained them to me. The wait time was quick and the bites were steaming hot. This location had plenty of seats inside and outside.

No matter how I go, the employees are always late in getting things done, so when a customer comes, the employees have to stop talking among themselves and greet the customer.If possible, I don’t go to this store.

I was tried and had to make a long drive so I stopped to get a Caramel Frappuccino with an extra shot it did the job. They got my order right. Skim milk, extra caramel, and extra shot 😋. My husband ordered the Java Chip Frappuccino. The place was busy but I did not wait long for my order.

Its rude to see your customer waiting for you to take their order, but you think its more important to continue your conversation with your coworker. There is nothing wrong with getting through a conversation, but at least acknowledge that were waiting.

Joey is by far the top employee/manager at this store. I like to observe the staff at Starbucks when waiting for my order. Watching Joey fluidly transition from each role as if he was by himself. Master Manager and has great talent in adjusting and problem-solving. All while he naturally makes each customer interaction unique and personably from regulars to new comers like my self. Joey, thank you for being wonderful and taking pride in what you do! Keep that because its noticeable 🤗

I’m a regular customer and buy at different locations. I’ve never complained, even if the barista had made a mistake (because they had politely fixed and/or replaced my orders). This time, I ordered a venti, cold (no ice) brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso through the app. When I picked it up, I was super confused, I thought they have spilled it. They gave me a warm coffee, a quarter of the size on a venti cup. When I told the barista (I didn’t ask her name) that I thought there’s been a mistake with my order, she was super rude, saying that “we’re not suppose to do that, what do you want?” Saying how they shouldn’t fill it up with milk… All I know, is that I paid for a cold coffee with oat milk, venti size and I was given a warm coffee, tall size (in a venti cup). She added milk halfway and walked away. I felt so embarrassed, I just grabbed the coffee and left. We are all humans and have bad days, but this was no mistake. This lady knew the order and was super rude! First and last time I order there!

Im sure this is not everyones experience but I wasnt greeted and while waiting for my online order they gave it to me like I was supposed to know my order was sitting next to a dirty rag on the side of the counter for 8 minutes. Unacceptable service. Everyone should be treated with respect at all times, busy or not.Thanks for reading my rant..

Great place, great staff!!But my only question is, why is a woman allowed to work at Starbucks? She takes up the biggest side table or a good portion of the community table. With all her stuff, she takes up 4-5 chairs for her stuff or her feet she likes to place on them. Its bad enough people take up so many tables with their computers and stay for hours, but the woman is there every day for hours! Whats up with that??

Came here early in the morning to study before my class- I was the only customer in the store and 3 employees saw me come in and no one bothered to assist or take my order until after 10 minutes of me standing in the line area. Understandably, it was time for opening procedures but it is just frustrating when no one even acknowledged that there was a customer. Ive worked in customer service for many years so if this was a one-time thing I wouldnt write a review at all. But I have been going to school in the area for 2 years now and this happens 9 out of ten times that I come in.

My experience going to Starbucks off of imperial and beach Blvd is consistently a good one but I felt uncomfortable today when I went through the drive through to pick up my order and a young barista was going back and forth to get a look at me from inside.. came up to the window with no drink was about to speak and then just retreated back inside. As I was waiting for my second drink the young barista with a piercing on the bridge of his nose said to me “You look so beautiful, I wanted to let you know that”. I can definitely accept a compliment but there is a time and a place, and I believe it was completely unprofessional. Is this something that all Starbucks employees think is justified ? PROS. Clean, attentive staff when you walk in, manager handled homeless person yelling at the wall politely quickly and quietly.CONS they don’t make cappuccinos well. In fact they do such a poor job on two of them (tried two alternative milks). They don’t call out your name when your drink is ready. The staff doesn’t know how to talk to guests that have a problem with coffee. Blank stare, rings up other and says it will be a minute. Just sad

Average speed service on drive thru, good beverages, but the baristas are a bit crass. I have stopped by twice in the past two weeks and two different baristas have not so great manners. Maybe a course in politeness would help? I know some of these employees are quite young, but man, no excuses for having such rude attitudes. very cutty when I asked about a drink because I didnt know exactly what it was... the barista sounded ANNOYED. It was ONE question... after that, I ordered any drink I could think of, I just wanted to get out of there. Not a thank you, not a youre welcome, not a have a good day... first Starbucks Ive ever experienced this in.

The girl with the glasses was rude. I reached over to grab a drink holder for my 4 drinks. She began to tell me they can only hand me the drink holder, which is perfectly fine. I also work in a retail environment and understand every store has more restrictions. So I apologized for the reach. When I walked away she said rudely, “ Thats why the glass was there”. I hope this reaches you and follow up with her. She didn’t need to slip in that rude comment.

I’m reviewing one person and one person only as this location is my go to. Anna is very rude and inconsiderate (maybe she was having a bad morning) I accidentally ordered a grande in a “tall” cup it was supposed to be a grande in a venti cup (my bad and I claimed it) and she threw me attitude and said “well that’s what you ordered! What do you want? Just for me to add extra ice?!” Don’t you think she’d top it off? Nope!Rant over. I wouldn’t be reviewing her if she wasn’t so rude about it. I love this starbucks as its close to go to on my lunch. But when I called to ask if I can order in store to use store credit I was told I can do so by coming in. I get there and am told oh no you cant order in store it has to be through the app or drive thru. Really poor poor customer service. Not everyone is able to use the drive thru/ app if your using cash or store credit. I am truly disappointed in this company.

One of my favorite starbucks locations. Appreciate the fact that they have a drive-through! If you want to park in the morning, would recommend that you park in the back near Harbor Freight. Their locations parking situation can get extremely hectic.

Amazing staff here! My son dropped his strawberry frap and it spilled all over the floor! Without missing a beat they cleaned up the spill, remade his drink and brought him a cake pop to raise his spirits (he was very embarrassed and sad). Thank you so much Laura!

THis Starbucks is the closest to me and I honestly have to admit that there are great things about this place but theres also lots of bad things. If you are in a rush this is probably not the one you would like to stop at because it is located in a very busy street and the drive-thru and the parking lot tends to be busy. on the other hand they always get my order right.
