Helen at the drive through is very rude, I ordered a hot double espresso with steamed milk and I got an iced double without the milk. When I pulled up to the window a young man helped me, I told him my order was wrong and he called Helen, who had a very bad attitude and starting complaining she said I had ordered a latte and wanted to charge me $5 for the steamed milk. Helen complained to her coworker and gave me a nasty look while I waited for them to make me the espresso. It seemed like she was so bitter about working there. It was the worst expericence I have ever had anywhere. I will not be going back.

Accessibility: theres a drive thru, accessible/handicap parking in front of the building, a ramp to get onto the sidewalk, pull doors to enter the building.Experience: employees are nice, they had what I wanted, and for as long as the line was, it took much less time than I expected.

Worker by the name of Leon heavy set Flamboyant 30 ish old Male gave me horrible service today with an “im not sorry” attitude about it. I know we all have bad days but to give bad service and give your customer an i dont care attitude shouldnt be tolerated by anyone. He might have given me a wrong name. 5/22/24 at 12:53 pm was my transaction. I will be following up with this incident.

Ive been here many times before. But today I was shocked with this girl at the drive thru. She was super rude. Ive never had an experience with rude service ever in any Starbucks. Usually Starbucks strives for excellent customer service, but today I had the worst customer service experience Ive ever had in any Starbucks. The only thing she missed telling me with her rude attitude was to leave and not come back. What a rude girl you have at the drive thru today. She didnt even give me a receipt. So I dont even know her name. She needs to get out of customer service. She is horrible at it.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. I went in today and I ordered what I always order. The barista did not repeat the order back to me and made it wrong and so she brings me to anyone and I comment that this new one is also wrong.She is visibly annoyed, and I don’t want her to think that I’m trying to get free drinks so I offered to pay for the other drink even though I had already paid for the first drink that they made a mistake in.She takes me up on this and I pay for the second drink. This is a refresher and is nothing but watery. She handed it to me and gave me her back and went inside right away.I walk into the shop where she is talking badly about me with her coworkers.Fast forward not only that I have to pay for two drinks but I even offered to toss all the excess drinks for them.I don’t plan to visit this location anytime soon specially, not in the afternoon shift of a weekday

Service has room for improvement. The senior staff all seems on edge. When a customer is spending as much as we do for a simple coffee and cookies, we expect the service to be consistent with all other Starbucks. Ive had an unpleasant experience multiple times at this location. I keep thinking maybe it was just that one time. For me Drive through is the only option for this location, since you dont have to deal with staff as much. Minimum human contact. Staff is either over worked or needs better customer service training. You can almost tell who is in a higher position by how miserable they look. The higher position the unhappier they seem. The only nice employees seem to be the new employees.Best recommendation, just drive to location on El Norte parkway and center city. You will notice a world of difference in service.

Management at this starbucks not good for customers. Last manager experience a week or so ago I had with a female manager (i think dirty blonde hair), lots of side/personal talk in front of customers instead of servicing them first, making customer wait to get a water added onto their order. Starbucks other places they usually just go fill a water really quick and not print out a sticker and make you wait at the back of the line again, especiallyy if you already got a coffee there and its not busy. She was rude about it and not customer service forward, seemed to care more about talking about her lunch break.

I had to share my interaction for today because I was upset on the wait time it took my mobile order. I havent had an issue with other Starbucks locations. I was told my order was going to be available for pick up at 6:20 AM. When I arrived there were 4 people working but only one was making the drinks, the other one was managing the drive thru and getting the baked food ready. After 15 minutes waiting I finally received my order. Save yourself the time and go to the drive thru because those customers were getting serviced faster than the mobile orders.

We spent an hour and a half at this location enjoying drinks that were slow in coming. It is abundantly apparent that this Starbucks location is operating short of the help they need to provide responsive service. This is further evidenced by the fact that the trashcan was full to the brim in both the lobby and the mens restroom. When I inquired shortly after our order was placed about whether they were aware that the napkin holder on the service table was empty the response was that they were now aware and would fill it. Unfortunately, we needed napkins to clean the sticky table where we were seated. This is not the fault of the people who were working there. They never stopped working, but simply were short-handed.

I hate to write something like this but I want to share my experience at this location. I had a horrible experience with an angry employee who doesn’t know how to treat people. I understand there are stagnant humans in this world, and unfortunately it sucks too have to come across someone like that. I’ve been to all the Starbucks locations in Escondido costumer service is amazing staff is great, however this location is the worst as far as staff. Save yourself a headache avoid this location.

This was the worst Starbucks Ive ever been in. The place was dirty and a mess. The service was terrible. How can you be a coffee restaurant and not provide a dark roast coffee after 11am? I asked for coffee with cream. When I got it their was very little cream in it so I asked if they could pour some coffee out and add more cream. Instead the server who was annoyed at my request brought a half gallon milk container and started pour milk in my cup which was already full to the top. Then she handed me a small cup with milk in it and said do it yourself. Im so DONE with Starbucks and their employees. There are so many more choices out there.

Worst run Starbucks I have ever been to. Stood at the cash register for 10 minutes and they completely ignored us. I had to say something for them to take our order, then it took another 15 minutes to get us our food/drinks - then they had no napkins in the napkin holders, there was coffee all over the cup, just horrible service - I had to go to the bathroom to get napkins to clean my cup. There was no one in line, no cars in the drive through, just slow service.

Hostile Architecture, Hostile Coffee: First off, my cappuccino tasted like boiled paper and nothing else. And the spinach and feta wrap tasted...off. Usually I go to places like Starbucks to do my work in a cozy environment, but this was anything but. They at least tried to make it more homely with a couple of pictures but mostly its only a little nicer than a prison cafeteria. A couple of decent seats in this panopticon, but still felt wildly uncomfortable for laptop work. Vastly prefer the one by Center City

The only positive thing about this Starbucks is the location, is big, and is not that loud. I went yesterday 3/23 around 6:30pm and let me tell you the employee at the register was so rude, rushed us, unpleasant, he looks like he didn’t want to work that day. My drinks were cold, bad taste, we had to ask for couple thing were missing. I was so disappointed with this location, I’ve been to many locations and this one is the worst so far.

I love this Starbucks! The employee at the drive thru Raul was so nice and so helpful I had no idea what I wanted and he helped me personalize a drink just for me. He was so kind the service here is 10/10 way better than the one on mission. He really knows what he’s doing honestly I will ask for him every time because that was the best service with such a smile like he actually wanted to be there and knew his Starbucks so well! This location is a very nice one for Starbucks. It is really large inside, with lots of room for relaxing with your drink or working with your laptop. The only issue is sometimes they are short staffed and they close the inside. The drive-thru line is usually pretty short because of the way you have to go all the way through the neighboring grocery store parking lot to get to the drive-thru. But the extra effort is rewarded with a short wait and speedy service. If we are in Escondido and need coffee or some other drink this is the Starbucks that we choose to go to.

Drive through was super slow thats not the reason for this review. Ordered bagel they said they had it. Got to window said they didnt have it and gave a list of what they had ordered off that list and waited more about 5 min only to hear oh hahaha we dont have that either. No coffee had come out yet! There could be only 5 cars in line and take nearly 30min to get through. Probably the only reason this location is busy is because of the location. If it waasnt for that then this place would fail. For 2 weeks certain limited time items have been sold out and theyre no signs warning customers that items are unavailable before the drive thru I seen other Starbucks putting written signs before driving up I wasted 3 lunches to get out of the drive thru. I walked in once during the autumn of last year and the baristas were nice. I forgot to ask if they had braille menus because I was the who advocated for braille menus almost four y€ars ago!!! The baristas also gave me stevia packets free of charge after I ordered my drinks. I wished that some of the Starbucks around town had some Reserve® and Clover® drinks available. Overall, they are a great service!

Called and asked if they were open, as the first one I went to was closed. They said they were, and I headed over. I got to the drive thru ordering area, and was asked if I could wait a moment. I answered yes, though I suspect nobody was listening. Several minutes later I was asked to order, I ordered a venti chai latte, whole milk. A puzzled reply came back chai? sounding like the woman wasnt familiar with the product. I repeat yes, a venti chai latte, whole milk. The order appears on the screen correctly, so I proceed forward.After going around the side of the building, I see there are still 2 people in line. Given that I would have been able to see a third car when I got in line, these 2 must have been in line when I drove up, and its been at least 5 minutes since I pulled into the drive thru. It takes several more minutes till the first person is served, and a couple more for the next. I finally pull up to the window, and my order only takes a minute or so to come up, but its been at least 15 minutes since I arrived at the order taking station. I do see 4 people behind the counter, 2 of whom, a male and a female, are standing and chatting in a relaxed manner. Another appears to be cleaning in the background, and the person at the window processing orders. (There are at least 2, maybe more people behind me, so their orders will also likely be very slow) I get my order, leave, and dont taste it for a while, as Im in a fair amount of traffic. When I do taste it, its not chai. Its some coffee beverage, though it may be a dirty chai. (Disliking coffee quite a bit, and being pretty unhappy with that taste in my mouth, I dont taste it again to find out)Fortunately, after tasting it, and calling the store I ordered it from, they tell me I can get it remade at another store near where I am now, which is the only one open in the area, and the last one before I head out towards where I live, which is another 35-40 minutes away. They are familiar with the concept of a chai, get the order correct, and I can wash the bad, burnt, taste out of my mouth.

Keep driving. Do not bother. Lobby may be closed for some inexplicable reason, they’ll be out of basic product, and when you finally get to the drive-thru window, you’ll be left waiting as 2 other people line up the drinks for the cars behind you (while waiting could see 6 drinks waiting for their recipients), while 2 other people just seem to roam about, point and talk, and the girl taking your order is busy. Just poorly run in my opinion. Unless you’re desperate for your caffeine fix, drive right past.

While traveling in Southern California last week, I probably stopped at 6-8 different Starbucks. I dropped into this Starbucks, located in Escondido, California, on the way home to Las Vegas. It is clean and quite large, but as you can see, not allowing indoor seating. The staff here was friendly, and the coffee [like every other Starbucks] was right-on. I guess that sounds boring, but to my mind, its a good thing.There is plenty of competition for your coffee business, but I prefer to go where I know every cup will be consistent in taste, quality, and service. Today in the morning around 8:55 am went to get a cameral frapp around 3 hours later I was having to rush to the bathroom for wanting to have the runs and began to vomit. And I did not know what it was and drink my coffee and noticed there was wipe at the bottom of my cup. And that caused me to go to the bathroom vomit uncontrollably and couldnt stop going to the bathroom. I am very scared for my life and not feeling good. Right off freeway! Drive thru may look packed but dont worry, they are super quick! Ive waited longer at fast food places, this location really has their stuff together as far as getting you back on the road.
