Nice place - clean, spacious, not crowded in the morning ( We arrived at around 8am on a saturday), and they already got some christmas decoration - a pleasant surprize. Fast and polite service. I ordered a coffee and a morning sandwich with sausage egg and cheese, paid 8 usd. All tasted fine. Overall good experience 👍

Ive visited this location a few times now and have never felt welcomed. The staff either ignores you, makes your drink wrong, and/or is rude. They seem to only notice certain clients while ignoring others. God forbid if you ask for them to add something to your drink because they will flat out embarrass you. For instance, I went in and ordered a coffee, the same coffee I always order online. I always add caramel for an extra charge online, but I never get caramel on it unless I ask. Even if I paid extra. Asking someone for help is not a pleasant experience here. Today I forgot the caramel online but asked if they could add it on. I thought thats the least they could do after not giving me the caramel on my last 3 coffees I previously ordered and paid extra for. Nope. Instead, I got berated and told that the drink doesnt come that way and that if I paid extra they would add it and charge me, insinuating I wanted something for nothing in the middle of a busy Starbucks. I wasnt given the chance to explain that my last 3 drinks were missing caramel and I did pay! What about my money! I didnt appreciate this at all! I dont have to buy anything from this or any other Starbucks! You share care about all of your customers, not just certain ones! This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to! I wont be back!

I no longer drink Starbucks coffee - too weak and overpriced. However their double smoked bacon cheddar egg sandwich is delicious! Just be sure to ask for it heated open faced or youll land you with a frozen cold egg which is not at all yummy. Also for some reason you need to ask for napkins, not sure why you wouldnt need napkins eating food but anyway, just check/ask.

This is the happiest, most genuinely friendly bunch of beautiful people Ive encountered at a Starbucks. Hubby had jury duty so I spent the entire afternoon here working on my computer and loved every bit. The staff were laughing, joking, and getting along so well. The manager was in the mix the whole time too treating everyone kindly, respectfully, and clearly works to be professional friends with the employees. I overheard a solo training orientation too and was impressed by the ideals, service standards, and attitudes they promote. I ordered 2 drinks over the afternoon and both were perfect as was the customer service. I earlier had walked in and then straight out of the E Lincoln location cause the vibe and layout was get in - get out but once I stepped inside here I felt immediately safe and welcome plus they have individual tables with outlets at each.6 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I drove 20 min to the place because it showed online that it’s open until 7:30 pm.I arrived at 5:35 and they are not letting anyone in already

I ordered a coffee drink in the drive-thru and realized I forgot my wallet. I went inside to let the staff know and that Id be back to pay and pick it up and the manager said she would take care of it. I said Id be back but she so very NICELY insisted that it was ok, she got it and to not come back and pay for it. Such an excellent manager and friendly staff at this location that I had to stop and make a review immediately! Also, I went back 30 minutes later and got 2 more drinks and left a $10 tip. Thank you for such an awesome manager and staff!!!🙏

They forgot the strawberry pure at the bottom, I believe the also forgot the classic syrup and it doesn’t taste at strawberry at all, I also add 3 poms of vanilla and I didn’t taste anything at all.

Starbucks is starbucks! Delicious treats! But please remember to be nice to the staff! They go through a lot in one day and have stressful lives like the rest of us! They are non stop making drinks so please be patient with them! But back to the good stuff: new drinks come out often, tastes seasonal treats and teas! If you forgot to buy coffee you can pick it up here! Need a new water bottle? They have it in 20+ designs Ive seen!
