Great to find a coffee shop thats open super early, I was here at 5:15am and was the only person sitting at a table for a while. I stayed until past 10:00am when my morning phone calls were complete and Id answered all the important emails.The store is loud and quite busy with people coming and going but not a lot of folks sitting with their coffee. Note that many of the power outlets are covered up which is odd. I did find ONE near the condiments that was available and now my electronics are charged.

Omg . The staff is super nice 👌. Usually the service is kinda slow at Starbucks at different locations, but at this one the seem really cheerful 😊 and fun 😁. I would definitely go agian I ordered a oatmilk coffee with 7 espresso shots and it was amazing 👏. I am coming again in the future for sure

Passed by this Starbucks location this morning, visiting from Sacramento, this was my first time going to this location. I ordered the Grande Caramel Crunch Frappuccino and it was my first time trying that drink. By the way one of the baristas who was making my coffee order had complimented my t shirt that I was wearing Today and I appreciated the compliment she made about the t shirt that I was wearing which had the American Flag.

After a one-night stay in Redding, we were hitting the road early, and decided to get coffee and breakfast at this Starbucks location, which was open very early and near our hotel. Even though it was just after opening time, the folks working were super nice and welcoming, our order was made quickly, and the coffee and food were great as expected. I would definitely stop at this Starbucks location again the next time I am driving through Redding, and I highly recommend this location to others.

Its expensive to begin with and to see the little effort made to make your drink is disappointing. The lavender matcha was my drink. Instead of a visible green layer, then the purple it was green with the foam layer looking grey. The lid part of the cup was half of the foam. And then then ask you to tip gtfoh! With that earn that tip like the other stores do.

I ordered an ice green matcha tea with one pump of white chocolate mocha, but got the order wrong. They made a green tea with maybe milk and the mocha pump? However, the tall nice young man was super sweet! He remade my drink and he made my drink with perfection! The best best drink I’ve ever ordered from Starbucks! I forgot his name, should have asked him. But, his service and drinks was one point! I remembered him making the wrong drink thinking “wow this is a weird order” hahaha. Was a good laugh.

Happy workers but the lighting reminds me of a gym and its too white in there with the lights but the coffee always looks like its from an advertisement and the coffee doesnt stand out as much as its competitors dutch bros but its rich cream and flavors make the coffee evolve on your tounge like your drinking a line of different coffees and the mochas are amazing here. Only thing I cant stand is the non coffee beverages they taste like Im drinking flavored oatmeal water with a pinch of creamer or way to much creamer and then the ice waters it down. Every single food they sell is super overpriced for some reheated out the box sandwich the bread is gets soggy after 3 minutes their cakepops taste like straight icing and they give a film on the roof of your mouth. The only food thats good in my opinion is the mozzarella with tomatoe sandwich (as long as its not soggy bread) overall I would not go here for food just a black coffee or a special drink every now and then.

Drive through so convenient. Here’s a tip; download the app and you can see all the options you can get and perfect you’re own drink and sound like a hipster without holding up anyone in line. Will give you your total ahead of time. You could even just order it in app and pick up in store or drive thru. White hot chocolate is bomb for non coffee or white chocolate Americana with liquid sweetener five pumps white chocolate too with whip and toasted butter topping my recommendation. Enjoy!

Theyve had ongoing issues with druggies but it seems as though theyre trying their best to keep the disturbances low and bathroom available and safe to use. Beverage quality seems to be going up as well. I love the closing batistas at this location too! Super welcoming and they always make me feel like Im visiting my best friends!

I was very disappointed unfortunately! It did not taste good to me. It was suppose to come out looking like a Carmel macchiato in a sugar free version. Instead it came out like a normal iced coffee. Ruined my day!

I asked for a coffee with cream on the side and sugar free sweetener on the side so that i could add it. I was given a coffee with milk or cream and it definitely had sugar in it and was not what I asked for. They thought I was using the system to get a pricier coffee for less money. Im just watching my calories. How dare they? If Im not allowed to add it myself, why was I allowed to do so before covid, when we had the sugar and creams available? They offered to remake it, but at this point i felt judged simply because the cashier thought I was playing the system, which I wasnt. All the cashier had to do was tell me what drink they decided to make before I paid for it, that way I wouldnt have been treated like a person who is taking advantage.

This location has great employees that are almost always in a positive mood. The drinks are amazing especially thinks like the pumpkin spice lattes and frapechinos. The food is also delicious, I love the tomato and mozzarella on facoccia bread. I also love the Double smoked bacon Chedder and egg sandwhiches. Overall great place for coffee, tea, food and more

Young woman who helped my mother was very rude, didn’t ask if we had a Starbucks rewards card and was nonplused when we asked to have the transaction reversed to pay for it again with the rewards number included. We bought $40 worth of coffee, so that’s a good bit of points for one purchase.

Last order not exactly happy with order, didnt realize a few dunks of a tea bag makes a good flavored tea. Tea bags need to STEEP for a min or two, or better yet leave tea bag in, two for a venti. Dunking it in out of water a few times basically leaves u with a slight flavored water. When you pay dang near $5 for a tea, you would think you would get ur money worth. I dont recommend the tea. Service was great overall super nice crew..

This is one of my favorite locations. They always have friendly staff and the drive thru is one of the quicker ones, even when the line is super long. Also, when the line is too long for me to feel like waiting in.. I just place an order on the app for pickup, and run inside. There’s hardly ever anyone waiting inside, and it’s ready practically by the time I walk in. Also, they have a large selection of merchandise every time I come to this one.. so it’s a good place to use your star rewards.

Went through drive thru ordered as always large Carmel frap Xtra Carmel add chocolate drizzle and add two shots of expresso well I pay $8.35 for this drink and it really bites when they do not put the Xtra Carmel then whats worse half the cup barely has any at all whats up with that ? No reason for this to be short by anymeans spend way to much to have them short me Xtra but even short on the normal . Oh and tipped them $2.00 I need to stop and tip next trip only cause they just seem to do this alot

Always good in Starbucks quality - nice people, good service, but could be better in drink preparation. They always put way too much ice in the cold drinks and the drinks arent the same if you order the same thing on different days. It seems like they have different workers in there far too often so maybe theres an experience issue.

My usual spot on lake wasnt open so I ventured to churn creek and Im so glad I did. There was a long but it moved quickly. Anelsy at the drive up window was so sweet and kind. She is the perfect person to speak to for that extra boost of serotonin. I had the most pleasant experience on top of my coffee being made perfectly. Also I ordered the salted drink how it comes without the salt because the salt is seasonal .the barista heard my order and asked if I was looking for the salted mocha which I was I just didnt know it was available. 10 out of 10 for customer service at this location!!! I will be coming out of my way from now on to have this kind of great service.

This town has one free-standing Starbucks store and one that is a kiosk inside of Safeway. I dont know how much business the kiosk does but this poor store is very popular and very overworked. The drive-thru line is always super long and theres not much room for it to be without leaving your car halfway in the road. I think that this store would be greatly benefited by moving to a new location where theres a lot more room for them to grow and for their drive-thru. As far as the service goes here I rarely ever have a problem. Once in a great while somebody will forget something or do something wrong but its pretty rare.

My drink was way too sweet I got a caramel macchiato and they didnt offer me a straw so I couldnt drink it until I got home because as you know all the espresso is on top. I was really thirsty so I was upset. I usually always get the caramel macchiato but this one was basically pure milk and caramel.

There isnt one electric outlet to plug your computer. Im not from here and maybe theyve had a lot of problems with homeless people parking themselves for ages using the Internet, charging their phones and not buying anything. However, if you are like me, who looks for a Starbucks to have breakfast and lunch while you work at the store. This is not the store for that.

This is my least favorite Starbucks in town. The seating is a bit awkward, there are no power receptacles, and the staff seems to often be more concerned with their tasks at hand than the guests in line or ordering. I will say that the drive through service is decent, however be warned the entrance and exit points for the drive through are awkward.

Restroom requires a code to access; you get concerned looks from staff when you mobile order and just walk in the door asking for the code before ordering food. Also, restroom lighting is a bit darker than it used to be.

My girlfriend & I go into the Churncreek & Lancers store all the time! From our very 1st visit, we decided that it was going to be our very FAVORITE Starbucks store!! The employees are ALL (even the ones taking out trash, and cleaning the bathrooms) EXTREMELY friendly, professional, fun to be in the presence of. It only took us about 3 times of interacting with a new employee, befor we were greeted by our names. Other stores are no where near or even close to what we experience at our store!!So a HUGE shout out to CHURNCREEK AND LANCERS STARBUCKS! I enjoy this Starbucks, but I had to leave a comment about my last visit. I ordered a Cheese Danish and requested it cold, this is during our current pandemic state. Not to be paranoid or anything, but if a customer orders a danish cold they are probably saying Dont open the danish, give it to me wrapped. Because that is what I meant, I just did not realize that in this state I would have to reiterate the decrease of contact we are focusing on at this time. They opened the danish and put it in the paper bag naked. Sorry guys your a great bunch of people with a bit to learn about your industry. Please work on being better.

Busy in the drive thru as always but a plus side about this location vs the Lake Blvd. location is they dont hand out another persons drinks as yours as frequently as the Lake Blvd one.Quality control through a drive thru can be hard when busy but Ive had the Lake location give me someone elses drink more times than I can remember.

Me, my girlfriend and her son were overheating and needed Starbucks to chill down. We pulled into the drive thru and the attendant questioned the order which is fine to get it correct... But she was short with my girlfriend when she tried to order a drink called by another name. Long story short, the attendant was rude throughout the whole transaction. People that work in customer service need to understand that if they dont like their job then quit. Its not our fault you hate your job. Do the job right or not at all...

I come to this Starbucks often. To day was a weird day. Kelly who was working the front cash register was acting like she was so stressed that she wouldnt even stop to answer a customer if it was his coffee or not. And of course it was his coffee and had been sitting there for a while. When you canttake the time to meet your customers questions then your customer service sucks. Then the woman who served me my drinks acted like she was upset because I asked for a carrying tray which she literally threw across the counter at me. I think these people need to go home and start their day over.

The cold brew coffee at this store is dilute and watered down. I don’t know if the formula has changed, if money is trying to be saved or the new young staff are being poorly trained. Used to be one of my preferred Starbucks stores but no longer. The only reason for the 2 stars is that the girl at the window tried very hard to make an unhappy customer happy.

Its typical Starbucks fare. I am a Starbucks aholic. When I first entered this particular store, I headed to the restroom first, as we had been driving for hours. There are 2 single occupancy, unisex restrooms. They were both in use. I waited forever. A man exited one, with his trash bag full of belongings. I stepped inside and the horrible stench of the prior homeless man ran me out. I went to the counter and placed my order instead. As a Starbucks aholic, Im in many. The girl taking my order kept repeating it back wrong, and I kept repeating my order. It wasnt that hard-a black tea, no water no sweet; an iced carmel macchiato, 2 extra shots, extra carmel, extra sweet; and a brownie cake pop. The girl started acting annoyed about my drink orders, but I wasnt sure why. When I ordered the brownie cake pop, she looked at me and asked tartly with a huff, Do you mean the chocolate one? Uh, brownie...... After placing my order, I went back to the restroom and waited for the other restroom. When my tea came up, the barista said only, black tea, no water. I looked at the label and it said sweet. I said, Excuse me, Sir, this was supposed to be no water, no sweet. He said that was how he had made it. I pointed out that the label said differently. He told me that all their teas are made sweet, so they only add the sweet note if it was to be left out. What?!...... Then he said I could taste it to check. So I did. He was right. When the other drink came up, he called out the order like they do. When I picked it up, he said very snidly/rudely, You can check that one, too. I am SO happy the two Starbucks in my town is not like this Starbucks. If I ever travel back that way again, they will not get my business! I feel bad for the people who use that Starbucks!

It needs to be visible! No signs! Even from the darn parking lot! The building sign is hid behind another building way in the back of parking lot! I had to use Google maps to find it and even then it was confusing and I ended up making u turns all through the parking lot lol. I thought it was me, it ISNT.
