Best Starbucks in Orange Ca! Kat and Jessica are so kind, cheerful and helpful. Every time I’m in town on business I make sure to start my day with Kat and Jessica.The store is easy to access and well laid out.My Pikes Place Red Eye is an essential start to my day.They get your order processed and ready for pick up swiftly.The shop has plenty of seating and has a cozy atmosphere. No drive through.Sure you have to walk some to get in, but hey, you get your steps in.I’ll be back again and again.Highly recommended.

This Starbucks is horrible. First off all, there was trash everywhere, all over the floor and the counters. Then we waited for approximately 20 minutes for our drinks and realized that people who came after us had already received their drinks and left. So we said something. Not one apology from the three girls making drinks, in fact they seemed irritated and when my friend asked for a little syrup on the side the girl slammed it down on the counter. They also made me the wrong drink, which I took anyway because it wasn’t worth the effort of asking them to remake it and then when I got to the bottom of the drink realized there was a bunch of paper at the bottom. Worst service ever. If I could give zero stars I would.

I came to this Starbucks twice that day. The barista that morning was friendly and prompt however on my second visit that day. I was next in line to place my order but one of the barista told the cashier to take his families order first. Then I asked for my food to be double toasted but they didn’t double toast the food cause it was still light color. And the coffee wasn’t hot. They served us with old coffee. My sister told them for the second time that she wanted her coffee hot not look warm but was still look warm.

Staff is so slow though they gave five people serving and that’s why there is a long line waiting to receive their orders even after complaining, people in this branch have a very poor performance. If there is a rating less then one star, I will rate it for this branch. This is the worst service across all Starbucks outlets I experienced. I canceled the order and requested refund, and here all the staff offered to help, though earlier I complained but with no care to my delay

Just because its starbucks, it doesnt give the right to be filthy without any sense of cleaning or hygiene, people they tend to forget the corona days and how the diseases easily spread, I dont recommend buying anything from this branch unless you dont mind unclean food and drinks

Stopped in for a coffee while shopping and had an enjoyable experience.The staff were good and they made our drinks the way we wanted.The restaurant was spacious as well with indoor and outdoor seating.

There was a long line and when I got to the counter the cashier turned her back to me to grind and brew coffee without saying a word. After a couple minutes just waiting for her she turned her attention to take my order. I used my gold card which is in my husbands account but she didn’t ask my name. She put my husband’s name on the order who was not with me. So when they called out the order I didn’t walk up since my name wasn’t called nor was the description of the drink called out (something that other locations will do). The drinks sat there for a good 10 minutes until the same cashier told me these were my drinks. Already irritated at this point I left with my drinks that were now lukewarm. After drinking some of mine I realized that the add shot I requested clearly wasn’t present. In fact it tasted like they subtracted a shot. Also, I requested soy milk because I cannot drink regular milk and I can definitely tell the difference in taste. My drink had regular milk. The sugar free syrup was not sugar free either. So you up charged me for all these extra items that I didn’t receive, let my drink sit there getting cold because you couldn’t even properly inform me it was ready, and also was not friendly at all in your customer service.

I called corporate for assistance with receiving a check reimbursement for my gift card on the app. They were not helpful and gave an attitude when I asked the rep about speaking to someone else for assistance. She said who else did you want to speak to if you will get the same answer with lots of attitude and was sighing loudly on the line. Terrible customer service. I will not be spending on this company any longer.

Yesterday I was there for my mobile order. There is this barista with blonde hair who was the most unfriendly person on earth. She checked my mobile order and said it is not ready with a grumpy face and I have waited 15 minutes because she did not check them properly. horrible service, horrible customer care.
