Waiting over 20 minutes for our in-house order, a mobile order was having the same issue. They are busy, but have six wait staff. We let the staff know several times and were blown off. We were not asked if we wanted or given a receipt. The checkout girl did not ask our name either … we had to tell her and she didn’t write it down. We had paid cash. It wouldn’t have been so bad, but staff was rude and inefficient about handling the situation.When I came a few days, lights were on, but doors locked and sign said closed.This store was great when I was here five weeks ago … what happened 🤷🏼‍♀️very disappointed.

So Im a former Starbucks employee so I know how we “used” to treat customers.Today we went through the Drive Thru after waiting in line, and ordering a mocha, I got a sugar free vanilla latte ( not what I ordered) We went back through the line again only to get a mocha in a cup with what appeared to be lipstick on it. My husband brought it inside ( I might add we both have cancer and why we use the drive-up) Anyway, he told the Store Mgr what happened, only to be laughed at, but we did get a new mocha! No apologies and no refund! Called Customer Service and got a refund and a promise that the DM would handle the situation. Can you imagine serving a drink in a dirty cup to anyone let alone a seriously compromised person! We will NEVER go back to that Starbucks even though it’s the most convenient!

An employee told me I couldn’t get my drink with NO ice, after I’ve been getting the same drink repeatedly for months. On top of them not having brown sugar syrup (totally understandable), but getting told I can’t get a drink without ice is unacceptable. I get the fact that my cup will have a lot of extra room, but for someone who takes hours sipping on a tall cold coffee, I do not like it diluted. I always say it’s fine with half and empty cup. If I am paying for a drink, I should be able go customize my personal likes. I will never go back there again.

Ive been having to utilize the Starbucks for over a year and it is by far one of the slowest Starbucks Ive ever came to my order is incorrect I would say about 90% of the time the only reason that I come to this one on my days off is because its the closest one to Farmers Lane and the staff have no regard to time at all I have been waiting fory coffee over 10 mins and I ordered ahead definitely dont recommend unless its absolutely only store and even with order ahead be prepared to wait for about 20 minutes.

This is the most unprofessional and slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. Working at Starbucks myself I understand being busy, but their customer service is on a new level of bad. My husband went inside to get a regular drip coffee and was told to wait. So he waited and after multiple customers were served after he asked for it and she rudely responded are you in a hurry. If you have all day to wait then you should come here!

I loved going to Starbucks till they rushed and didn’t put the right milk in my drink and it made my stomach upset and I’m very unhappy with Starbucks because I specifically said coconut milk and they put real milk. I’m not going to this Starbucks ever again.

The coffee is good so I gave them a star, but it goes downhill from there.If you are comfortable sitting in a filthy environment, then this is the place for you!!The tables, and I mean ALL of them, are visibly filthy. It is imperative that you clean off the seat before sitting down because it is filthy. The floor seems as if it is never mopped because to say it is filthy is a complement to them. But, the worst is...the bathrooms!! 🤢 They should consider installing porta-potties because the company would come every few days to clean them. The friendliness of the staff is mediocre, at best!This store needs to take a lesson from the Starbucks on Hopper. Hopper Lane Starbucks is everything that makes a store successful INCLUDING a very friendly staff.

I walked in they acted as if they didn’t see me. I waited then went to the bathroom came back waited nothing. One of the girls looked at me & went to wipe the counters instead of helping me. I was literally the only one in line while it took three people to do the drive thru. It was no “Hi I’ll be right with you” like nothing just employees looking at me without a word or help sad

I love this Starbucks, because the employees are very friendly and make the drinks in a quick manner. When they make their drinks they also make them very well, and when I have asked for different items off of their secret menu, and as long as I can provide the recipe, they will make it. I will definitely come back. I tried the Pineapple Matcha today.

Im not really sure why this location has a drive thru because its never open. Im sure its just shtty, greedy corporate not giving enough hours to operate. So this is the location literally right outside of my house but Id rather goto one in Alaska that is properly staffed. These poor people who work there are suffering. HIRE MORE HELP FOR THEM

Im absolutely appalled at how filthy this place was. I came in on a Sunday morning and the case was empty of food. I assumed they didnt have any breakfast items available. The only thing in, around, and on the glass case was filthy muck. Like someone wiped the glass with dirty mop water. There was actual garbage on top of it and on the counters. The floors were dirty as was every table in the place. The tiles along the bottom of the counter were splashed with brown muck. Peeking at the work area there was garbage and stuff everywhere. Back to the glass case: I asked if they had breakfast and the person looked over and said, Huh, I wonder why thats empty? Yes, we have food. Probably shouldve foregone getting food from this place. Cant account for the safe, clean handling of anything. Ive never seen a Starbucks like this. Gross. Please get it together.

The people that work there are the best! Always hardworking, fast, and still able to be friendly. The staff deserves 5 stars! The reason for the low rating is because they are always out of something. I went there today and they were out of cold brew, I went there before and they were out of strawberries for the pink drink, and Before that out of the dragon fruit. I know it’s not due to the shortage because other Starbucks stores have had the ingredients readily available.

I used Uber eats for delivery and I messed up the order and so I canceled the order and I was denied my refund. I deserve my refund. Uber eats told me it was Starbucks fault. So if I’m not getting my money back then I’ll band them. Grade F.

Service and the actual store are great. The biggest issue here is the parking lot and drive through line as they were not designed well for how busy this place gets. Ive literally pulled up and left without getting anything multiple times since they moved across the street because I cant even pull into the lot.

Since the move to the new location this Starbucks has gone downhill dramatically, drinks take forever even though I order ahead with plenty of time to allow for it to be made before I get there, the staff doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in or they see you waiting for any length of time at mobile order pick up counter. They avoid eye contact at all costs, don’t apologize when from order to delivery is over 30 minutes. I have purposely ordered at a different Starbucks lately to avoid having to deal with this location, even though it’s the closest to my house!

This Starbucks is better than most, VERY VERY friendly people, and quick service! I definitely would recommend you visit this particular Starbucks; they know what theyre doing, they dont burn the espresso, and the atmosphere is professional and friendly! A clean and professionally operated branch, in a small but bustling shopping center. Very limited outdoor seating in the highway 12 side. Ordering ahead is recommended. The coffee is reliable, and a convenience store around the horseshoe shaped parking lot can offer alternative options if you dont feel like Starbucks trendy-spendy snacks. Getting out of the parking lot can be a little wonky on account of staccato traffic patterns and a divided median.

Good coffee but horrible pastries. I saw the clerk open a sealed individual bag when getting my croissant. It was mushy to say the least. Who knows how long they’ve been sitting in those bags. Yuk. They should be ordered fresh daily from a local bakery and contained in a pastry box not a sealed baggie. Yuk. I can’t get that thought out of my head.

This was hopefully my last visit to this Starbucks location. I have had horrible coffee here multiple times and they do not represent the chains quality coffee.Today I asked for two hot brewed Pikes with cream and sugar and I got brown watery coffee with WAY too much sugar and it was flat out COLD.After several other bad drinks and bitter frappes, Im done. You wait in a long line and then get something not worth drinking.Im headed to a different location to see if they will replace this mess.

But I gave it four stars because its a very convenient location for me, driving often from Sonoma to Santa Rosa to and from work meetings. This is the most conveniently located coffee shop with wifi for me to stop at and do some work on my laptop, so I really appreciate the location!

This is actually one of my favorite Starbucks locations because of its food selection, they have a Clover brewing system, and best of all Google Fiber internet. I am a web designer and occasionally need a high speed internet home away from home. This place has it all for me. Although at times, the air conditioner can be a bit chilly inside, and it can get a little crowded at times, its totally worth coming here. Make sure to tip your barista.

I think and believe from my own experience that the employees lack a better attitude. I asked for a coffee with extra caramel and it lacked coffee flavor. They didnt do it apart from giving it my different name and the last result was that it wasnt Hera for me.
