I love their waiting table here! They have a comfy long table where you can stand by and wait for your drink, it feels homey like a kitchen island.Super nice employees with fast service. Their matcha lattes are on point! I got a Turkey provolone sandwich all warmed up. It’s nice to visit a coffee shop that has consistency as top of mind.Lovely outdoor seating area with a water fountain feature. Plenty of free parking out front. Mobil app service available.

Beautiful location especially if you seat by the fountain outside! This place use to be a Barnes and Noble years ago, that just tells how long I have been going there. The whole shopping center has a lot to offer including restaurants and other retail front shops. This location is also well centralized and close to the frwy and everything else the city of Encino has to offer.

Lousy sushi and inattentive chefs. I ordered a roll that was NOT SPICY and it came drowned in chili oil. Had to send it back because I cant eat that. The rest of the sushi tasted bad, like the tempura was fried in rancid oil and some of the fish tasted not fresh.Aside from that, the place looked a little run down but not the worst either.

Im a regular at this coffee shop catching it in the morning and on my break from work. I decided to ask a simple question and Diana decided she’d jump down my throat with an attitude. It made me super uncomfortable and come to find the question I asked was warranted because they listed my name as Diana and not Cheyenne with wrong size and never made my food. I told them I was already late for work and needed a refund.

This is a nice Starbucks, and it actually has a parking lot. It gets pretty busy in this area, but there always seems to be a parking space available. The employees are nice, and the store is clean. They made a really good matcha latte. I feel like a lot of other Starbucks kind of skimp you on the matcha powder, and it ends up tasting like warm milk, instead of matcha. This place made a good one!

Slow service. All tables are taken and its not even rush hour. Its Thursday at 4pm. its a bit messy as well.There are, thankfully, lots of outlets to charge your phone.Its in a nice part of town, but hard to see from the street, its hidden by the CVS.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for at least off and on for 3 years. I usually meet friends here... The patio facing the street is KILLER. Its a bit loud during the afternoon..especially the lunch crowd. I was meeting with a friend for cappuccino and desserts. We like to meet and hang in doors. This location is very popular with people who are meeting friends, first dates, etc. The parking is complicated and its every dog for himself. There is a CVS ..at the opposite end . There is also a Gelsons grocery. The Ralphs Super market relocated and there is a Amazon grocery.. I only uploaded 1 pic.. Sorry. Gigi_Gisele

This week they are 0/2. I order ahead, show up, and Betthani has printed the food tags but has not started the food. She is typically busy chit-chatting with Jason. Today the food was even marked as ready but, of course, was not. I wish there was another breakfast place close to my work. In contrast, my local Starbucks that I visit by my house on the weekends is always efficient and friendly.

I go to this Encino Starbucks on regular basis after dropping the kids off at school to pickup my wifes coffee order. this time her coffee was not ready. I asked the first person twice and she said let me see and nothing, asked another person and was asked if its mobile order and then nothing, finally asked the 3rd person raising my voice and was told they dont have the order. I understand theyre all busy, but it shouldnt take raising my voice to just get an answer. finally get the coffee ready and put the coffee out at the counter and dont say the name and fully cover the name; yet, said the name for all other coffees put on the counter. very mature

It is clear the Health Department has not been at this Starbucks in a long time. It is quite unsanitary and the bathroom is GROSS! There was urine all over the floor, no toilet sheets, hand dryer wasn’t working and the base of the toilet was full of grime. I let one of the nice co workers know about how ignored this bathroom is. She said they clean it every hour. It makes me wonder how clean the food and coffee section are.This was one of my favorite Starbucks for a long time. It is a shame what is happening to this location.

If you ever need to meet somebody on Ventura boulevard lets say for an interview, or a business meeting etc I would definitely recommend this particular location.There is plenty of parking its freeway close and theres plenty of outdoor seating. Its also located in a shopping center so its really easy to describe it to somebody whos not familiar with the area.Other than that its a Starbucks... What you find at your local Starbucks youll find there. 😁

I understand Starbucks are always busy but I was so upset at how one of the workers treated me. Martha was so rude. I asked if she had one of my desserts in her basket since I already had gotten my drink. She then grabbed the basket and told me to wait and back off although, I wasnt even reaching to grab any. She said it would be right out. I waited nearly 25 minutes. And she checked the basket once again for another customer and turns out my dessert was all the way in the back from the others the whole time. Horrible customer service. If I can give 0 stars for this location I would.

I never give bad reviews because I know there’s good days and bad days for everyone. Although, an employee named Martha always seems to have “ bad days”. I understand Starbucks is always busy but that fact that I have to wait and on top be treated disrespectfully by Martha is a little upsetting. It’s not the first or even third time she always gives attitude and screams at customers for asking about their order. A simple it’s not ready would do, but no she doesn’t have patience to deal with customers. Bad service overall.

I dont like to complain but this is not the first time I am here...this location is always busy, the coffee is made in a rush. I waited 40 minutes to get a chocolate croissant, and I asked for it to be double toasted, it wasnt and it was almost cold. I can understand they are busy and I appreciate the workers are working hard but if you are a busy location or have a rush hour in the morning, you need to accommodate it with staff or buy another oven....waiting 40 mins for something that goes in the toaster for 30 seconds is not okay, this was supposed to be a quick Starbucks run on my way to work and made me late for work.

Inside this STARBUCKS is an order counter, coffee and tea merchandise, nibble foods, excellent baristas, and lots of seating. Outside, theres an equally large, partially covered patio, with seating, a decorative fountain, and manicured greenery. Parking is free and easy.Coffee is the usual Starbucks excellence. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. As Ive said before, Starbucks is Starbucks, consistent quality, beautifully presented, by talented baristas. The servers listen to your request. If you can, order on line. It will save time standing in the queue.The breakfast menu includes oatmeal, biscuits and rolls. Lunches, offers sandwiches and snack boxes which are fresh and delicious. There are a few vegan offering.Both the bathroom and parking are wheelchair accessible.

I used to come to this Starbucks every single day two or three times a day now I come maybe one today and they are rude obnoxious sanctimonious and also they closed at 7:30 tonight and I would not recommend this place ever the assistant managers or the leads think they are the boss of everybody! they refused to let me in and it was only 7:15 ! I am blind and THEY refused to let me into the bathroom AND to put the numbers in cuz I couldnt seeTO do IT! I will not go to this place they dont make the drinks right when I did order a drink it tasted nothing like coffee nothing like the white chocolate mocha that I usually get and I asked them very politely Can You remake it and they threw a fit so do not go to this Starbucks on Ventura and Hayvenhurst by the way I used to work for Starbucks and when theres 4 people working you did not close at 7:30 especially since they were not busy at all tell to not go to this Starbucks go to the one down on Louise or any other Starbucks but dont go to this one theyre rude theyre very very uppity and you do not want them making drinks for you because they are never right

Its September 2021, Covid is still a problem, and an older fella came in here dry coughing. LOUD. At least three other people were eyeing him and the cashier employee noticed we werent thrilled about this guy being in here. He stopped what he was doing behind the counter, came onto the floor and said to the guy, “Due to the ongoing pandemic, we must remain diligent with our precautions, and patrons who are coughing must not be permitted inside, but you can still place your order on the app or with me and we’ll take care of you all the same.” GIVE THAT KID A RAISE! It warms my heart when humans show compassion. IT’S NOT HARD. As for the facilities at this Starbucks, theres no stress parking, two bathrooms, outdoor seating (with very little shade), and many power outlets at the tables inside. It doesnt get much better than this!

This is by far the best Starbucks in the country and I have been to more than 100. I only know the morning team, but they are amazing. Jade, Jackie, Nicole, Sashi, and Roy know me by name and make a point to say good morning, no matter what task they are doing. All are great for those I am not sure of the names. I have other Starbucks closer, but I go out of my way to go come to this one.

You know everyone I go to this store they take forever and they always mess up. Been going there for about a month up to 3-5 times a week At least .However it seems that if I order in store they always mess up the order and instead of fixing it right away they put it at the end of the line and remake it. Instead of getting it done first.If I order it through mobile pickup. It takes even longer and the drink never comes out correctly. I have ordered the cloud macchiato for my girlfriend several times and it always looks so sad and never even comes close to the pictures.I love Starbucks and will continue to go there but someone needs to help these guys out.Thank you.

The parking at this location is sort of difficult. From my experience driving here, it is most beneficial for 1 to take an Uber or park in the residential area surrounding the commercial complex. Nonetheless, the beverages and products are superior to some of the local competitors.

This Starbucks is pretty huge. There are very few Starbucks that I have seen with these many sitting options.Although its usually busy due to CVS and Ralphs customers you will still be served with great staff and as quickly as possible.

They are the starbucks closest to my house so it would be convenient to go there however the average wait time for a single coffee even when it’s dead is 30 min. it’s by far the slowest starbucks in the world!! they deff need to make some changes to how they do things! i would recommend driving down the street a mile to louise and ventura were the wait time is like 7 minutes even if it’s farther it waaaaay faster!

If you want your drink made right, this location is where to go. My usual order is a customized iced Caramel Machiato with cold foam and they nail it every time. Most other Starbucks consistently seem to miss a shot, substitute ristretto shots when not asked, and or not make the correct cold foam (cold foam is different from sweet cream cold foam). All the Baristas here are amazing and they are always on top of their game. On top of the Baristas greatness, the outdoor seating area is beautiful with a great fountain, fans, and a Spanish style gazebo. I really shouldnt let this secret out, but there you go. Enjoy!

I stood here this morning and waited for ten minutes for my order.People that had ordered after me including mobile orders were served. Then the employee asks me a little too casually what I ordered. I tell her and she looks for my cup and then acts surprised when she finds it. She was not nice to me. Im sorry that I was not dressed in my Sunday best for the Encino crowd. You see, I come from a land called Woodland Hills and at my Starbucks, they treat me with kindess and manners. Then she makes my beverage, roughly sets it on the counter and says here. Really? And since I waited so long for a Venti peppermint mocha with whole milk, add a shot, I lost the last seat inside since Im not rude enough to throw my things down ahead of time.My parents are at a doctors appointment down the street and next time they have to go, I think I will window shop at the CVS next door. This was a mistake a shall not be repeating. I gave them a second chance and it did not work out. Im not a bad person, but I am disabled and its not easy for me getting around and being mistreated when Im paying almost $9.00 for a coffee and cookie.

This particular Starbucks sells no coffee, only oatmeal. Porridge, if your from across the pond. Different, surprising, and oddly comforting. The Oatistas, as they like to call themselves, offer a variety of toppings, including gluten free and wild game (again, for those from across the pond). I personally prefer the cinnamon, pecan, and rabbit. If you order with an English accent, they give you extra rabbit.Seriously, Google wants me to review a Starbucks. Its like every Starbucks Ive ever been in, complete with the hyper counter person, and the same crowd right out of central casting. The Americano is good.

Staff are good people but the quality of Coffee has gone down drastically. Coffee always tastes waterdowned and not fresh at all. The coffee from the flask taste old and sometimes warm or cold. I hope Starbucks find a way to make every cup taste like a fresh brewed coffee. Also price of food is extremely high for a coffeeshop. Many people avoid buying pastries and sandwiches because of the high prices. Starbuck Rewards dont help this problem at all. You would sell a lot more if prices reduced by %50. Try to make money by volume sells instead of making a killing on each sell.
