I never comment or review, but felt this necessary. This is a great example of tipping culture gone wrong. Went to the drive-thru, got a couple drinks, went to tap my card, $1/drink tip. No thank you, no smile, no nothing. The same is generally the case when going inside. To the owner/operator: I spent a number of years in restaurant management, and though Im sure the ladies inside know they will be tipped because its a post-covid tipping world, this is unacceptable. At the very least, warnings and additional training is 100%warranted here. If you care to read your reviews, its right in front of you. Not that I make a difference, but Ill be switching to 100% cash for this place, and I hope more will do the same.

DO NOT go inside this store to order coffee. It is a drive through only establishment.I went in, thinking that I could order and get coffee in a reasonable time and my order was pushed down for over 10 minutes. I had to ask the cashier when it would be ready, and she went to her ipad and had to move it up the queue to even get it printed.This was after ten minutes of waiting.Awful.

Its a really nice Starbucks however, I went in at 2:30pm on a Tuesday. There were only a handful of people inside and no line. It took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. Then, I ordered a short Carmel Macchiato with oat milk, should be $5.45 according to my app, but the cashier, who acted like he hated his job, charged me $5.85. I didnt realize until after but I wasnt going to make a fuss over .40 cents. The red haired employee was nice though. Friendly and asked me right away if I had gotten help. This was way after I had placed my order and was just waiting for my drink.

Be ready to wait a long time and then ready to get back in line to wait again, because youll have to get your drink remade. Worst part is the attitude they flash when you ask for a drink to be corrected no matter how polite your request is. Might be a combination of lack of staff and poor training, but definitely not worth even gas station coffee prices. Thank goodness there are so many locations to select from in the area as this one is not up to par in the least.

The coffee was very good!!! And the service I got was ok. I did like that they new I was there. But I should not wait 17 min to get my drinks. And it was slow enough to make them pretty fast. I would just pay more attention to the customer.

This is a very busy Starbucks. The quality of products and services is about typical for Starbucks. Wait time for online orders varies from 8 to 15 minutes in my experience, so a little forward planning makes for a seamless experience.

This Starbucks is heavy on “Barista Attitude”. Just started coming here two weeks ago, and I am not impressed. I’ve was given the “Eye Roll” by one of the ladies. Not cool.

I came and order a venti ice coffee with white Mocha. First off when I got to the speaker there was no greet for like a minute very bad service. And when they came on they even told me to wait for a little more bit. I had order my drink exactly like how I order it. Came to the window and they were just chatting with a drive thru person I thought that the drive thru person might be waiting for another drink but nope she was just chatting with the employees especially thru the drive very inappropriate. When i pull up to the window they hand my drink in a small cup and looks like there is not white mocha in there. I told the lady on the drive thru that the drink was made wrong she took it back to fix and seem like that just put the same drink into a different cup. Brought it back to me I taste it I was like I dont think this is white mocha she say it is. So I didnt want to make an argument so I just drove off. Now I live about 35 minute away and was really tired I order 3 shots with 2 pump of white mocha. After I fi ish the drink I was having allergic reaction and the shots was really diluted It was not helping me with my drive home. I was fallen asleep and spitting alot. When I got home my stomach started to hurt a lot. Now this is something that needs to be fix I have never experience a Starbuck like this before and who ever made that drink shouldnt even be working in a food place.please fix this problem I dont want to go through this again.

Probably the worst service I have ever had. Most of the workers are really kind, but a few are very snarky?Service is super slow and my order has been messed up almost every time I have come in.There are middle schoolers everywhere who dont know how to conduct themselves.

Went on my lunch break so I couldn’t go back but literally the worst experience with Starbucks I have had so far. The lady at the window was rude and clearly didn’t listen to me because my or was wrong. So I had it back to her at the window and she rolls her eyes. When she comes back she says this is what you need. Then I ask about the croissant and she said “oh we ran out”. Why have me order and pay for it then?! Definitely not coming back!

My gift card failed to load when it was purchased for me, and the Starbucks App wasnt loading my info. It was 50% off any cold drunk after noon, but because the App wasnt working, I couldnt get the deal. However, the manager came over and used her info, and we got the deal! Thank you!

Used to love Starbucks and used to a hardcore regular but unfortunately the quality isn’t what it used to be. What happened Starbucks? Can’t make drinks right half the time. Forget about getting a cappuccino, it’s pretty much a latte every time. It’s so disappointing! But on the bright side I am saving a LOT of money by not going to Starbucks. This review isn’t for a specific location but overall.

This Starbucks is really hit or miss when it comes to making drinks in good time. In the mornings they are INCREDIBLY busy because they are right next to the high school, and they are even very busy/crowded on weekend mornings, too. But even when the store is empty, I have arrived to pick up a mobile order and still had to wait. But in general a clean, nice store.

Overall the Starbucks by victory lane is alright, but the employees are either rude or annoying to deal with. They forget your water if you order one, which requires you to remind them of their duty to provide drinks to people. They get an attitude with you if you end up napping, even after buying something. Lastly they are so desperate for money, that they will sell almost expired food for a lower price. I saw them discuss it behind the counter and frankly, it was very sad.Overall Id say it is just a good meeting spot if your getting picked up, or if your about to leave and you simply want a cool shady place to sit.

The manager I guess, she was very rude and told me I had to pay extra for my almond milk, even though I have gotten my drink at multiple locations and at this store and they have never said anything. I order my drink online so they do not have all options on there. She was very condescending and very rude. I tasted my drink and it was disgusting so I am never ordering there again. I have multiple interactions with her and she has been rude every single time.

After being missing for 11 days we got a call from my phone saying it was turned in at Starbucks. We instantly drove over and found my phone which was presumably turned in the night prior. I was able to get my phone back thanks to the helpfullness of the staff. Funny thing really that day was the birthday of my mom and the barista that called us. Thanks again for the great staff and amazing drinks.

This Starbucks is BY FAR the best Starbucks. Every single barista is so nice and happy. I order my drink on my way to dropping RHS kid off and when I walk in to get my drink I am greeted by name. The baristas know my drink and they also will hand me my drink so that I dont have to fight the crowd of high school kids waiting for their drinks. Its the only Starbucks I feel comfortable spending 4 hours of my Saturday doing homework at.

Came for first time n arrived when high school let out....Big mistake! Very long wait n was unnecessary. Most of the kids ordered free water n then didnt pick them up.....had time believing starbucks would make a paying customer wait for dozens of free waters!....not cool n will not come back.....remember that when school is out!

I ordered a Frappuccino, then got it without coffee, then got it remade, but the coffee tastes either burnt or they put dark roast beans instead?Surprisingly many workers (3-5) at different stations, but customer alertness is not the best, seems like only one person is only serving the lobby at times. Other starbucks stores I been to have just only 1-2 workers usually and manage to serve customers quickly while also maintaining efficiency and cleanliness.Other than that the store has a great lounging area for group meetings.
