Regular brewed coffee at this location is always super watery. Doesnt taste like coffee at all. More like hot water if anything. Been coming here for years but for the past few months its been watery. I have been going to Paris baguette near by instead. Much stronger tasting coffee. Unfortunate because I love Starbucks but this one has declined.

Decent place and coffee. I like the caramel Machiato here. I took the Short size glass and funny enough they don’t have a sleeve that fits the glass!! That was very strange. So I tried to fold it on the back and had to juggle to hold on to the big sleeve. This was quite disappointing!My husband took the Chai tea latte in tall size and that had the sleeve.I find the food here a bit expensive and could be tastier

My go to Starbucks when my fiance goes to get a facial nearby. Plenty of seats on a Sunday if you want to hack on some work. There are usually a couple of groups around chatting. Theres also outdoor seating if it ever gets busy. Parking is not a problem in this shopping center. In all, a good Starbucks that covers the to-go use case as well as the I want to hang out for a few hours use case.

I have been to this Starbucks location countless times. This review is for cleanliness. The place was disgusting. The floor in the main area was not cleaned for days and the restroom is the worst. I understand that employees are busy, but this review is directed towards Starbucks chains management.Stop taking the exuberant money for your coffee if you cannot maintain clean facilities!

I ordered online Yesterday 8/17/2023 about 40 minutes before close (730pm pickup time) and I got a Ice Coffee for my free drink on the Starbucks app. Heres the thing, I ordered a Cinnamon Dulce Ice Latte. The milk was a little bad. It really was a Ice coffee with bad milk and sprinkles of dry Cinnamon on top of the ice. No need to go back because by the time I get back to the store it wouldve been closed. Nothing else was available, no dessert, no sandwiches. Just the Worst Starbucks I have ever been too.

Starbucks is good, I sometimes find myself torn between it and Peets. Both have good coffee, but I do find Starbucks to be more on the sugary side, not bad if thats what you like, and Im all about the mocha latte. You will find me at Starbucks everyday during Christmas time, because their Chestnut Praline is probably the best coffee I have ever tasted in my life!! You owe it to yourself to try it. Will I come back, um ya, during the holiday season.

One of the worst Starbucks experiences at this store. I placed a mobile order with a pick up time at 10:10 am. As I waited, multiple other customers checked in about their mobile orders and got a neutral stock answer of its the next one. After observing a few customers getting generic answers and not getting their orders, it was more frustrating to see people who I saw order in store getting their drinks first. Clearly, the order of operations by these baristas is messed up.I got my drink 16 minutes later than the mobile order estimate and it was not even made properly. He didnt add enough ingredients for the Carmel ribbon crunch frappucino and added some extra whipped cream at the bottom to compensate. Also the crunch and caramel were only at the top instead of throughout like how its made at other stores Ive been to.I take it the baristas either need more help or more training. They dont move with urgency, dont acknowledge customers, lie to customers about their order in the queue and are disorganized in how they prioritize in store and mobile orders. This was my first and only time coming to this location. There are other locations around, no need to settle for this one.

Staff were incredibly friendly and chill at this location, more than others. The seating here is quite food, and the internet is fast. Its not a bad place to break out your laptop and park there for a work day.Lots of Starbucks locations surprisingly dont have decent seating, so its good to have!The coffee there? Mask mandate was not being enforced. Staff said they don’t enforce mask mandate because customers get mad at them for asking them to wear masks. Some staff weren’t wearing masks properly either. One staff member was eating behind the pastry display and on the phone- very unprofessional. Other staff were working hard while this person just stood around with no worry in the world. This Starbucks was unkept and sloppy. It’s the worst I’ve been to. On a good note, it was nice to see most the staff working hard and wearing masks.

Pretty standard layout and great customer service. There were an unusual amount of people with laptops hanging out. The minus one star was the fact that they were emptying the bakery window area out because of a gnat or fly infestation. We didnt partake in the pasty and thought we were pretty safe with our drink orders.

Standard Starbucks, popular hang out with a local crowd and can be pretty busy on the weekends. Ordering ahead with the mobile app will help you skip the line but they still tend to be slow - make sure you ask if your order does show up. Has a few tables outside with a good sunny aspect.

Convenient location for a quick coffee brake or a business meeting. On my last visit my coffee was taken by someone else by mistake. Service is much like any Starbucks you come across. Nothing stands out on this particular location. Their restroom is now off limits to customers. My wife was pregnant and in her state, she has to go more often to the restroom so we asked nicely if she can use it quickly but the girl working on the counter said they dont allow any customers at all. We had to go across the street and use the restroom at the Safeway Supermarket.

Could not get my app to work. I was trying to use my free drink. After I struggled for at least 10 minutes, the staff said their internet was not working well and gave me my free drink without using the app. I asked if I was able to get it to come up if they would like me to come back to have my phone scanned and the told me that I could just save it for another day. Usually a great spot for a quick in and out coffee grab. I swing by on my way to work occasionally and usually find short lines with quick service. Theres also a fair amount of seating, space for working and for charging, available in the mornings if youd like to stick around.

Used to be a really good place but they are lately creating some mess. On my previous visit the cashier went in and did not come out for 15 min with some 7 people standing in line, the barsita is not doing anything but wont take orders. The people working are usually not in their uniforms and do not look groomed specifically since they are dealing with food. Recently the barista made a hot chocolate instead of cafe mocha and insisted that it is indeed Cafe Mocha.

They need to be prepared when they open up shop, if the restrooms are open they need to make sure those tissue holders have toilet paper in there. Also supposedly the hand dryers are unsanitary, because it blows all that water and stuff all over the place, so if anything they should have napkins or something in there to wipe your hands or dry them.

Good place to work on your laptop, and surf reliable free Wi-Fi. There are only a few strategically-placed outlets for plugging in your electronics, so you may have to share! However, theres plenty of seating for working on papers, projects, just browsing the web or chilling. Comfy, mostly quiet and with a friendly (albeit quite young) staff. 5 stars!

This is a Starbucks location. If you like Starbucks, there is no reason you wont like this location, at least based on the product offering. My only gripe concerns the traffic situation; this store is located at the intersection of two badly choked roadways... Mission Blvd and Warm Springs. Recommend avoiding this location during morning and evening rush hours.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!I just picked up my mobile order and the order was wrong, so the girl in the long braids decided instead of fixing the order for me she would argue with me about wether I was wrong for putting her n the order it she was right, she wanted me to go to my car to get my phone to see if the order was out in right or wrong...Really, she obviously either hates her job or has never worked in customer service before. I told her I was gonna be late to work and if she could just fix it for me and I asked her what she needed from me to do so. She rolled her eyes and was obviously pissed off, it would have taken less time to remake my coffee than it took her to argue with me and act rude, her coworker said get ready I guess its an inside joke. By the way I said please and thank you!!! Disappointing experience.It was 5:43 when we arrived to get two frapps since it was happy hour we made sure to arrive before 6, to our surprise the lady who was there Sima(seema) simply refused to help us and said it was closed in a very rude way. We pointed out the sign said they closed at 6, she just repeated herself and said if we wanted a frapp we could go across the street, to the other Starbucks . I understand sometimes we are in a hurry and want to be ready to go exactly at the time you are off but at least I would expect for her to let me know in a nice way and apologize for the wrong info in their sign and what the website says about closing times.

Took 3 times to get my triple grande iced white mocha with whip right, first time barrista got attitude when asked to remake it, second time he tossed the wrongly made drink on the counter spilling it, and handed me my third attempted drink with attitude saying 3rd time is a charm. A Seattle based franchise coffee house. Located on mission boulevard in Fremont. I drive to work really early and they are already open before 6am. I literally pass them everyday! You can use your Starbucks App to order before you get there which not a lot of coffee houses do. Use door dash as well. Apparently they are known for signature roast coffee! Love love all their pastries! Birthday cakes, sweet like I like it! Chocolate chip cookies soft! But I always order my favorite drink caramel macchiato and breakfast Bantam Bagels (not too big or too small) love them! I also love their salads!!! Yumm!
