Been coming to this Starbucks for years and the baristas are super friendly! The cafe sitting area is always kept clean and the Wi-Fi is reliable and fast! Plenty of free parking in lot.

Worst Starbucks ! Got my order wrong twice, attitude and both order taker and barista . They looked tired, didn’t smile or greet anyone . As soon as you walk into this Starbucks the vibe is off . Do not come here .

This employee was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I placed two separate orders and each time it was time for her to give me my change & receipt I had my hand out. both times she deliberately put my money & receipt on the counter for me to pick up instead of simply putting it in my hand. Both times I put my money in her hand. When I asked her if they were keeping a certain distance due to the pandemic her response was no. I then brought to her attention her actions and how I felt disrespected by them. Her response was ”well we’re busy.” I was the only person in line. They most certainly weren’t busy. I asked another employee to speak to the manager and he informed me that she was the manager. Very much disappointing. I will not be back.

For a $5 cut, haven’t even left the parking lot. Top came off and it fell. Spilling half my drink and breaking the cup in a few places. Extremely disappointed right now. Other than that the service is for the most part good or even great!Edited to add: Once we left my daughter tried her brothers milk because he didn’t want to drink it. (Horizon Organic). It was bad.

This location next to the Ross Dress for Less on Foothill is the BOMB! I have been to at least 5 other locations around town and in my opinion this is the best!! Great coffee, fantastic service and ample parking! Highly recommend!!

Been here a couple of times and its good but not my favorite location. The service is great in the morning but lacking in the afternoon. Came here twice in a day doing some errands. In the morning, was greeted VERY nicely by the staff there from the cashier to the barista. Very beautiful ladies and very kind. Came back in the afternoon and no personality. The cashier was having a very nice convo with the 2 ladies before me, then once it was my turn to order, they walked away without saying anything like give me one second or something. Just walked away and didnt acknowledge me. No one did. I felt very awkward. Then they approached me and took my order, didnt even ask me anything ... it was a very weird encounter. Ive seen that cashier before and i dont know ... they seem not to like when I come. Im not even a regular :/ 😮‍💨 just a weird and uncomfortable experience

There can be some weirdos here at times, but its otherwise very friendly and a great place for me to sit and get work done. Its especially good, as many other Starbucks have recently disabled their outlets, while this one hasnt.

The service at this place is amazing. I stopped early this morning to do some homework and felt like i was at my regular SBs in Oxnard Ca.the place is clean and the coffee is Hot and Ready. Way disappointed. Ordered a venti caramel ribbon frap with 2 add shots. Waited a good 10 minutes. Can totally tell they didnt add the extra shots of espresso. Left a tip too. Guess I wont ever do that again!

I have been coming here for many years, and from day one, I was hooked. I have a bit of a commute from the mid-city LA to Pasadena, so I like to come here and decompress and chill for a bit. Everyone who has ever worked here or works here are super sweet and extremely professional. The manager is great as well. I truly believe she loves and cares about her staff and vice versa. My orders are always handled well: fast and efficient! Even when its busy, of course I have to wait longer, but its not ridiculous. The atmosphere is also a plus because it truly feels like a small community. There are a lot of regulars, and since Im one too, there is great interaction between us as well as with the staff (if their time permits). Ive been to many Starbucks, but this location is one of my favorites! XOXO

I gave more than 1 star because they actually made a drink my wife ended up drinking(itll be explained).I ask the cashier for a dairy free blended coffee drink. She responds,uhh, ummm, uhh,. You know, like the sign up top says Dairy free espresso blah blah..Hold on, I dont drink coffee and its for my wife, not as a surprise per se, but she doesnt know. And shes allergic to dairy. This usually works at Starbucks and the awesome person puts in a special drink and makes her the best ever. Her words. The cashier had no knowledge of dairy free or dairy full of anything. I know people that went to Starbucks School and were all amazing but jeez. Then the girl that made the drink didnt know if she used coconut milk or regular milk. Wow. Right before my order was made, a woman was waiting for her 4 drinks and when they were made, the customer grunted and said something, the same worker said,huh?And the customer angrily grabbed her drinks off the counter and stormed out. She was in her uniform and walked down the street quickly, so Im assuming they took forever and the drink with whipped cream was not supposed to be there, something, Im assuming but that lady was not happy. She obviously got the drink right, my wife sipped it till she made sure of allergic reaction. But whew! These workers were in need of some more training.

After almost a year and a half of coming to this place never had I been so mordified.I have 2 hand braces on since I have a fractured ulna. I took 4 minutes in their restroom after paying for my drink and I had THE MANAGER knocking at my door non stop. I had to open the door with my pants still undone because according to her I had been in there too long. I go every Monday pay for my drink and pastry and use their restroom while I wait. No more. She was insensitive, rude and could have asked first if everything was ok rather than to rush me off. Such a shame too. The staff is otherwise great. I wont be back. I looked at my time stamp from my order so I know I wasnt in there long. Just takes time to take the brace on and off to wash my hands. So make sure if youre handicap you go elsewhere it shell come get you.

This Starbucks location is a good location near Best Buy. Even though its regularly busy in the morning, the line goes by pretty quickly. The inside doesnt have much seating, so if its during the middle of the day, you might have trouble finding a place to sit. There also isnt that much outside seating either, so if you want to sit/chill/work, you might have to be lucky. Theyve always made my drinks correctly (which is always a big plus) and I definitely will keep coming back.The staff here are so nice that a few days ago, a friend of mine ordered an iced tea and fell outside. Even though she was embarrassed, we convinced her to go inside and see if theyd make her another one. They totally did and it made her day.

I have been here 3 times and each time the service gets worse. The people are great, nice friendly and familiar with frequent fliers but it seems to take forever to get a Small Decaf coffee and a bagel. This last time I noticed them adding water from the faucet to my decaf (no sure what that was about) but it was the worst decaf I have ever had from any Starbucks. Super watered down not the dark rich taste I am used to. This is the last time I pick up my coffee there. Not good, being this place is on my way into work.

Very friendly staff but slow. Most of the people going in are on their way to work and need to get in and out. Having to stand in line waiting for them to chit chat with the customers or with each other makes this difficult. On a positive note, my coffee is always delicious at this store!

Sad to say, this Starbucks isnt on my list of great places to visit in Pasadena, because their staff tends to be a bit prejudiced. Also, I had a bathroom exoerience, too. I was in there for approximately 5 minutes, and I had staff banging on the door for me to exit. When I got out of the restroom, there wasnt even anyone waiting to use it-just the employee who decided that THIS was the moment she absolutely had to clean the restroom. Only thing good about this Starbucks is that they havent yet removed the wall outlets like the rest of the stores in the chain.

This small store is nestled in the corner of a good-sized shopping strip and is also a good place to head to after a trip on the Metro Gold Rail.This particular Starbucks is designed somewhat narrowly and the feel thus a little different socially. Sitting in the front of the store means you have a lot of empty space to your immediate side, which is a little awkward. There are more seats in the back, though. However, the quality of their food and drinks is consistently good with other stores, and the baristas are very friendly and helpful with your orders.

A day agoBad experience at this location. Today I was seating autside, on my phone, when I noticed that a manager an maybe a regional manager both female approached a homeless man that was seated next to me and they asked him to leave, he ask them if he can be their becouse he did not want to be in the heat he was trying too cool down. They insist and they poor homeless left and he sat on the parking lot. I dicided to do something and I ask this young man if he need something to drink, I walk with him to Starbucks and when they look at him walking in you should see the faces of the 2 managers. I got him a drink and food. I also let him know that he can be seating outside and rest because he was a paying customer. Shame on the 2 managers this homeless man is a human being and was only resting. I can not believe that people are not compassion to others....... I am sorry that I ever spend my money on a company that have no compassion for other.
