This is by far one of the SLOWEST locations I’ve been to. It’s also a rarity to get greeted when you go inside. Anyways, today has been by far the nastiest experiences I’ve ever had at any establishment that sells food and beverages. I got water today along with a couple of other items. After finishing almost the entire water, I go to take the last sip and I feel something in my mouth. A FINGERNAIL. Spit all of the water back out of course. Not sure if one of the baristas at this location has a nasty habit of nail biting but if they can do it *not* near areas of where food and drinks are prepared, that would be great. Absolutely disgusting. I really hate that I had been drinking it all the way until the very end without noticing too!

My partner ordered a water from the drive thru early this morning, proceeds to tell me there’s a FINGERNAIL in the bottom of his cup??? How disgusting is this place that this is even in the realm of possibility?! We are seriously considering contacting the health department, I cannot believe how unsanitary this store is. Go to virtually ANY other Starbucks.

We stopped by the drive thru and ordered a grilled cheese and a caramel macchiato. the service was very quickly and the staff were soo nice and friendly! the coffee was also really good and exactly how i like it :))

We ordered drinks via mobile order and had two separate orders. One order accidentally was placed at a nearby location as we were from out of state. When we told the barista she offered to make the three drinks for us and never made us feel like it was a bother. They went above and beyond to help us out. Drinks were made correctly and delicious as well.

This is probably one of my favorite locations that I frequent most. But recently I think they got a new male manager, & he honestly is super uptight, & rude. I feel bad for the baristas because you can feel the tension and it seems like they are walking on eggshells as this new manager it seems is always on the look out for something to nit-pic them about. Also I ordered a quad shot espresso with a half inch of soymilk been ordering this specific drink for years never had an issue but today it seemed a bit skimpy on the soy milk when he made it, so I asked for a little more soymilk and he said he will give it to me this time but next time he has to charge. I have no problem paying for more, but the fact is Ive never had this issue at any Starbucks I have been to nationwide! I think he is on a power trip and people like this man should not be in a managerial position. I seriously feel bad for the baristas I have grown to love that have given me great service, for the fact that they have to work with this man.

The workers are very on point and thoughtful. The food and coffee is better than any Starbucks I’ve been to. They showed attention to detail and was very sweet and polite.

Waited for 5 minutes at the walk up window only to be told they are only accepting drive thru customers. They had no sign up and 1 employee showed no inclination to inform me before the other employee. I would have accepted the drive thru only peacefully had there been a sign posted on the business, or that the drive thru was overwhelmingly busy. Sadly due to the lack of either is why I am leaving this review.

I came here and spent money to sit down and use the Internet and drink some coffee. I couldnt even use the computer to write this review it was so bad and had to use my phone. When I brought it up to the stores attention they said they sell coffee not WiFi... When did Starbucks stop being a place to drink coffee and sit down for a short time to get some work done? I ended up throwing away my coffee, getting my money back and going in search of a coffee shop I can sit down and work at.

The best service at this Starbucks! The employees are always friendly even during a rush and work quickly. I really appreciate that they always get the order right. They also have the egg & cheese protein box whenever I order it whereas other Starbucks run out of many options early in the day.

Sucks such a disappointed experience in this Starbucks store.Priority: drive through >> walk in > order onlineYou can NEVER image you are 15min behind the est. And YOU cannot cancel your order.And they missed my milk form. Because they all are in a hurry, the drink quality is disappointing.They are in chaotic. One is trying to make a drink, and then he printed the next order, let the precious there uncovered😅😅😅Will never come back.
