2024-01-20 20:41:26Long story short im traveling and needed to use a restroom. So I ordered and then my food and coffee got stolen while I used their restroom and they were not only kind enough to remake my order but also gave me a card with some $ on it. Everything tastes great!

2020-07-02 02:52:00Cosmo is one of my favorite associate at this location. Very sweet and super friendly. I always do the curbside pickup at this location. Cosmo is always providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Starbucks location.

2021-10-11 21:38:35Its in a corner mall area with decent parking. I love the fact that they put the app orders where you can grab them without waiting for someone to be free to help you. Its smaller than most Starbucks. Its clean. Didnt really interact with the staff but they seemed nice, really busy.

2024-03-14 05:54:18This is what I qualify as a qualified and consistent employee. Today after a really hard day, I went to buy a drink for breakfast at almost 1:30pm. With a headache and a lot of depression due to certain things that are happening in my environment, I asked for what I wanted, and I think I was wrong, but even so, a sweet voice by the drive thru, explains better what I wanted, with an impeccable education, with love for what he does, this voice lifted my spirits just listening to his impeccable customer service. Then when I go to pay, which you never expect, my credit card is blocked and the truth is that I am quite embarrassed because this young lady is so kind that she gives me enough time to search my bag for some coins to be able to pay. Already nervous, I apologize and want to return the drink, but this young woman should really be promoted to manager, because she uses all her empathy and assertiveness to #1 Shes not make me feel so bad #2 She decides not to lose me as a customer, that I am in this place #3 she insists me that I not worry and she paid for the drink! That of course I will return to return her money. Obviously she surprises me because she is also a young girl, and her ability to solve problems is very mature. This young lady is called Joanna and I hope your life is blessed forever. And hopefully your superiors know what a great human being you are, and recognize the potential you have to take care of customers. When todays young people are not interested in being courteous, and taking care of the company where they work. Young people today dont even try to attract customers. This girl has great qualities and a great future, because in addition to being a good employee, she is a great human being. 100 for the person who hired her!I love Starbucks!

2024-01-06 06:12:00Just stopped by to pick up my online order through the drive thru.. no one answers at the speaker was waiting for a good 5 minutes.. didnt get a give me a sec or hi il be right with you nothing. Pull up to the window because im on my way to work and cahsier at drive thru was very rude gave me this attitude her face said it all.. i did get my 3 drinks what she didnt give me was my cake pop.. i do too work at a drive thru and no way in hell do i talk to my customers like that. Talking bout “theres a speaker out there” like okay girl say something otherwise ppl think you guys are closed. And on top of that i had cars behind me… customers make your paycheck honey.

2022-03-21 17:40:04I keep trying to give Starbucks a chance, but the reason why I dont like Starbucks is because my order is never correct. I order the same thing every single time a venti salted caramel cream cold brew with three pumps of the cinnamon dulce syrup and add cinnamon powder. Every single time I only get the salted caramel cream cold brew. Nothing else. If I mean charged extra for this, why am I not getting what Im paying for? It doesnt matter what time of day I go, this location never gets the order correct.

2023-11-13 17:11:33Worst experience at a Starbucks ever, after ordering a drink on my phone, I came into the store to pick up my drink, had to use the restroom, only to have not 1 but 2 workers knock at the door to tell me there is a 8 min policy on using the restroom, and I only had 5 mins left, after I got out, told the worker named David that I have never heard of such a policy and it was pretty rude, I called SB customer service later to file a complaint, they said they never heard of such a policy. Never coming back to this location ever again

2021-07-14 13:47:49I come to Starbucks a lot. And usually I always ask for light ice, but this time I forgot. For 5.25, Trenta size drink, I got half of that size. The ice was filled top to bottom. Their drinks are tasty, but ask for light ice so that you way you get what you pay for.
