Starbucks is by far not my favorite coffee shop, but the employees here really make it worth a visit. I frequent Starbucks across the state, strictly for convenience, and I have to say I have never seen any SB employee work as hard as Gokhan does in this location. All of the staff are nice and attentive as can be, but he really is the shining star of the business. He deserves a BIG raise.

Very unsanitary they made our drink wrong 2 times and on the third time they took the original drink they had made and already handed us and put it back in the blender to add a missing ingredient. Still forgot the chocolate sauce in the end after waiting all that time.Additional: they took the original drink and “revised” it 3 times within 10 minutes and we did not end up with a mocha cookie crumble im a barista at another store and know the drink like the back of my hand. The drink was melted by then and was not sanitary pouring a drink they already handed us 2 times into a blender. The drink was never remade just got ingredients added to.

I had a terrible experience with this store. I wouldnt come back if it wasnt close to my workplace. Today was exceptionally bad. They advertised free multi-purpose mugs for orders of their specified coffee, but when I ordered the Vt pep mint for $6.95 at 10 AM and asked for the free mug, the staff impatiently claimed they ran out, which is absurd considering they only open at 8 AM today. This incident has left me with a negative impression of this place, and it also affects my view of Starbucks, even though this coffee shop is not the only one around.

Came in today and felt that my friend and I were treated rudely. We stood there in front of the barista waiting for her to finish chatting with the other one. Then, my friend wanted to get his birthday drink today but never signed up for the rewards program until the day of. We didnt realize you couldnt get the reward if you signed up the day of, and thats fine. But, the way the barista clarified it felt a little rude. She remarked, Ummm, you need to be a little bit earlier on that. Yet, she didnt tell us how much time you have to sign up before your birthday. Then, when we ordered our drinks, her reaction came off judgmental about my drink order. It was just a regular iced latte with no substitutions or anything. I didnt understand why their attitude had to be like that.

This is by far the loudest Starbucks ever. I feel like walking into a rave party. The baristas there really crank it up. Perhaps its a way to discourage people from hanging out for long period of time.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have 2 people working yet only one of them is making drinks for like 10 people while the other employee is not doing anything. What a horrible Starbucks!! I waited 20 minutes for my drink and just left without it cause it was that bad. Find the next Starbucks that’s probably 10 minutes away with much better service. What a waste.

Coffee is good, bathrooms are always gross! Was there at 9:45am. The soap dispenser on one side was broken and just laid out with mold all around where the cover should be. Not very sanitary for customers or employees

Appalled at the customer service and discrimination at this location. Came in the store with no one in line. Stood in front of the cash register and waited for someone to acknowledge me while there were three people working behind the counter. One barista finally said to me that someone will be with me in a moment, so I proceeded to the restroom. Upon coming back, there were new customers at the register who came in after me that were apparently being helped right away. Once the new customers left the register, instead of being helped after them, the barista left the cash register and I was left once again to wait for someone to take my order. Experience deserves one star.

Baristas stood around on a busy weekday morning while ppl waited for their food to he heated. We had to ask them if any of the orders were being heated, none were put into the microwave. The sugar area was filthy. Took 15mij fo rke to get my small order. May have been a training day but come on, 15min on an order done ahead is not ideal.

I was driving home from San Jose to Sacramento. I got there right as they were closing. The young lady was walking to the door to lock it. She invited me in made me a coffee and a sandwich as they were breaking everything down and cleaning it. They were still happy to serve me and very friendly. Of course they have great coffee but their customer service was over the top. Thank you to both of the young ladies. You 2 were awesome it really made my day. Thank you.

This was the most disappointing Starbucks I have been to in a very long time, even the lady in front of me commented how dysfunctional this store was and dirty. My order was part right and the other part a Carmel Frappuccino was sitting on the counter for 7minutes before I had to ask for it...and then another lady had to ask for the rest if her order also. The girls were very nice but seemed to be more interested in their summer get together with friends than customers needs.

Sadly they have moved to an all new crew at this location. With this move has come some changes. The service is slow and the baristas dont make the effort to know you. Its become just another coffee shop, and you a nameless, faceless customer! The entire vibe has changed. Sadly it doesnt even feel like a Starbucks...Its just a place to stop for a clean restroom on the way to the Bay Area. Which means I am very likely to remember to try the other coffee shop closer to the freeway with the intriguing Coffee shop name. No longer a favorite location... please bring back your vibe of warmth and caring!

I have to give a shout out in particular to Roger and the baristas here.I placed a mobile order and followed it up with a phone call to alert the staff that Im allergic to kiwi, requesting my order be no where near kiwi/not prepared by someone who has made a kiwi refresher or touched kiwi (THAT is how allergic I am - Ive been hesitant to order ever since the Kiwi refresher drink came out). The barista who answered help me feel at ease that she would alert the staff and make sure proper hand washing was done, etc. To which I am very grateful as this Starbucks is super busy given it is right off Isabel/84, next to a gas station and other popular restaurants/wineries.When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I was so grateful to hear Roger alerting his fellow baristas that he couldnt touch my order or hand it to me because he had made a kiwi refresher for someone else. A few look confused, but him making sure gave me faith that there are people who understand how important that is to people with allergies, such as myself where the slightest trace could trigger a fatal reaction for me.I am so thankful for you Roger!!!!

Arrived at 4pm. Floors were so dirty. Looked like no one swept all day. Service slow 3 ppl waiting 1 person making drinks. Of course there was a problem with one of the machines and the 1 person had to fix while other two were doing other things behind counter. I always feel when a customer is waiting u stop and help ur coworker.

Service is EXTREMELY slow!! It took them over 20min to make a small mocha frappe. I asked for a refund after the 20min & they still were not even working on my drink. They were even taking a long time to give other people their plain coffees. Don’t come here unless you have lots of time to waste. They move SUPER SLOW with no care in the world.

I am business traveler, this ised to be my pit stop, buy a drink and use the restroom and wash my hands, but the ladt two times I have stopped there they didnt let me ise it wotn the same excuse the they were closing in 15 minutes. I have to iUse someone else bathroom today. I still bought my drink even though they were closing in 15 minutes. I will stop patronizing, this place. Buy my coffe somewhere else, drink other brands. Ive been in quite a few Starbucks, but for some reason the mocha frappuccino is the best tasting one compared to other Starbucks. Has plenty of parking and the view of the sunset over the vineyards is really beautiful.

Never have been a fan of Starbucks. In my opinion you are buying into their gimmick. I recently traveled to Indonesia and actually went to a coffee plantation....tried the luwak coffee it was amazing, and I even brought some home to me they are just over priced Maxwell House and they dont even support our troops.

This Starbucks is a caffeine oasis in the midst of the Livermore Wine Country. Tucked into a small strip of businesses and an overpriced gas station, this place has delivered pretty much every time Im in for a visit. Expect your standard Starbucks experience here, nothing too fancy happening, just good olfashioned coffee beverages and the like. Friendly staff and ample outdoor seating make this a great little stopover if youre in need of a pick-me--up.

When I ask for no foam, they take the foam out and leave my cup missing about 3 inch of coffee. I pay for a FULL cup of coffee 5.75, so I want my cup filled to the top. You think that would be obvious that if they take foam out and the cup is left not full, common sense would say... fill the cup. Duh. Yes, I am that strict about my coffee, go figure. The Starbucks on Airway Blvd. Livermore is the worst! Ill save that for another review.
