Coming from an ex-partner:-Some of the longest waits Ive ever had in a starbucks despite only having a customer or two in-front of me.-Twice now Ive gotten a bacon gouda and it hasnt had bacon. I know starbucks doesnt make the sandwiches, but somehow this is the only location thats happened to me at even once, let alone twice now.-Cafe is generally messy and poorly maintained.Its the only one around, so youll probably still go. But as far as individual Starbucks go, this one is pretty bad.

This is the most convenient location for a Starbucks but the most inconvenient drive-through lines sometimes spilling out to the Main Street. Other than that service is always really friendly and the food/drinks are always great.

Came to this Starbucks this morning. Ordered aVenti Coffee with 5 raw sugar with half and half and double toasted Cheese Danish. The order taker was nice and polite when he took my order. I dont know if he was attentive to customers order. I picked up my coffee and danish. As I was leaving i took sip of my coffee. My coffee tasted bitter like they didnt put sugar or if they put sugar they didnt stare the coffee. Then when i got to the parking at work. I took a bite of my danish it was cold. They didnt even toast the danish. I dont know if the order taker took my order correctly or someone just didnt care or bother.

Its the staff/coffee baristas that make this THE go-to location when my daughters or I want Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and courteous! The food and drinks is always consistently spot on (something weve not always experienced at other locations). I just tried the NEW Oleato Latte, my personal favorite of all the Lattes on the menu now!!!

I’ve been coming here for years and had no issues. It must be the new staff they have but every time I come here now the drinks are bad. It almost seems as if they purposely mess up your order. On my last order I asked for a Coffee Frappuccino with one pump of mocha sauce. It had so much mocha sauce that my drink was black. This was a venti, just imagine how much sauce they added. If you don’t enjoy your job move on, find a place where you will do your job right. For the price being charged, your coffee should right!

Very nice, friendly staff and an excellent location in the NE corner of Glendale. My friend made the order long before I arrived to do the pick-up, so the barista remade both drinks in record time. I would love to sit in here some time to enjoy my drink.

I am 71 years old, on Sunday at 8:30 PM I went to get coffee for me and my wife door was closed and no any signs on it what time open and closed. It was 3 workers in sight and taking orders from drive up sight. I check on the wed working hours on that location and it has to be open on Sundays by 11:00PM. I went on drive up window and asked to have coffee. They told me including manager that, they can take order from cars only. I asked them friendly to take my order, they started to laugh on me. Very bad service.

Pretty slow for being 6 am in the morning honestly...I got two coffee and two bread next thing was the gentleman was helpful but one of the lady was like whatever.She saw us waiting in the car for the bread she didnt give that to us. I come here pretty much every week. The drinks are hit and miss. Sometimes it’s mixed well. Sometimes my latte taste like half milk half coffee.Sometimes their overfriendly with the syrup. Making it too sweet. But it’s the most convenient location that has a drive thru and I need my morning latte. The service is Great though! Everyone is very Nice!

I understand that mornings are hectic times for coffee shops, but that doesn’t make me any less annoyed when my order is given to me wrong. I am often in a big rush to get to work on time and so when I received my cold brew and oatmeal this morning I did not double check to make sure it was given correctly. My coffee was 99% ice with probably a third or less of the coffee that I should’ve gotten not to mention The oatmeal I got was missing the blueberries, I’m very disappointed and not sure I’ll be returning

This review is for the manager of this location. The employees are nice and willing to serve, but I was disappointed to find out that they cut all portions of the ingredients by half where they can. This was my first and last time at this location and I dont appreciate paying $5 cup of coffee and get half-pumps - theres no such thing in the recepie.

There are many other Starbucks restaurants I go to (including the stores at a Vons and a Target in Pasadena) and they have much more professionally-trained employees. It looks like this particular Starbucks doesnt hire enough well-trained employees. No eye contact from an employee as I got my last order here. Each order is supposed to only take 3-5 minutes, but all of the sudden it takes 9-15 minutes to process.

I go to Starbucks every single day and twice a day. I have been a loyal Starbucks fan since it opened. I have had the caramel Frappuccino, green tea Frappuccino, caramel ribbon Frappuccino, all the way down to the kiwi or mango dragon fruit refresher. Iced Americano tasted like water with a weird fragrance; strawberry Frappuccino in the same order took forever to come, and it clearly made in a wrong way. I can see the barista got really busy from all the drive-through and in store orders, he forgot to blend in the strawberry purée...or if you thought that’s maybe personal taste then, what about those tiny flies and bugs circling around the indoor trash bins? I tried to remind them nicely, the feedback was ‘OK~’. NO, IT’S NOT OK. Worst store experience ever, will never go back there again.

They are the worst Starbucks. The drive- thru might run efficiently but... the mobile order? The app gives an approximated wait time. I have waited at LEAST 20 + minutes for my mobile order on 3 separate occasions. With NO LINE inside the store. No one is ever apologetic about the wait. The prep counter behind the register was so full of food remnants - and a soiled rag- I would t order anything to eat. The trash cans inside and out were overflowing. This drivethru is always congested! There are two entrances that lead to the drivethru so people try to weasel their way in. Also, if the drivethru line is long it trails onto the main street of Colorado and blocks traffic. Parking isnt great since its shared with other businesses. But once you finally order whether its in the drivethru or after youve found parking the staff is great and friendly.

The drive thru operation is horrible .. there’s 2 entrances... one is meant to be the drive thru, the other connects thru an alley ... which as you can imagine is awkward when you don’t know at it’s your first time!
