The food is typical Starbucks food, the employees weren’t that nice, and the order was wrong as usual for this store.. no foam, but of course there seems like it’s extra this time. Both say it, but I guess she couldn’t read or doesn’t care..

Went about 5 days ago in the evening. The cashier seemed to have a dont really care attitude. Got a venti cookie crumble creme frappuccino . For whatever amount of the actual drink I had was good unfortunately at this location it was 90% whip cream. All of that on top was just cream.. even after mixing it it just tasted like chocolate flavored whip cream and it was just at the most a 10 minute drive back .😔 The one on 17th Street does a good job, they put whip cream too and it has never separated the way this one did .

I received poor customer service - it was really embarrassing and could definitely be improved upon in the future. Another customer made a comment asking why the barista was so rude. I later called and asked to speak to the manager - the guy who picked up the phone said the manager wasn’t there. I asked when she would be in and he said, “I’m allowed to disclose that information” crazy!

Both baristas were very friendly and accommodating. They gave my family and I service with a smile and were quick to upgrade my drink when unfortunately they ran out of my original order. Definitely coming back!

We didn’t eat any food here but we came after we were done eating next door. Cashier was a little rude by the way she responded to us giving back a drink because we asked for no whip cream on one of our drinks. Driving from the street it’s hard to tell where the Starbucks is until we drove on the plaza.

At 4.4 this is one of the highest rated Starbucks out there. Average rating is somewhere between 4.1 and 4.3. What makes this Starbucks special? Its not the store itself which has dated decor, no drive through or outdoor seating and is small inside. Must be the vibe or just a function of the positivity of the clientele.

I’m a fellow barista myself. And all I should say is that I’ve never been to other Starbucks where they “have a policy” about not taking the costumers flaks and fill them with water. I honestly felt it was more about my appearance, since this area has a lot of misfortune people who don’t have a home. Also, how can you be a barista and don’t know that a London Fog Ice Latte is SHAKEN, not pour over!

Store is in a quiet complex so the traffic has rarely been bad. You will get your drinks in a couple minutes and staffs are more than friendly and helpful.There are not a lot of tables and chairs and as the vibe in the store, this location is more suitable for a pick-up-and-go rather than for a hanging-out vibe. Plenty of parking as well!

Love it here. The workers are always friendly and greet me by name every time I come in. Lines arent usually long (unless you come in during a rush) and when they are, baristas work hard to get them down quickly. Five stars.

First time at this Starbucks. I ordered a venti hot tea with honey. I received the tea. When i removed the lid they had just tossed in the tea bags. I asked for the manager and and she made a new one for me. Then on my refill the manager only put one tea bag. Was not friendly at all. Worst Starbucks experience ever and i have been a Gold star member since 2011.

Typically this place isnt so bad but today James made me feel uncomfortable to be here not only did he question my visit there he then goes and grabs paper towels to grab my cup and washes his hands vigorously like o have germs that might be contagious! Not only was that insulting but also embarrassing. Then he goes and touches money that has been in countless dirty hands with no protection. This guy should not be working for your establishment. Lying to me and saying it was Starbucks policy lol he is not even a good lier.

Great for coffee or tea only. No long lines. TCOB and keep it moving. Speedy but terse workers. Very fast wifi because its never crowded. No electric outlets; conversely, not having plug-ins is a plus for it keeps homeless bums from congregating inside. Tiny place, often sticky table tops. Cramped--or perhaps, cozy location, you be the judge. Unclean vagrants constantly sleep and aggressively panhandle in the outside table-area. Decent parking but lock your doors.Make sure to tap the like button if you agree or find this review helpful.

I went in to get a Tea and Heavy Girl at Register was talking and talking while I stood there.I had an injured foot so sat down and waited.Finally she was done and took my order.Girl did stay around a bit more to talk.If you are Working conversations should be done after Work!!!I will not return to this Starbucks

A little off the beaten track, but well worth finding in a small development with a few quirky shops. The coffee is excellent and there is a decent selection of food, sweet, savoury or - as the Americans seem to prefer - both. Plenty of seating inside and out. A great place for breakfast.

The barista was very attentive..his name is Kyle..he didnt mind making me a pour over on the blonde roast I wanted.. great customer service.. It was at 11:15 am on a Thursday..will be back again..I felt bad cuz I didnt have any cash to tip him..I will on the next one..I feel anyone in the service industry should get tipped cash..

Ordered 3 drinks. One of them was a water. The other two were teas. Nothing fancy. Had to wait 30 minutes. Watched literally everyone that came after us get their drinks. They were not made in order. Stay in school kids.

This is the 3rd time my order is wrong. I usually order on my mobile app so i go in and out, but ive had to wait long so they fix the errors 😞today i order my drink and i tasted it it was wrong but i had no time to wait so i trashed it.
