I stopped by this Starbucks with my wife because she wanted her Blonde Vanilla Latte after leaving the Honda Service Center. I been to this Starbucks location before but it been a while. We came in the morning before In N Out open so getting a parking spot was easy compared to after In N Out open because its has limited spots inside where Starbucks is. When we walked in, my wife was able to put in her order right away and they had the drink ready within 5 minutes. My wife loved her drink and the customer service we received was excellent. The inside of this Starbucks looked more open than the last time I was here and they have a couple of tables where you can sit to work.

I thought the whole point of ordering on the app is so you don’t have to wait but of course we have this man Martin who probably doesn’t know the rules before getting hired was making all the other drinks ( not a mobile order )except my mobile order, waited there for 13 minutes he said there is 3 more drink before yours . Starbucks is not a place for turtles. He is rude and slow

Food jumped in price recently. I do think they are a bit ridiculously overpriced. I guess to accommodate the $20 hour minimum wage hike, thanks Gov. Newsom Communist-fornia going down the drain even more. As if our local and state taxes werent high enough already. Anyway, the Baristas and workers at this location have always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Service is extremely good. Also they let you use their outlets/chargers. A lot of other Starbucks in the area have locked/closed off their outlets because homeless and vagrants use them without actually ever buying anything. So its definitely understandable. They have the right to refuse service(s) to anyone. It sucks for the rest of us who actually need to get work done on our devices/laptops and need to charge them. As far as I know this location still allows the use of them and thats why I keep coming back. So the atmosphere is very wonderful. Overall 5/5 stars.

The place was kind of clean, bathrooms are dirty. Plus this female worker this morning has a hygiene issue. Maybe my nose is too sensitive but I dont eat sea food for the smell. I didnt want to be rude and mentioned it to the manager on the side, well after being addressed she verbally accosted me. I just left, bad experience.

I tend to come here often when Im shopping around the area. They are very quick in making your orders. Ive never had a problem. The place is always clean and I like how they disinfect everything. The staff is always friendly and nice.

Been going to this starbucks for a while and I like it, especially in the morning because those people are the best. If you come here in the morning just know you’ll have a good start to your day. There have been occasions where I would come around the afternoon and evening and it’s good, just know they may occasionally not have the best drinks since my refreshers and frappes seem to taste watered down. The atmosphere is overall nice because they have been known to play good music.

Got a classic San Fernando Valley Frappuccino today and like all other San Fernando Valley Starbucks locations the drinks are inconsistent with those I order outside of the San Fernando Valley specifically in DTLA. I dont understand how this is an issue every time I get the same drink all over the city of Los Angeles. One thing I cant stand is inconsistency when it comes to food and drinks. All recipes are the same therefore the food and drink should taste the same. Nationwide at that.

Horrible service I had to walk out without being attended Im standing in line and some older lady seemed like a usual cut me and I didnt say anything the 3 baristas there saw me only one greeted me when I walked in but none of them came to the register to take my order I literally had to stand in front of the register and still no one came to help me there was 3 people working one making drinks and the other two looked like they were restocking and none of them even had the decency to let me know theyd be with me shortly then some one else came in to have a drink remade and still no one attended me! The staff at this Starbucks like to make fun of their customers. I had the horrible experience of sitting there to drink my iced coffee and eat my food. I was being mocked by an associate for wearing an American flag mask. Always singing the national anthem when he saw me or walked by me and then laughing and making jokes. THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE. I am seriously appalled and disturbed by this. I don’t recommend anyone coming to this Starbucks. The staff are extremely immature.

I came here today to have coffee with friends. We excitedly chatted while their loud music is going on in the background and a rude staff came to our table to tell us to lower our volume. What shock us is there are a lot of people talking loudly but it seems like he dont have an issue with them. As we left the shop, the same rude staff called one of my friend and ask him to fix the table. I guess this staff has a problem with Asians like us. 0 customer service.

Placed a mobile order at 5:05pm and got there at 5:17pm. 3 employees working but none of them really helpful. They had the mobile orders tucked in the back out of sight. I tried several times to get their attention and kept being ignored. I finally got in like to orde and announced I had placed a mobile order (it is now 5:39pm) the gentleman said oh well we actually dont call out the mobile orders and besides we are kind of busy. Oh to top it off...... no parking!!! Avoid this place, there are other coffee shops that will at the very least acknowledge you even during peak hours.

Amazing place and amazing workers. I usually order from here expecting flavorful drinks and leave extremely satisfied almost every time. They are also quick to correct any mistakes they have made without hesitation. Overall amazing place with above average performance. The only complaint I may have would be the long wait time every now and then but I usually mobile order so that is almost never a problem. If you need a good pick me up in the morning or just a refreshing drink in the afternoon, this is the place to go

Usually Starbucks are a comfortable and welcoming place, but this location differs. The barista I ordered with wasn’t mean, but came off rude when walking away while I was still placing my order, to talk to a friend.The location has the music very loud, even for myself being hard of hearing, the electrical panels are covered, and (at the time at least) there wasn’t any internet available.

The staff here is excellent. It is a busy location with limited space, but the employees have always tried to keep the line moving at a decent pace whenever I was there. I did not give 5 stars because of the homeless population that frequents this store. I’m not sure what can be done about them, but they can occasionally get a little loud or aggressive with the panhandling just outside the door.

More then just a good looking building.... Excellent Customer Service.I recently tried out the new SB. Went through the drive through, was not happy with the Drink at all. I went inside & spoke to Jackie the manger for a refund. The customer service I received from her was genuinely apologetic & she was able to navigate her system easily, getting me a quick refund. She went a step further in turning my experience with the new spot completely around.The drink she made me was great and I will be returning and recommending. This location has all outlets covered don’t come to this location if you need to get work done. Music was way too loud…They messed up several peoples drinks when they ordered iced they were made a hot drink.I ordered food was told to wait it was coming out soon. Its a Starbucks. Usually better than most ( thats why the 3 stars. Watch out for classic young people attitudes when visiting these types of locations. Some of these people need a safe space but none are provided here in the real world. Just be aware of this go to of the new generation. They pull the card often. Just ask for a Manager card, or information. And get the employees name and file a complaint in line. They will usually take care of it and compensate you with some free coffee or credit your account.Update: A little better at this one lately. But remember these folks that run this corporation overtly support, BLM and the LGBTQWXYZ Movements too a fault. I choose to boycott these types. But thats what use to make this country great was the right to choose. So choose wisely while you still can.

Good place for people watching. Local druggies bad as is the homeless crowding the patio tables. I wont even mention the ocassional psychos screaming at imaginary enemies. All part of the fun. The Starbucks is fine but the location...ugh. We went in around 10:30 am on a Friday and almost every table was taken up. One of the tables had a (Im guessing homeless) man completely asleep on the table.Just not my favorite Starbucks but the plus is that its right next to the Amtrak station. Another bad side is that you can walk to it but the underpass was taken up by some more homeless people living there. Im not sure Id feel entirely comfortable walking :-/

A glimmering ray of escapism and finely-crafted beverages and treats that lies amongst a dark shadow of the valley. Only above the quality of product that is put out is the sharp, caring, and benevolent staff. I ordered one venti black coffee and the workers seemed to be confused that I didnt want no syrup/creamer/milk in it. Then proceeded to make me wait over ten minutes to get a drink that is usually given to me when im paying for it. At this Starbucks a man started screaming that someone stole his flash drive. There were lots of vagrants walking around in the area, many with shopping carts... Some loiterers eyeing you and your car as you walk to and fro. I felt very unsafe in this area and when the guy said his stuff was stolen in Starbucks, I knew I would never return. At Starbucks we have to trust our belongings will be ok while we go to the register or restroom... Its the culture of Starbucks... Without that net of mutual safety and respect, whats left?
