What new is there to say about a Starbucks? Well, in the case of this Starbucks, that it serves up great hot chocolate and a wonderful warmed coffee cake. The store itself is cozy while still spacious and the service is quick and friendly.

New SB. I like the open space and free 4 hr parking right next door. It needs acoustic sound panels though bc it is super loud in here. Also needs more small tables to work on. Ppl hog the 3 big tables and the cushion seats are either too low or dont have tables for your laptop.

Super busy and very few seating options that have power outlets to work. Overall WiFi speeds are decent and reliable. The cafe is bustling and high on playing music. Based on your work and style you make the choice. Coffee was served in typical Starbucks style. Recommended.

The batista made the coffee and set it down. A couple minutes later, another employee picked up the coffee, brought it to the counter and called my name. The batista couldnt take 1 more step and call out a name?

I rarely make reviews, but this place was impressive! Friendly staff, and extremely fast! I feel like I sat down for 20 seconds and my order was done! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future :)

On several occasions I had to return the coffee as they served old cold coffee. After return they acknowledged that the coffee was old and they can brew fresh if I waited another 10 minutes. I expected they would have informed me first and I would have waited.However, the troubling issue is that they do not respect health & safety regulations for eateries. It is disgusting that they allow pet dogs in the restaurant (not service dogs). As I am writing this review a dog is barking next to my table. This is eatery place not a dog park.

I went in on Monday to order a white chocolate mocha and waited 15 minutes for it while being the only person that ordered at the counter.The crew was understandably backed up w mobile orders.The kicker is that another customer came in and ordered at the counter and i visibly saw the person working mobile orders stop to get her drink for her, before mine was even thought of.Then I called him out on it and all I get is I know then I finally get my drink and 2 scones on the houseI simply wont be returning because of the blatant disrespect that was presented to me in my face.I was a regular since November and work in the area so this wasnt just a one time visit.

Staff and service was amazing . I can’t remember her name (sorry ) but when I tried to call to get my online order in she helped out. Unfortunately the app didn’t work and I still had to go in and order. Mike was patient and kind of enough to put all the names on the order ( it was huge order about 24-25 ) while still getting everything correctly and even helping me alternatives due to being out of certain things . They made it quick and mike was even nice enough to walk them out the car while I packed them in . I just wanted to say thank you from the Kaiser Walnut Creek Emergency Day shift crew 🤗.

The manager remembered my name after not seeing him for 2 years! It is a large spacious space with super high ceilings. And they have arranged small tables with hand sanitizer. So if you are still worried about people who havent been vaccinated it is a nice relaxing atmosphere.

One of my favorite Starbucks. Designed with style as cozy and elegant. Some employees were little arrogant when they opened but but now humble. I used to use upstairs co-working space. Its very centric location with 4 hour parking lot availability near by restaurants, shops.

Enough with the sugar!!!About 20 minutes into my soy latte I started to nod off in the coffee shop. Since Im highly sensitive to sugar, I asked if they put sugar in my drink and they said they sweeten the soy milk... WHY!A better name would be Sugarbucks would you like some coffee with your sugar

Well situated, plenty of seating, a modern twist on your typical Starbucks stores. The bathrooms are slightly different with individual private toilets and a shared lavatory. Very similar to the international concept of WC (water closet). Great ambiance! Same great taste with a better feel.

This is the only Starbucks Ive ever been that had me waiting too long in line because soccer Mom cant get kids attention to decide. If youre not ready to order, dont get in line, some of us have jobs to get to. I cant fault the cashier because she was clearly trying to be helpful.

Large corner store. Lots of space to keep six feet in between arriving and waiting cuatomers. Two small tables of Covid seating outside. Efficient and courteous staff, helpful as well. Id left my purse on a seat outside and another customer found and brought it it in. Staff were very understanding and supportive in returning my purse to me.

So this is the second time I have gone to this Starbucks and it was memorable but for negative reasons. I order a tea, after waiting about 5 minutes after the order the young girl grabs a cup, turns on the hot tap not connected to the coffee machine. She proceeds to fill my cup, dumps the tea bag in. At which point I inquire about whether she put honey which hlshe co forms and points to half and half for the room asked to leave for milk. I tell her I want 2%, she takes the cup pours the milk in and hands it back. I ask so did tea steep at all, her reply was that We dont step tea just put water and tea bag in a cup and serve it. Ok, maybe the other Starbucks Ive gone to just make tea differently...like say pour hot water from machine, soak bag in steaming not like warm water then serve it to the customer. Im going to go with shes new and knows nothing about tea, O will not be as pleasant if its a repeat.

Basic Starbucks. Good size store but slow on making your order. I was the only person standing waiting for my order and the girl making drinks was doing much of nothing until four more people came in to order. Hi welcome to starbucks how can I help you.....umm you havent help me yet...hello. I had already did a mobile order and waited a few minutes before going in to pick it up. So thats kinda poor service. Only one employee was guilty of this so the five stars goes to the male employee that actually did something about it.

I usually like going to this Starbucks but today I had a bad experience. I walked inside for their happy hour buy one frapp and get one free. Im thinking the asian/filipino male worker at the register over charged me for the matcha green tea frapps I ordered. He charged me $10.50 for 2 frapps. Please someone let me know how much a venti matcha green tea frapp with whipped cream cost? Im thinking no more than $7.50. When I was at the register I asked for the happy hour and the asian guy argued with his co-worker about what the happy hour was suppose to be, asian guy said it was buy one get one half off and his co-worker said buy one get one free, which it was buy one get one free. I dont know what the asian guys problem was but I had already paid though my app at the register. Situations like this really gets me asking why some of these workers treat customers like me bad, Im not even the type of customer to give someone a hard time about a drink, weve all seen the picky coffee customers that have to have their drink made a certain way and they will make it known to the barista. This guy not only overcharged me for the drink but I also feel that he gave me an attitude. If I had a picture of this barista I would have posted him, just so customers can keep an eye on this guy when they walk in to get a drink, maybe a future pic of this barista will be posted. I know its only a few dollars but if I walk into a Starbucks for their happy hour I kinda and would like to get the happy hour promo. Overall I like this Starbucks and most of the baristas are pretty nice, this is the first time I had an issue with this place and that was the first time Ive encountered this worker. Ive decided to leave this review for logging purposes. Todays date is 5/23/2019.

A newly built location that is large and spacious. Parking can be tight, but this is one of the best Starbucks in town. Truly a 5 star store.

What can you say - it is a big, roomy Starbucks with a friendly staff. For Walnut Creek workers it’s one of the few places open before 6am. Also, anyone can use their bathrooms.

Being the newest Starbucks in the area they have the normal stuff that most other Starbucks has. With the exception of the food. For this to be the higher end of Starbucks they still serve the old good. No grilled cheese which BTW is amazing. Was disappointed they dont carry it

Consistently sloppy drinks. Pro Tip: Shake the almond milk container before pouring drinks. Otherwise, your customer ends up with all the sediment in their coffee. Not appealing.

On Saturdays the schedule is around 6:00am to 10:00pm for takeouts. It’s 8:47pm on Saturday and employee is in the cafe like it’s already closed but the lights were still on. I don’t think they gave there schedule hours out properly for covid-19. They should have changed their hours for covid-19.
