This is one of the worse starbucks Ive ever been to. They attend all their drive thru customers first. I ordered at 6:36 p.m., I received 5 drinks at 6:58, and I still had to wait for one more. She asked what were we waiting for, it was not the question, it was her way of asking that really bothered me so. She was doing everything in such a rush, when she was done with it, she would slam the cup so hard, the drink splattered up everywhere!! Let me tell you!! The counters were THE WORST COUNTERS I HAVE EVER SEEN !! Alcoholic bars are cleaner!! That woman making drinks was so dirty and messy, on making our drinks. Horrible attitude as well. Never stopping at this one again! Not even if it is the last coffee standing, or the cheapest, NOT EVEN IF IT IS FREE!!!

Long lines, stay in your car do the drive-through as they tend to the drive-through first and if you go into the store you’ll be waiting 25 minutes for a drink they fill the drinks only about 3/4 full maybe a little bit more and then put the lid on and charge $6.25 for a coffee not worth it find a little local one if only Gardena had more local coffee shops that would be amazing

Great little spot to get a coffee and get some work or some reading. Staff here is kind and upbeat - which is cool cause this place serves up a LOT of coffee. Jaylyn is really nice and so is my cashier!

This new location has to be the worst. They always have 4-5 employees but for some reason the wait in line and for a drink is way too much. On average it’s 10-15 minuets to get your drink. It’s much faster to get a drink if you go through the drive through.

Update: Received a broken straw. Was it because I didnt tip? Im a regular customer. I love the Medicine Ball, Banana bread, egg sandwiches. Everything is always fresh. Its a very convenient location, even when Im in a hurry. All the staff are great! I highly recommend Starbucks.

I paid $20.00 for all this.The drive thru line was not long at all. I was waiting at the speaker for a moment before attend and asked to wait a few minutes. Once at the window, I was waiting a few minutes before attend. Then I get my drink with about 3 inches missing of it. Very disappointing! Very rude! Im sure the company wouldnt only accept a portion of my payment.

I come here only sometimes to work for my PC. People are friendly, No complaints about how they treat us. It would be nice if they keep their voice down to their regular volume. Every time I come here, there are or there is some workers talks or laughs so loud frequently that almost look like they want all customers to hear. It’s kind of ‘want attention’ volume. It’s nice to work happily, and enjoy what they do. I just want them to keep it between them, since some customers are on their phone or working or using this place for the meetings.

Waited almost 30 minutes for a drink, had to leave and was late to work. Super busy location and employees dont seem to care. They are too busy taking outside orders and in person orders over 20 minute wait or more. I and another person before me had to leave after waiting over 20 minutes for our drinks. I was super upset not only I left without a drink but was also late for work. You should give us an expected time of wait before putting in the order. :( Today 8/31 arrived at 7:25am aprox).

Great service and the best staff! So friendly and ready to help with customizing your drink. The drive-thru line can get long because the location is in a really busy area, but the staff gets through it quickly. Especially the super kind one who always has the purple and black hat with ears! Starbucks is Starbucks, but the people are what make it YOUR Starbucks.

I completely understand that the workers are people too, and not everyone is going to have good days. And specifically today they were understaffed so the lobby was not open. And i had brough two reusable cups and had decided to go through the drive through, and still asked at the window if I can get the a discount for both drinks for the two cups i brought after the price I was told. But the staff who had attended me had definitely misunderstood what I was asking for and had asked for my two cups. I had given them to him even though I wouldn’t have expected them to put the drinks in the cups when using the drive through. But after he gave them back he specifically told me to not expect them to do this for me again the closed the windows. In the end I did have to pay full price and I just really thought it was an odd experience.

Didnt have venti cups, then no decaf coffees, we took the last cup holders, so we had to put the other coffees in our car drink holders arourd the car, and on departure the coffees in the last cup holder that I was holding on my lap spilled and splashed hot coffee on me all tge way to our final destination because there wasnt any sipper stoppers (the green plug in the mouthpieces). There were plugs in the cups without a cup holder but not in the ones I held in my lap. Regardless, coffees were pretty tasty. 😍

The girl with decorations on her eyelashes always makes my order wrong. they finally let her do the drive thru orders & never greeted me . i had to welcome myself for her to start taking my order . then was very quick and didn’t let me order anything else bedsides my drink after waiting 15 minutes just to order.

Caught the drive thru guy lying about what is available on the menu. He is actively selecting who he wants to give what items to and if he doesnt like you maybe by looking at you, he will lie and say some item is not on the menu. Super shady. asked for three popular items and he said all of them were not available. Then a few minutes later a friend went through and was able to get it no problem. Will not be coming here anymore. Watch out.

I’m disappointed in this place. I went here twice and my order kept getting screwed up. I went this morning asking for a white mocha and it tasted like a regular mocha. Their service is impeccable!!! Limited amount of employees with two being out, the mobile orders on the counter waiting and my two Misto orders that I walked in and ordered, took less than 5 minutes and I was done. The Century/Crenshaw and the Slauson/Western have so many employees working the stations but yet Id still waited 15 minutes or more for my order, I just dont get it and its just these two locations.

My husband went there tonight May 8th to get me a very berry hibiscus and it was made horrible! The drink taste like water, hardly any fruit in the drink. This isn’t the first time I have experienced issues with them either. One night I went there to order a tall very berry hibiscus and someone made it with coconut milk. Since I am kind I tried it and it was disgusting. Who ever made it used too much syrup and it was made wrong! I had to drive back to Starbucks at nine at night to complain! I have tried to be patient but unfortunately I have gotten fed up! Please correct who ever is working the night shift please! So disappointed!

This place was super slow. I dont usually come to this Starbuck (my usually was closed today) but everytime I do, it is a problem. I had placed a mobile order at 8:50am said it will be ready at 9:03. Check in and waited for them to call my name. People who walked in got there order, me still waiting. 9:10am checked again. Lady ask my name again she looked and said do you have your receipt. Had to go to my car to get my phone and show her my receipt. And then waited another 8 mins for my order. 28 minute wait for my mobile order is not good.

The store is bright and a nice temperature for studying or meetings. This Starbucks is often crowded inside. They close the restrooms hour and a half before closing (at 9 when theyre open until 1030p) without notice. If I can make purchases until 1025 I believe the restroom should also be opened until that time... instead of being told by staff that I can go across the parking lot to a burger place, where Im not a paying customer.

Ordered through the mobile app, the person in charge of placing drinks and food on the counter for pick up was mumbling names, so everyone was just waiting around as 5+ drinks would get pushed around on the counter.You had to go up and look at the names on each item to see if yours was ready.Wait times were long.Food was ready about 15 minutes before drinks were, they had left the food on the counter without calling names.Hectic experience.Stick to the drive thru if possible.

Overall it’s a great strbucks. But problem is they don’t regulate the line of cars coming in. Two people just cut in front of me and another car who were waiting and we were not trying to block the entrance to the rest of the other shops. Sadly, not everyone is respectful enough to understand about people waiting. Really disappointed about this.

This used to be my favorite location. They recently relocated down the street. Since then the quality of the drinks are terrible. I always order a Iced Latte Macchiato and there are always white chunks of soy floating all in it. I was told that is how its supposed to look...WHAT??!! They have also made my drinks incorrect..with random stuff like caramel or green mancha powder..in a plain Latte Macchiato??They need to retrain their employees on how to make better drinks CORRECTLY!!

Beware this is the only Starbucks in Gardena that offers the cold brew nitro, but lately they havent had it right that is very disappointing, and when they did have the nitro up and running they didnt have the proper ingredients.Not cool.

This location is in the worst parking lot ever. The congestion & lack of knowledgeable drivers adds to the negative. Can always count on the Gardena PD to be parked illegally to add just a bit of chaos to the mix. 😂
