This is one of the worse starbucks Ive ever been to. They attend all their drive thru customers first. I ordered at 6:36 p.m., I received 5 drinks at 6:58, and I still had to wait for one more. She asked what were we waiting for, it was not the question, it was her way of asking that really bothered me so. She was doing everything in such a rush, when she was done with it, she would slam the cup so hard, the drink splattered up everywhere!! Let me tell you!! The counters were THE WORST COUNTERS I HAVE EVER SEEN !! Alcoholic bars are cleaner!! That woman making drinks was so dirty and messy, on making our drinks. Horrible attitude as well. Never stopping at this one again! Not even if it is the last coffee standing, or the cheapest, NOT EVEN IF IT IS FREE!!!

Long lines, stay in your car do the drive-through as they tend to the drive-through first and if you go into the store you’ll be waiting 25 minutes for a drink they fill the drinks only about 3/4 full maybe a little bit more and then put the lid on and charge $6.25 for a coffee not worth it find a little local one if only Gardena had more local coffee shops that would be amazing

Great little spot to get a coffee and get some work or some reading. Staff here is kind and upbeat - which is cool cause this place serves up a LOT of coffee. Jaylyn is really nice and so is my cashier!

This new location has to be the worst. They always have 4-5 employees but for some reason the wait in line and for a drink is way too much. On average it’s 10-15 minuets to get your drink. It’s much faster to get a drink if you go through the drive through.

Update: Received a broken straw. Was it because I didnt tip? Im a regular customer. I love the Medicine Ball, Banana bread, egg sandwiches. Everything is always fresh. Its a very convenient location, even when Im in a hurry. All the staff are great! I highly recommend Starbucks.

I paid $20.00 for all this.The drive thru line was not long at all. I was waiting at the speaker for a moment before attend and asked to wait a few minutes. Once at the window, I was waiting a few minutes before attend. Then I get my drink with about 3 inches missing of it. Very disappointing! Very rude! Im sure the company wouldnt only accept a portion of my payment.

The highly anticipated, new drive thru/walk-in, Starbucks at 1400 Redondo Beach Blvd is an instant local hit. It has the best of both worlds, the walk-in to keep the community hub feel going and now the convenience of a drive thru. Enhancing the new location, is the great Starbucks crew from the former location. Crew members Samson and Marquiz are just a couple of the efficient crew members that welcomes the patrons and knows their name and the regular orders. The regulars and the locals have begun their migration to the new location. This move is a great move for Starbucks and Gardena Neighborhood. I come here only sometimes to work for my PC. People are friendly, No complaints about how they treat us. It would be nice if they keep their voice down to their regular volume. Every time I come here, there are or there is some workers talks or laughs so loud frequently that almost look like they want all customers to hear. It’s kind of ‘want attention’ volume. It’s nice to work happily, and enjoy what they do. I just want them to keep it between them, since some customers are on their phone or working or using this place for the meetings.
