Let me start by saying I’m so annoyed with this location and the employees. I made a mobile order in the Starbucks app and walked over to pick up my order— I try to open the door but it’s locked. I knock on the door but instead of the employee just speaking they use a car gesture and I say I don’t have a car. I try speaking to someone in the drive thru no response so I call the store. I say to them o have a mobile order and she basically tells me that’s too bad. I said, “how will I get my refund?” She’s not even listening and all she’s doing is having a conversation with her coworkers. At this point my patience is being tested—she gets someone else on the phone to help with the steps. Well that person didn’t have a solution and said you’ll need to call customer service. Here is my issue if you can’t walk in to pick up the mobile order maybe it should be shut down at 8pm also, employees should be familiar with how the app works when something like this comes up. I won’t come back to this location even though it’s across the street from my building. The employees weren’t rude but they were incompetent—that’s worse!

This review is for the new location (not the former location at Chevron Gas) The new site is modern and sleek open concept with attention to natural light exposure. Lots of big windows. A great patio area with lots of space for the mobile worker crowd. Inside has a lot of seating and lounging spaces. A welcome addition to the West Vally Starbucks Family.

Oh, man!So sad…I love SBUX and it’s unfortunate to see such a new store in bad condition in terms of cleanliness 😔There’s 7 people that I can see behind the counter and there overfilled trash cans, trash on the floor in the lobby, crumbs on the tables, etc.What happened to the 10 min timer?And for my one drink, it’s now been about 10 min.Requested light ice, didn’t get it, pointed it out to the barista, she said that is light ice… okay.I’m glad to have worked and experienced the SBUX culture of higher quality and expectations back in the day.

Ali is amazing!! He literally lit up my morning with his personality and kindness. He’s now my bestie in my head. The best employee I’ve ever encountered at Starbucks. I even saw him go to customers who were sitting to check on them when he no longer had guests by the cashier. A real life angel.

Love that location, beautiful, very clean, great and friendly staff, the only problem is that because it is a very busy location so they run out a lot of items very fast.I just dont understand why the manager doesnt place the order for some items before those items are running out.Or maybe as soon as you get a new shipment, just place another order for that exact items that you just received, in order to keep the flow.

Nice clean Starbucks with a drive thru. No pastry on display here you just need to pick from a menu. I normally just order in advance through the app since I don’t like waiting but I went in on a super hot SFV afternoon and the barista who served me was super nice and accommodating. Starbucks is good quality but the rating is more for the service than anything else.

This location is not easily seen from the road. Its tucked away, a bit of a hidden location. Which makes it the perfect hidden Gem in the city. This Starbucks like many others offers a ton of the same selection that other locations do but the thing that sets them apart is the staff. Specifically Erica. Erica had great customer service & even offered Sriracha with the sandwich order I placed. I had no idea until she told me!! Ive been to multiple Starbucks & it wasnt until today I found out they had sauces in packets. Erica was very friendly & accommodating when it came to placing my order. I definitely recommend coming here. Even just to relax the place has a nice interior which is very comfortable. Drive thru is an option as well in case you are in a hurry & have to be on the go. Being that its currently a hidden gem hopefully youll come across less traffic than other locations.

Still hate paying $5+ for a coffee but it is really good - brown sugar oatmilk iced espresso... the servers are always so friendly... I just feel bad that they probably dont get as many tips with the lazy people in the drive thru... even more of a reason to tip! If you cant even get out of your car, for heavens sake - tip the people that are running all day to ensure that you arent inconvenienced! Its bad enough we have a generation of kids that feel entitled but the problem is they grew up with it being okay.... sorry for the vent.. or should I say Venti??

Staff is so friendly, my order is always out quick, the new space (both indoor and outdoor) is great. I used to love to come here to work, but they play VERY loud music (meaning people are talking louder to hear each other) which made it too noisy and difficult. Bummer!

This Starbucks is at LA Live. Easy to order and pay for your drink. Sadly when events are happening, the wait can be up to 20-30mins for your drink. They are short staffed and the line is nearly beyond out of control. Many First Responders and event security who wanted something warm to drink, walked away. This sadly goes for others.I HIGHLY suggest that this location be better prepared when there will be an insanely amount of people heading to and from the events in and around LALive.Clippers Game and then LA Kings Game as well as Comic Con all happening on a Saturday.

I have been here several times and always this staff is friendly Im very helpful. Because they didnt have a strong dark coffee brewed like French roast but theyre medium strong Pikes Peak I wanted a shot of espresso in the coffee to give it a little more and caffeine. This particular coffee was about $3.75 but they decided not to charge me for the shot of espresso as they did not have the coffee that I wanted so it only cost 225 and of course I gave them $5 and said keep the change because these people live on their tips and especially at the holidays we need to give bigger tips to service people so they can have a happy holiday season as well as we do. I recommend this particular Starbucks wholeheartedly. And I assure you you will not be disappointed if you go there. By Stephen Valentino

THE WORST STARBUCKS IN THE VALLEY! They are literally always sold out of everything, the online order ahead is a joke! I ordered 10 mins before arriving and still had to wait an additional 10 mins just to get a latte. Expect to wait at least 20 mins in the drive thru line. Some of the staff are completely unprofessional and will make you feel like an inconvenience to them just asking for a straw! Do better Starbucks this is ridiculous!

This is about the new location with the drive through.One Saturday I drove through, placed my order. There was 2 cars already in front of me. To make the long story short. One drink took me 35 mins on the drive through. WHY?... Because people order and then re-order more stuff and the pick up window making the people behind to wait much longer. I dont think is FAIR for the rest of us who do things right. I believe that baristas at the pick up window SHOULD NOT accept extra orders out of respect of the other customers waiting in the drive through.35 mins for a drink at the drive through is plain RIDICULOUS. So please set your rules and stick by them. We are all watching the unfairness. Thx

The parking lot looks really disgusting now and their is a homeless encampment right in front of their store and they let the guy who lives in it hang out in front of the store. He is always harassing me for money. I already complained to a shift supervisor but it must have gone in one ear and out the other. The employees are always friendly and quick with my order.

The staff and service are amazing, however, the homeless person “Kenny” they allow to hang out in front of their store has decided to take over the sidewalk with his fort. I tried bringing this to the mangers attention but all she did was guilt trip me about being so insensitive, and kept saying that they knew “Kenny” for years and that he has always just lived in front of the store. I get that policy dictates you let him feel welcome, but letting him use your storefront “after” hours is unacceptable. The city refuses to remove the “fort” he built up on the sidewalk because he uses their storefront and area behind their dumpster as his official “living” quarters, so that when the city arrives they deem it an encampment. On top of this he continuously panhandles and harasses myself and others, all of which Starbucks refuses to acknowledge. I implore you to please do something about this person, it’s not fair to your other customers.

Came here with two others and our laptops to have coffee and a brief business mtg. No place to sit other than the long table with bar stools. This place is near my office and the baristas are ways great. They all end up k owing your name and even what your usual is. Since it shares a wall with the mini market in the Chevron station, the parking can be a little crazy during peak hours. Never a good experience when a jr manager says “legally, I’m not allowed to [give you nitro in a large cup].” This is either a confused person, or an instance of poor training (or both). When Starbucks’ very own employees recite the urban myth that nitro in a large cup is “too much caffeine”, it must be a training problem. There may be good reasons to not do nitro in a large cup (taste, mouth feel, etc), and I’m ok with that. But “too much caffeine” is laughable yet sadly ignorant for a company that peddles caffeine. Or maybe they just wanted me to spend $10 on 2 grande drinks…ah yes! Follow the money.
