Good pastries, roomy space. Mostly tables for two. Some outside seating. Street parking is rare. Otherwise, park in the Pavilions parking lot.

Starbucks on Lake and California. When you pay almost $6 for a tall latte and get a cup of milk have them remake it and the barista says they will add 2 shots of coffee for me but then gives me another cup of milk!!! Absolutely terrible. You can tell by the color also!! Terrible customer service!!! Never going to this one again, used to be good… I get a response from the Owner of the store and they send me a link to do a customer service review on top of what I just said here. I put it here for the public to see not Starbucks Corporate, if you want to know how to give good customer service then put yourself in the customers shoes! You really think the customer wants to go through this non sense twice or multiple times… NO. You ask them back to your store to fix what you can and improve the relationship not have them fill out a form or take time out of there day to write a review and also have them pay for it. All I wanted was my 2 Latte’s to have coffee in it!! Straight up!

I went on a free Starbucks day and they had this running perfectly. Despite the huge turnout, all the workers were happy and there were no issues with lines and getting drinks.

Nice establishment, got drink and food very quickly. Great atmosphere. I suggest, if youre only there to get a drink, to order ahead. It gets busy from time to time

NO OUTLETS plus :Kicked us out due to closing early, my order was made incorrectly, and the outlets are shut off so we cant charge devices.2 of the issues alone is not a big deal, but 3 issues? Cmon.

I was pretty disappointed in this Starbucks location at the corner of Vermont. They did not have stevia for some odd reason even though all Starbucks locations are supposed to have it. They did not make the drink that my partner ordered the right size and most of all their bathroom smelled like sewage. It had not been cleaned in a very long time and it was so disgusting. There were no paper towels there was barely any toilet paper. The toilet itself was incredibly filthy. Would not go back to it.

Best starbucks I have ever been to. The place is always well staffed and are quick to make your orders. It’s a bit of a intimate space, but I never had to wait too long for my drinks! They have the best customer service, baristas are always excited to help. Nadine is super nice everytime I come! Love my local starbucks.

Good place for getting some work done. There are many other coffee shops around but Starbucks offers better internet than most of them. As we moved into this area and were exploring the coffee shops around, we initially tagged this place as a no-plug one where you can only go with full-tank (sounded better than charge) or for reading/socializing. Later, we figured that plugs are somewhat hidden under the booth seats (sort of a camouflage situation).

I came in with my daughter and ended our visit shocked & surprised at how rude the Barista was to my kind, mild mannered daughter. She kindly asked for additional sweet cream and he said, “ I already put 1/2 a cup in, next time ask... as he poured he said take the straw out very rudely” no thank you or have a nice day. I’m mad at myself for not giving him a piece of my mind. Horrible visit to StarBucks 👎🏻

It’s was 10/7/21 @ 9:41am the young lady at the register left us in line hanging didn’t even say I’ll be with you shortly there was 3 young ladies making drinks and the young lady at the register was heating up a couple of croissants it wasn’t even busy to have three young ladies making drinks very rude to not even apologize after we waited almost five minutes

This one of my favorite Starbucks. There is plenty of seating room, the baristas are nice, AND they make an effort to remember your name and the type of drink you like.The best part of about this location is that they are always willing to save coffee grounds for me to put in my garden. All I have to do is call early in the morning to ask.The ONLY drawback of this location is that a lot of students from Pasadena City College study here in the evenings. Finding a seat after 4:30 is like finding standing in line to see Santa on during the holiday season.

Nice, small Starbucks in the middle of a lot of coffee. The cold brew was bitter and not like the other Starbucks we had it at in downtown. Made my wife and I nauseous for the rest of the day.
