This is definitely a “local neighborhood” Starbucks, serving the Mesa. While this is not the most fancy Starbucks out there, I appreciate that the store is always clean and the service is always excellent. They always get my order correct, and I never have to wait longer than expected regardless of how busy it is. Of course, it’s Starbucks so taste and quality are consistent with other locations.

Stopped by for a quick fix after a day at the park. They only had 1 barista working behind the counter. It took her a min just to acknowledge us as we were looking at all the tumbers that they had. They were stocked on these so my sister bought one. They place was not busy at all but took a while to take our order. Restrooms needed a little cleaning.

I’ve been to Starbucks in over 35 different states this one makes the best French press by far. Way better than the local Santa Barbara French press Café. This place was slammed when I got here and I still got my coffee in under 10 minutes.

The service here was above and beyond from a female staff, dont recall her name. Drink was great and Im a big fan of Nightmare Before Christmas. Nice touch!!

The staff are nice, but they NEVER have enough staff on hand. NEVER. They are always super backed up and only 2-3 people to handle it all. On top of that, they are constantly having machines break. Whoever manages this store needs to seriously get replaced with someone better.

Idk why some are griping that the staff is immature and unprofessional. Completely ignore these difficult customers and Karens, because the staff are some of the most friendly, kind spirited and hard working people Ive met. Very professional, work incredibly fast and are accommodating to any special requests.The hours are a little wonky due to, what I assume, is understaffing but thats mainly a management/corporate issue rather than anything regarding the staff. So, kudos to the baristas tolerating any tricky situations and pushing out quality customer service!

Great store! Normally when I go to any other Starbucks, the coffee is always too hot and burns my mouth sometimes, which makes no sense because why would you serve a drink so hot? At this one, the temperature is always just right, not too hot, just cool enough :) Room temperature pike is the best for hot days.

Says they close at 9:00PM. I got there at 8:30PM the door was unlocked, but was rudely told they were closed. I tried to politely tell them that online says they are open till 9:00PM, but they just became ruder saying they close 8:00PM. Im fine with hours being listed wrong as the people in the store dont control it, but there is a polite way to go about letting customers know you are closed.

Staff here are immature and dont know how to do their job right. This place needs all new staff. They ran out of supplies and ingredients like the mess and mess up orders. The strange boys in the store are even more messed up and should NOT be going here. I will report to BBB and get them shut down. Their customer service is lacking in quality.

Went to this Starbucks store on Cyber Monday to pick up my app ordered Grande drinks and a couple of their pastries. Located in the mesa shopping area, next to the Mesa Cafe, parking ok, but can be challenging during busy hours in the morning and later afternoons.Store was very clean and organized. Take out, pick up or outside dining only at this time. Drink orders well prepared and pastries were warm. Will definitely revisit this store in the future.
