I’ve noticed they don’t always honor their hours of operation in the morning. Especially on the weekends I work pretty close to the Starbucks location. However, I also have to punch a clock at 5:45. This is the third time I’ve came to this location a little before 530 and the door was still locked at 5:35am There were three employees inside three patrons outside waiting to get in. Unfortunately I had to leave and couldn’t order the jug of coffee for me and my airline friends. Also, when I dine its a pretty nice atmosphere, but sometimes they’re kind of slow with patrons, but I could possibly be that they’re overwhelmed with the mobile orders.

On my visit it appears to be a work in progress newly opened location. Service was quick and friendly. Staff was helpful in customizing my drink to my request. In general it looked clean. Plenty of parking available and it is easy access in a shopping mall.

The store closes at 8pm, but when I get there at 7:30pm, they told me they already thrown a lot of things away so that there is no salted caramel foam or black tea. Very terrible experience.

Paid for the coffee, they forgotten. I haven’t been to Starbucks in a while so I thought maybe get a coffee today…Been waiting for almost 20mins, and I was running late for work. I followed up and asked for my order and they missed it, forgot to make it maybe? They get a lot of mobile orders here but most people who ordered via mobile still need to wait as well. So, do not go if you want to have a nice coffee.. just lost good enough money for this. Worst place Starbucks location

The staff here is awesome!! I have spent months here studying and its my fave location. Jordan, Lexi, and Matin were always friendly and welcoming. The whole staff is always a great example of excellent customer service. Sherman and hos bowties are totes adorbs!! Irene is so sweet!

This spot reminds me of the times I lived in that neighborhood. Used to meet up with good friends over coffee here and was my pitstop to grab coffee in the morning before I started my day. Conveniently located at the Bay Hill shopping center. Plenty of parking and minutes away from highway 280, El Camino real, and skyline Blvd.

Check your receipts. They charge you 20% gratuity without asking you how much you want to give.20%??? I was not sitting at a table on a restaurant and ordered food and drinks. No server came to my table to serve me. Yet, I was charged 20% gratuity!Asumming the amount of 20% gratuity that I would have given is presumptious! The level of service the person behind the counter who gave me my order...a CUP OF COFFEE should equate to the level of service to warrant a 20% gratuity! It was not a fancy drink that I ordered...it was a cup of coffee only.This is like stealing from under my nose. Dont get me wrong. I normally give a gratuity with my orders. But to do a Ninja move and do it without me knowing is BAD SERVICE. NEVER GOING TO THIS STARBUCKS AGAIN! Drinks arent make right. Store is dirty. When they steamed milk, steamer wont get wipe down and they would steam more milk like that. They pull shots and wait too long to finish the drinks. I wouldnt go back in there for a drink anymore.They might need to train their employees because I work at Starbucks too and what I saw there made is gross

Usually go to this Starbucks and have no issues, however today this location was subpar. Order my mobile order at 7:41 and did not receive until 8:07am. When I inquired about my order I was told, “I have 20 orders to make, if you want a refund go to the counter”. In addition, the lady(tall blond, with hair crimps) yelled at all the guest and told them to line up in one single file line. I am not sure who she is, however her customer service was horrible!! You should never tell a customer to go get a refund if they are just inquiring about their mobile order(she told multiple customers this). As long as she(worker handing out drinks)is there, I will never go back to this location(she needs customer service training).

Usually fine, but today I put in a mobile order and waited 10 minutes in the store after my pickup time waiting for them to call my name like their sign says. Turns out my drink was sitting there the whole time but no one called out my name. I finally went up to the counter and looked through the drinks sitting there and just took mind and left. If you say to wait for your name to be called, call out names!!!

Awful experience. They got the order wrong. Turns out online ordering listed spinach wrap available but then it wasnt. Replaced with reduced fat Turkey and also not available. Coffee was cold and had to redo. This time they forgot sugar, and gave up on them. Disappointed and Im a big super duper customer of Starbucks. This us my first time having a bad experience in 10 yrs.

Love this location! The employees are amazing! Thank you nick for hooking it up for us when we weren’t happy with our first order. We felt bad having to take back our Apple crisp macchiato, it was just a personal preference not a reflection of how the baristas make the drinks at all! 😋 The pumpkin spice cold brew was the perfect substitute and my salted caramel cold brew is so good! Service was fast for the number of people waiting at the pickup window - 6 minutes from ordering to pick up for me. Employees surprisingly warm and friendly for 620am, lol.Store is clean and spacious with lots of artificial and natural lighting. Plenty of seating inside and outside. (8/3/18: there is remodeling happening at this shopping center but it doesnt seem to stop people from sitting outside to talk, eat, and drink.)

This store does close a little earlier (but still 8pm for all you coffee fiends) than others, but what are you doing getting coffee at 8pm?! Theyre trying to close the store!!! This Starbucks has lots of seating areas, some cushy chairs, some tables and at 9 am the place is full of people enjoying their coffee in this inviting space. Its a good vibe and the staff seems well prepared for the number of customers. The line moves quick.

Working construction around the corner for the last three months. I have come here multiple times and it seems every time they are out of the impossible breakfast sandwich. This is at 10 AM to noon. This should not be an issue even if everybody working, there was under 18.

Probably the oddest Starbucks Ive ever been to. Make sure to use proper terminology when ordering your drink. Also, youll enjoy multiple styles of music simultaneously, from the Bluetooth speaker by the bar, and the built-in sound system. Oh, and dont take off your shoes, I dont think they have swept for a few weeks.

Worst Starbucks Ive been to in the last three months. I ordered a venti of a bean they dont have in stock on clover brew. The extremely rude manager actually chased me down to tell me that I needed to switch a bean and pay for their mistake. I paid an extra dollar for their mistake and had to sign for it. Absolutely horrendous. The barista who told me to sign their ridiculous refund sheet (because they dont know how to cancel an order and reorder it) had a faulty pen and I told her the pen didnt work. She was actually happy about it and said oh awesome. Not sarcastically at all.

Excellent shop all around except for the atrocious Wi-Fi. Which as you can see from the rating I think is very important.Im honestly confused on how to rate this. I have begun frequenting the starbucks near Tanofran malls, mostly because of the late night hours they are open for. It is a pretty good location but combined with the late hours it can attract some unscrupulous characters. That is my only issue with that location.The store at Cherry ave is bigger and more spread out so you have more room when you sit and more places to sit. It also has a much cleaner pleasant vibe.The only issue is the Wifi. I clocked it to give pictures, and they are below. It is really bad. I didnt even know it was possible to have download speed being worse than upload with out getting a special router.

Normally Id just pop in and out of a Starbucks, but I decided to take care of some business one day. Chose this spot because it seemed a little more inviting than the 24 hour one a few minutes away. With the exception of the group of guys near me being close to obnoxiously loud (who knew, right?), it was a rather chill hour and a half spent. Also had a few meet ups with friends in the weeks following, and we never had trouble finding seats. And who doesnt love free wi-fi? Thanks, Starbucks. Were cool. *fist bump*

The place is very good but the staff was very discriminatory, I went a couple of times and due to the fact that I brought my work clothes and did not know English I noticed some different treatment towards me which does not have to be like that I am paying the same I believe that others deserve the same attention
