After dinner I came here for a coffee with my friend. We ordered white chocolate mocha without whip cream and my friend ordered a strawberry iced drink. We both said no whip cream but the lady gave whip cream for the strawberry drink. We didnt say much but stayed there chitchatting and all of a sudden the staff comes and starts cleaning with the broom. She was sweeping even when customers were sitting and having their drinks. At one point one customer got up thinking they were closing but they werent and so sat back again. I am not sure if this is a routine or the staff was in a hurry that before their closing time they were sweeping while customers were still sitting and drinking their beverage. I will not go back!

I had a terrible experience with this store. I wouldnt come back if it wasnt close to my workplace. Today was exceptionally bad. They advertised free multi-purpose mugs for orders of their specified coffee, but when I ordered the Vt pep mint for $6.95 at 10 AM and asked for the free mug, the staff impatiently claimed they ran out, which is absurd considering they only open at 8 AM today. This incident has left me with a negative impression of this place, and it also affects my view of Starbucks, even though this coffee shop is not the only one around.

I live in the Glenmore area and was very very surprised to know how quick this new Starbucks was built. It reminds me of the reserve Starbucks in New York and Seattle. Love how friendly and clean it is along with the drive-through as well. Like I said, it was very surprised how quickly this came up.

TERRIBLY RUDE BARISTA. Looking at other reviews, it seems it is “normal” for the baristas in this store to get the orders wrong and still have the audacity to be rude instead of be apologetic.I was given a grande when I ordered trenta on my drink. When I told that at the pick up counter, I was “ordered” to go to the cashier and tell them myself even though the cashier was 3 ft away from him.They punched my order again and I paid the owed amount and they proceeded to change my order. I saw that they just added more ice to the cup and poured the grande which made the trenta cup full so I asked to make it less ice.That is when the cashier who got my order wrong (blond, short girl) butted in and said “next time, tell everything you want in your order at the cashier”.I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of them getting my order wrong even though it’s added to my wait time because I thought we all make mistakes anyway but her rudeness made me think otherwise so I answered her back and told her “next time, get my order right”.Your baristas in Starbucks at Boscell Rd need to learn customer service. I have been to other Starbucks where baristas are genuinely nice and doesn’t show that they hate their job. It sucks that this is the closest Starbucks to my work and I have to start my mornings dealing with rude barista.

Worst experience ever at a Starbucks and that’s saying a lot! Calle took my order got it wrong and when I expressed the fact she rudely said “It’ll be just a moment” and turned away. We all have bad days and I get it but I just didn’t want to deal with that type of rudeness. I took the drink anyway and left. Never returning. Very sad that I had to start my day off that way!

Loved the pumpkin spiced latte recommended by the Barista who was cool and kept her patience while helping me with choosing a coffee even though it was about to close 😌Enough parking was available in the night but probably not in the day time as it’s @auto mall pkwy across the street in front of costco gasoline.One good thing that they had a visual message on the board to keep your personal stuff out of the car to avoid break in which I appreciate.Thanks!

I ordered ahead 2 days in the first day my order wasnt ready and the girls said she didnt have an order for me so wanted to see my receipt I had to go back to my car to get my phone to show I placed the order. Finally received my order and they had no for for my salad and offered me a spoon. The second time I placed my order 3 days later they still didnt have forks seriously Target and Costco are both on the next block giving your customers a spoon to eat a salad is terrible but then 3 days later your still taping spoons to the order. Good news though at least they got my order right

Nothing about the food but about the service. So no mask no service here, I didn’t know about this, I’m from another state and seems like I’m from another planet. So I walked in and stayed inside for a few min until they started to talk to me. And I was told that I cannot order without a mask. Would they consider people like me from another state here? I know we are minorities here, but just in case make a few masks for the people like me, give it to me or SELL it to me, and I would buy your coffee for $8, this will be good for you and me. Environment is good. Limited seats are available. One table was dangling by the entrance, meaning probably no one wants or is able to use that table. Waiting area can be more organized that others sitting in that area can enjoy their drinks or meeting with friends better.

Very bad experience, first time with my kids at the store, totally disrespected. Very bad customer service. I usually dont write reviews but I think the company needs to teach employees how to treat when a customer is with kids. They leave the order without calling our name or even when we are visibly present, without informing us and made it a cold one. Also one of the coffee they didnt have, they didnt care to inform us and we have to ask about the return, what is going on Starbucks? Too much coffee? Any one from the corporate care about this?

I’ve never visited this location during their peak hours but service is always extremely slow despite seeming to be the most heavily staffed location in the area (usually see 4-6 employees working). Cashiers frequently need orders repeated multiple times and my orders always seem to be wrong or missing something. Most recently my drink was missing any sweetener and had a splash of half-and-half. I asked one employee for the half-and-half and she said “yeah”, then proceeded to ignore me and help other customers who came up after (also with incorrectly made orders). I tried to get other employees’ attention but ultimately just left without so much as being addressed again. I think the drive thru is partly to blame for the poor service consistently received in store but in general the staff seem very disorganized and could use some customer service training.

Apparently they make your drink how they want and not how you asked, will argue with you about it and also rather give you 3 tall ice waters instead of the Trenta ice water because they cant. This store is nicly sized with plenty of seating designed for one or two people seating. Staff was polite and service speed was ok. Parking is busy in this year but they do have a drive through here. The milk station only havd half and half but was clean and well stocked with supplies.

Allergies can KILL.Im lucky, somedays I just get a little sick.Other times I get violently ill.Today was the second time I got whipped cream on a Frappuccino after being very VERY specific that I was allergic. Both times the barrista just used the lid to scrape the whipped cream off.Im not comfortable with this.

Let me start by saying that Starbucks has some of the greatest costumer service Ive ever experienced. This location is exempt from that.I came in on October 12, 2018 and ordered 2 Americanos and a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I didnt have my phone, so I was unable to load my Starbucks card through the app. I asked the gentleman taking my order to please load my Starbucks card with the total. He looked at me as if I were from another planet and asked me how much I wanted to load the card with. I kindly replied, With the total, thinking he mightve not heard me the first time, to which he replied with an attitude OK, but how much? I looked at the total which read $11.05 and told him I would like to load the card with the total which is $11.05 He replied, No one ever asks that and the total changed from $11 to $22. I looked at him confused and asked, Why $22? and he replied, Thats what you asked for.At this point I asked him to please have someone with a better understanding of how Starbucks cards work come and help me, but before I could finish a younger woman in glasses impatiently, and rudely told me to move to a different register and they both proceeded to talk about me as if I were an idiot! She doesnt know what shes talking about he said in a snarky manner, and she replied, I know. Right in front of me they did this. She then proceeded to tell me my total was actually going to be $12.05 not $11.05 and not $22. The line was almost out the door, and I already felt horrible for wasting the other costumers time, so I simply said thank you and went to wait for my coffee.I waited 10 minutes for my Latte then 5 minutes for the first Americano and then another 5 minutes for the 2nd Americano. But thats expected, its Friday morning and its Starbucks. What doesnt help is that everyone in that store looks and acts like they dont want to be there. Service is very slow as a result.The Americanos tasted like bean water so my mom asked if she could please remake the two coffees as they seemed watered down. The woman making the coffees didnt even acknowledge hearing her, but about 5 minutes later she gave us one new Americano. It tasted the same. We asked if she could remake it one more time, (trust me we were embarrassed for having to ask) She then told us the machine wasnt even working, so we asked for a refund and she told us wed have to go back and wait in line.

We were looking for a Starbucks near our hotel (our room looks across the freeway at the TESLA manufacturing plant). The closest stores are actually on Mission Boulevard, but during rush hour in Silicon Valley it didnt seem prudent to drive East toward 680, so we drove north (a little further) on Cushing Parkway and came here. There were no traffic delays and while the store was busy (today was the first day of 1\2 Price Happy Hour), but the service was friendly and surprisingly quick!I had my first ever Midnight Mint Mocha, a tasty frappuccino that features mint and dark chocolate! I am usually openly derisive of *$s Shakes, but this was really good!
