This is the best Starbucks in Stockton. When you walk in, it feels like a San Francisco coffee shop, and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. I walked in yesterday hot, overwhelmed, and very much in need of a pick me up. Shalaya was there at the counter to help me gather myself! She made some great recommendations, and when she noticed that I was struggling, she offered me water and a cake pop that had lost its stick. Above and beyond! And it really did make my day much better. There are lots of places to sit and enjoy your drink, and a lot of room for people who need to pull out their computers to get work done. Love this place!

I always get white mocha frappe from this starbucks and never had a problem with it. Today, I got the same one and they made a white choco creme frappe instead of white choco mocha frappe. So i kindly asked them that the drink I asked for is white mocha frappe, and the guy was like “yes, this is white choco frappe, you asked creme based“ which didnt make sense, bc I ordered MOCHA which is a coffee based, and the guy was keep blaming me that I didnt specify if it’s either coffee based or creme based,,,, hello…????? IT IS THEM WHO MADE THE MISTAKE AND CLICKED ON THE WRONG MENU,,, it was such a bad experience today… the cashier girl with the glasses on (asian girl) need more training.

I stopped drinking caffeine so i was a little hesitant about going back to starbucks. I have to say that one of the best experiences on a Sunday 🌞morning at 8am. Best customer service and very helpful finding a non caffeine drink.Very good experience and will be back!Cream based Carmel Frappuccino Is what I ordered.

I want to like this location since its so close to home but for the life of them they cant make drinks the way they are supposed to be. I get dragon drinks regularly and the ones made here taste sour and flavorless. 3 times Ive had to dump out my drink. Yes I couldve gone back to have them remake it but it would just be made funky tasting again and the amount of time you have to wait in line there is terrible. Unfortunately its not worth the wait and the money to keep coming to this location

This is the slowest drive-thru Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot all over the US, Europe, and Asia. And as a former Starbucks partner/barista, I’m also a little bougie about how my drinks are made… in a dozen visits to this location, I’ve not left with a good drink.But I can live with all that. I rate this location so poorly because 3 times now, one of the baristas’ intense perfume wafts through the window and slams you in the face. My cup for my drink smelled more like perfume than coffee. And for that reason, I won’t be back to this location.

I went in this store a few times and it has been deterring every time. Natalie, from what I assume was the manager, was talking rudely to a partner and not assisting others who were clearly under distress because of the influx of orders. Way to lead by example. Great service by the amigable baristas but horrible leadership. I’m sorry you all have to put up with this individual as your BOSS, clearly not a LEADER.

Excellent location! Very fast and friendly service! Very organized procedures that keep Covid protocols in place without confusing customers. Drinks were prepared quickly and customized as requested. Also drink holders were available which is a huge plus! Also liked the fact that I was offered a straw without having to ask for it because sometimes I forget. Highly recommend this location next time you are visiting the Mile!

This is the new Starbucks on Pacific Ave Stockton CA..Really nice. Bigger than most. The employees are affable and happy go lucky. Nice classical music. Good location. Yes their power plugs work just in case your devices are running low on juice while your surfing.

6-10-23 approx 12:30 pm. Sat in long line in the drive thru for about 20 min. When I finally made it to order I was told the credit card machine was down and I could only use cash. Had no cash so had to wait for 3 cars in front of me to get thier drinks before I could get out. Spoke with Kandice who was not very nice about it. I had suggested that they put a sign out warning people before going through drive thru. Never had anyone working at Starbucks act like she did. She was not concerned about the inconvenience. It seemed she just didnt want to be bothered. But it was very annoying to wait in a long line for nothing when its 106 degrees out with kids in the car. Just rude!

Starbuck next to Dave Wongs on March Lane Stockton.I went indoors to order a cup of coffee. As usual the drive-up had a long line and they were busy inside that was not my complaint my complaint was I ordered my cup of coffee and the music was so loud no one could hear anything. I started to see that the orders were backing up on the counter but yet you couldnt hear them call out your name. I finally got the attention of a associate and asked her if my cup of coffee was ready as I could not hear anything called out to the music. I told them when I ordered my coffee my name was Joe and were looking for Joe they couldnt find it and they go as your name Jeff. I then advised him again my name was Joe and what I had ordered and she goes oh Im sorry we got the name wrong so needless to say I got a cold cup of coffee. Highly recommend youre not going to a Starbucks when they are really busy and the music is blaring unless you like a cold cup of coffee do not recommend it at this time

I order the same coffee almost everyday and my significant other and I legit take the drink back to be remade at least 3 out of 5 days a week. The second time its made its perfect, made the way it should be. Most of the time theyre nice about it but a couple staff has given attitude and or sighed or rolled their eyes...I pay for this coffee. Its not cheap. So of course if its not done right I would want it remade and or a refund.And today is one those days. Hubby waited 30 min for 2 frappuccinos. He gets home and mine is runny and basically watery no whip and not even a full cup. Ridiculous.

Was in the area for my hair and nail appointments and had an hour to kill between both. I decided to go to starbucks since I have a reward membership and cash on the card. I was going to stop in their restroom first, then order. As I was going to enter, another customer came out warning me there was urine all over the seat as she proceeded to leave the business. I decided to skip the restroom, got in line, ordered, and informed the barista about the bathroom. He seemed to have a stick up his ass and in annoyance said, Well check it out.I got my order, ate and sipped on my drink while reading my book. During this entire time business is slow, no customers in line. 45 minutes pass and as I get ready to leave decide Ill try the restroom one more time. There is still urine on the seat. I walked out again and the baristas are all standing behind the counter just chatting it up. Next time Ill just go to Dutch Brothers. Their coffee may not be my 1st choice, but at least their staff is friendlier to customers.

Very good and speedy service. I was in and out with my coffee and snacks in seriously 60 seconds. I appreciate the friendly, young and alive up beat attitudes and energy the staff brings together. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs and it shows by all of their smiles. I will now be declaring this as my number one Starbucks in Stockton! On the miracle mile right next to UOP,....Eeeeeee for me!! Never a dull moment!!! Highly recommended by the Choosiest of mothers and thats a fact.

I will not shop at this Starbucks location anymore. The employee who helped me was so busy focusing on how loud and brash he could be that he ignored customers and did not even give a follow up thank you greeting. He also did not seal my bag of ground coffee correctly and it ended up spilling on to the seat of my car. Worse yet, the manager did not seem to care.

I visit 4 Starbucks sites: Fremont Street, Waterloo Road and Lincoln Village in Stockton, and the one at the intersection of Highways 4 and 49 in Angels Camp.Besides serving me the best coffee and tea drinks - its Coffee With a Conscience!They buy their beans around the world from growers who are using sustainable methods, in general trying to avoid destruction to the fragile rain forests where some of the beans are grown.Besides that - the staff are happy to serve, friendly, make an effort to remember the regulars names....all the qualities that add up to a memorable experience and many return visits! Theres a reason youll find....a Starbucks on every Corner - they are that good!

We (myself in the passenger seat and my 3 1/2 year old twins in the back seat) experienced an incident in the Starbucks parking lot at around 11:20am today. I was waiting in the car on my husband (who was inside the Starbucks) parked facing the burrito shop next door to Starbucks. A late 90s or early 2000s dark green Honda Accord (weathered paint job and license plate started with either 7H or 7Y) pulled out of an opposite parking space and backed into our rear bumper. Jarred, I climbed out to speak to the driver who was already driving away. Two women in the parking lot told me that the driver was wearing a green apron and they saw her leaving the Starbucks. Although our car was undamaged, the behavior of the driver was negligent and irresponsible. I hope the manager of this Starbucks location will speak to the employee about how that type of behavior reflects badly on peoples perception of the business and its employees.
