There is no good reason why ANY Starbucks should be dirty. Yes, there are many that are so busy, there may be a little trash temporarily. But this, was disgusting. I did not order a coffee. Orange juice. I needed to use the bathroom but opted not due; I could only imagine how it was. It was chaos behind the cashier. I quickly left. Never again.

Drink was lacking flavor (ordered a grande butterscotch latte); bathrooms were clean. Signs of the front were a little disturbing and unkept. Not sure if I would return there... however, the seating area was excellent.

Clean, friendly, modern, well run store, 3 baristas running to keep up with the demand, overall a pleasant experience even if we had to wait because they were so busy. Our visit was at 3:30pm, ordered two venti mocha frappacinos which as to be expected were ahhhmazzzzzing :-)

The thick black girl with the braids it’s the problem in this store! It’s always one that try to be the “manager” her attitude is disgusting! She shouldn’t work here if she doesn’t want to deal with people. I give the service 5 star because of the cashier barista she was nice and even remade my drink because they forgot to put coconut milk in my paradise drink.

Went in with my partners and had one of the best Starbucks experiences Id ever had thanks to Julien! I wasnt sure what I wanted to get, so he gave tons of recommendations, was very informed about all the drinks they provided, and most of all was super fun to talk to!! Left buzzing happily and my hope in Starbucks reinstated. Thanks again!!

DO NOT COME HERE SKETCHY LOCATION. Our car was broken into in broad daylight in the 15 minutes we were inside, we just had a couple of basic (non-laptop) backpacks in the back seat. Nothing blatantly valuable. Security guard in the parking lot says hes not able/allowed to actually prevent thefts, that the thieves doing this are armed and target women, and that it happens all the time. He did get the plates of the thieves car but apparently those are stolen plates so if you do come here and get robbed you can pretty much kiss your stuff goodbye. Police do laps of the area so at least we did not have to wait long to get a police report. Thieves drive by again while we were talking to the officer.There is also no furniture inside and the bathrooms are barricaded off. The employees and coffee were good but seems like Starbucks should just close this location.

They lie about the prices and gaslight and tell you your wrong. I was here today and saw a cup with straw for $3.00. They told me I was wrong even though I showed them the sign. They wouldn’t selll me the cup at the advertised price and then removed the sign while I was still there. Very unprofessional staff. I will never be returning to this location

The staff is great, but I had someone try to break into my car while I was in the parking lot. Apparently this was a very common occurrence over the summer and made the local news. There are very few lights in the parking lot, so if you arent parked next to the entrance its very dark. Would not recommend this location for safety reasons, and this was communicated to corporate Starbucks, as well.

TLDR: Bad service, would not come back to this store.I understand that around 8:30AM/9AM is when a lot of people go to work and it’s busier than usual. I don’t mind waiting, but the service here (at least one of the barista) is unacceptable. It was already 10 minutes past the estimated time, and I was in an hurry, and I see my drink half-finished at the counter. I walk up to make sure it was my name on the cup, and the barista ask if I needed something. I then tell her that I’m just waiting for my drink as I pointed at the half finished latte. This barista then blatantly rolls her eyes at me and grunts as she turn around to make the cold foam that goes on top of my latte. I was shocked at how “straightforward” she is with her feelings. As she was making the cold foam, her coworker was telling her something and she rolls her eyes at him too. Like yo get your eyes checked out if it has issues. I didn’t pay 7 dollars and waited 20 minutes for a coffee to receive shi**y service. I know it’s busy in the morning and if this barista can’t handle the stress, you might as well change to a PM shift or have your supervisor hire more people. DON’T TAKE IT OUT ON CUSTOMERS.

The staff really tries here. They are not the friendliest, but they are not rude either. They do their job fast and efficiently. Ive never felt pressed for time when I go there. And Ive never had an issue with my drink order. The baristas are all very good at their jobs.The four stars is for the outside. Goodness, this place is the pits! The front is ALWAYS dirty. I dont know what the cleaning schedule is like or how the fact that the overall look of the shopping plaza is, rundown, but the stores that are still there really need to do better with maintaining the visage of the parking lot/outside.

My kids love this place but the fries still suck in my opinion. Been enjoying their burgers since they opened their place in Dublin in the ‘90’s but their fries have never improved. You can ask for them well done but they still taste like a combination of cardboard and styrofoam. Should give them two stars but my kids love them so much I’m giving them four stars.

Went here today for the first time and it was a terrible experience. It was not even that busy compared to other starbucks stores i’ve been, probably like only 7 people waiting for the orders and 2 in line and everything was just poorly managed. I was a barista once so I was trying to really be patient and understand the employees but I gotta write this down. First off they were all over the place, no one even greets and asks nicely about our orders. Second, I had to wait for 15mins for just 2 drinks. Then third, after that wait my 2 drinks that I ordered were all wrong! I got a pinkdrink and get this, there was no strawberries in it! I didn’t notice right away because I was in a hurry. It was just the acai juice and coconut milk. My starbucks doubleshot on ice was only really 2 shots of espresso then milk. I was like “This isn’t done right” and one customer overheard me and was also saying “Yeah they messed up mine too”. And another one was really done and asked for a refund instead. I know this is a tough and fast paced job but i think customer service and beverage quality shouldn’t be compromised at all. I hope management does something about this. I won’t be coming back sadly.

I went in knowing that it might take a while to get my drink which was okay I didn’t mind the wait but what I did mind was that an employees sister went to order after me (about 5 minutes after) paid for only one drink, got 5 drinks and food 10 minutes before me and at the 15 minute mark I was still waiting for my food, mind you I had my drink in hand just waiting for my food and somehow she got everything before me. I usually don’t post reviews on anything but as a PAYING customer I think I deserve the same service as a non paying customer.

I went in today to pick up a traveler I had ordered, very long line when took aprox. 12 minutes fir me to get to the register. The register clerk was unprofessional using slang language and when she handed me traveler so I quote “aaah it’s too heavy!” Like telling me to hurry up and grab it. Im staying in Oakland temporarily and have had a hard time finding a Starbucks that makes a drink the right way. The first visit here refused to make it correctly and argued with me and even told me to stir it myself. Its a vanilla latte, they shouldnt need to be stirred. Ive been once since and the drink is now made correctly, so I plan on going to this one when the craving strikes.

The coffee is good (sometimes) the bistros are very nice and accommodating but they just dont have enough service in the morning to accommodate the people that come in. Well this one took the cake. First Starbucks doesnt have any sugar-free syrup in stock except vanilla at all of their stores nation wide. So I order and pay for a sugar-free vanilla latte with whole milk. Oh sir we are out of sugar free vanilla. How about just a latte. Hmmm ok... Oh by the way we are out of whole milk. WTH..... No this shop is across my office, so I decided to go study here on a Sunday. I couldn’t believe how noisy and upkeep the shop was, maybe they were understaff and that resulted to dell at in cleaning up. There are no power outlet to charge you computer so make sure you have a fully charged computer if you are going there to study or have a meeting. And during office hours the line can be very long to get you a 39 minutes wait time for a cup of coffee. You may as well have a coffee make in your office. My office do, so we don’t waste time lining up for coffee. The free cup day was ridiculously long, I had not idea what was going on until I go inside.

Really dirty, definitely a large homeless population here. Panhandlers in the store harassing people. They have capped off every single outlet so theres nowhere to use a pad, laptop, or charge a phone.Basically Instead of just having the police enforce loitering laws, the customers suffer because Starbucks doesnt want the homeless loitering and using power.
