Bathroom closed, no inside tables, no hand sanitizer. Not coming back to this location. Plenty of other location with full amenenities.

The drink is great. But I find it odd the baristas would show each other my cup and make stank faces at either my order or my name. Pretty unprofessional ma’am with nice red hair. -Peanut

Served a coffee that tasted like there was urine inside of it. Needless to say, I will be making my own morning beverages and Starbucks as a whole has lost a customer.

On a chilly day, the crispy grilled cheese sandwich always sounds good to me even with an iced drink. This version of Starbucks has lots of parking, is very large, has clean bathrooms and the staff is super nice.And when you are done with your coffee, drop next door and pick up some Baileys.

They got my order wrong and I missed out on my stars. Even though I went back to correct my order he still rung it up wrong. At least I got a drink. Made up for the list stars. Clean and nice inside. Kind staff.

We love our local Starbucks. Weve always had great service, the helpful young people are always good natured and very efficient. Its always kept immaculate and the customers are pretty friendly.....They also have a bowl of water for the doggies...Their the best!

I hate being that person, but the staff seem to be just hanging out and not doing much. Waited almost 30 minutes for iced coffee that they forgot about. The store was pretty much empty lol I guess I dont blame them on a slow night? Personally, not coming back here to study, but it seems like a decent study spot that doesnt seem to get busy. Plenty of parking is a plus.

Agreed with the other reviews that the employees don’t seem especially motivated to do their jobs. Waits can be long and it seems like the employees might be new and overworked. Interior is nice though, lots of folks reading or working on their novels over a latte.

Its starting to be a regular stop for me. If not there then the Safeway Starbucks. The Diablo Plaza has a very friendly staff. The cashier and baristas are very nice and inviting.

They were extremely rude!!! The cashier that took our order was super sweet and helpful she even complemented my daughters shirt. But everyone else was the worse experience!!!! When it came time to pay, we were using multiple gift cards. The young lady was having a hard time and she asked for help to a fellow co worker. She was very rude! since their system wasn’t taking the gift cards she demanded a different form of payment. My mom told her she had just used it the day before and it worked fine at a different Starbucks. We had multiple gift cards and their system was not taking any. They then got the manger which was very defensive asking what’s the problem. We didn’t have a problem, we just replied we are trying to pay. Some how they tried again and the gift cards worked fine and we had plenty of money left in them. It was very uncomfortable situation they made us feel like we weren’t trying to pay. The manager was extremely rude and never once apologize for the delayed, all she cared was that there was a line. Basically other people were more important!!! I will never go back there worse experience ever!

It was a cute and clean Starbucks but the girl upfront, Emma was on her phone while I ordered and wasn’t really paying attention to what I said at all. Then my boyfriends drink was made with dead shots because the poor girl on bar was making drinks by herself while there was two other girls cleaning, which I understand is needed but I feel if there is more than 3 people waiting for drinks then at least the girl wiping tables could’ve come and helped and gone back to what she was doing after the lobby was cleared.

In my opinion one of the top two Starbucks from Montana to the bay area. The other is in North Bend, Wa. Starbucks should model their stores after these. They have fun and enjoy what they do and it shows!!

Probably the worst Starbucks I come to. Its really close to my office so I come every so often, forgetting how terrible the service is. Today I waited 25 mins for an f***ing iced coffee ... it doesnt even need to be warmed. Its sitting in the fridge. Once can be forgiven, Im pretty confident this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Ill have to go to the one across the freeway by Zacharys and see if its worth the extra 3 mins it takes to get there.
