The store was very clean and the food display was very clean. The staff was very courteous and polite and they assisted me in picking drinks for my son and his friend. He was very patient with my order and was able to deliver my order in a timely manner. The Starbucks although small in size gives a very cozy feeling because it has ample seating space. You can sit inside or you can choose to sit outside. restroom is very clean.

The coffee is worth going out of my way when I am in town. The roast is excellent, the baristas are technically superior and the advice/knowledge is superb.The one thing holding this place back from 5 stars is the customer service. I get it, these team members grind it out (pun intended) and deal with some pretty intensely pretentious crowds and long days/long lines etc. Mix in a few smiles and less attitude (which is not a requirement to be a gourmet, high end coffee establishment).Not that I need personality with my coffee, but it doesnt hurt and would get the fifth star.Great atmosphere, somewhat difficult to locate because it is tucked off of the main sidewalk and the signage is not obvious. . . part of the charm though.

I actually like this location more for the employees and people. Plenty of seating both indoors and out doors. Be aware you can see the star bucks from the street but you cannot see it from the parking lot. :) Single bathroom so there might be a line in the morning.

Horrible! Made a simple order told the girl I would be on the patio and please let me know when my sandwich was ready. She didnt follow through and put it on the counter where it got cold. Dont tell me youre going to do something and not follow through. A cold breakfast sandwich is not what I paid for with my drink!

Coffee was good, but had to wait for them to make more drip, hunt for the half n half, wait for the bathroom, and then hear one team member tell another how not everyone is cut out to work at a Starbucks. I guess thats true. Went outside to drink at the table and listen to dueling music - Starbucksmusic fighting with the music from the restraint next door so both sounded bad.

Starbucks is Starbucks. The quality of the Food/drink is the same as every other Starbucks.This is a commuter Starbucks. There are 2 and only 2 comfortable chairs and 3 outlets available to plug in your favorite device. (There are actually about 10 - but as the other 7 are located about 11ft high on the wall, theyre somewhat...ummm..inconvenient.)The seating is hard, the tables hit your legs, and its otherwise cramped. This lack of warmth has transformed this location from a great place to hangout and socialize, to a bus depot feeling place. Its only good to drop in, pick up your fix and go.Depending on your needs, this might be perfect for you, or not what youre looking for.

Convenient location, open tables to sit down and relax and enjoy your coffee, Nice variety. Great service. Tried the new drink...a little too much nutmeg but still a treat.

Best Starbucks employees is the area. This one is my home away from home. Super friendly and welcoming. Also, the home of the perfect cappuccino!

I dont see any couches, although that would be nice. Always liked this location. Never too crowded, nice people and they dont use too much ice like the Westlake Village location near Bed, Bath and Beyond.

This Starbucks place is very well lit place. I felt like sitting in the place. Otherwise the ambience is so dark and dull, u want to get out of the cafe. Very good service.
