Very busy place. Not large. Customers congregate by the rest rooms to pick up their orders as that is the layout of the place. Ample seating outside of the shop.

Outdoor heaters or a fire pit would really improve sitting outside and enhance the premises on frosty mornings like this one. Theres not enough room for sitting inside when theres a crowd, like today at 10AM. Customers come first!

I always come to this Starbucks in the mornings, it is the closest to my house. In the early mornings it is y’all’s slammed and bad service is understandable. Usually I wait and see my mobile order, while they walk past and don’t help me, even when I ask they ignore. Now again it’s busy and I get it, I really do. But today it was much slower than usual and I sat and stared at my coffee getting cold for about 5 mins and no one helped me. There were two girls right in front of me and another walking back and fourth and they all saw me. I then just decide to grab my coffee since it’s been ready for the past 10 mins and one of the girls gave me attitude about grabbing my drink. This isn’t the first time too that I’ve seen or heard these employees give weird attitude towards customers for almost no reason. I shouldn’t have to pay 5 dollars for a cold coffee. These employees need to be trained better and this comes from another Starbucks employee..

Very average, normal starbucks. No complaints, typically short staffed but any slowness isn’t the lack of effort of the employees. NOTE IMPORTANT: as of 3 FEB 22 it is closed. So hopefully they open back up soon. And hopefully this saves you guys some time

This is one of the best Starbucks Ive been to. The baristas are consistently very friendly, quick, and the quality of the drinks they make is always very good. The only downside is that this one is small, so it can get a little uncomfortable if there is a line. Luckily, that rarely happens.

This store is just quite a nice store. Usually its very calm, not too many people but some are there. Parking is plenty and menu choices are pretty much available for any drink. If you want to have a peaceful drink from a Starbucks, this is the go to one Id recommend.

Smaller Starbucks, not a lot of seating, music was very loud right over the only table big enough for the 3 of us and a laptop. The only outlet available for that table was near the restroom which meant I would have had to lay my charger cable in the path of customers using the facilities and raised the chance of someone tripping. Glad I had a full charge. It was kind of hard to meet with a client here.On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and I received my latte fast and it was hot.

The product is great. Had a small late evening business meeting with 6 people. They were very accommodating. Allowed us to move chairs so we could sit around a table that would seat four but we set it up to seat the 6 of us.

Sometimes they dont have my PEACH for my Ice Tea Lemonade! And have me waiting knowing I late (no they dont)for work to tell me they are out of PEACH! I throw a mild temper tantrum. So when I come in, the Barista say We have Peach! I smile and say, Thats all that matters. Even tho they may not have the Grilled Cheese or the Breakfast Burrito, but at least they have Peach. 😊

When I say fast, this place is lighting fast. I see a lot of people ordering ahead through the mobile app. Really good management. There is always a place to park.Is not the most comfortable when it comes to sitting and working for long periods of time, since there is a constant influx of people in the early morning.Nice patio area for an afternoon drink.

I ordered a cup of Pikes. Dark roast only available in the morning Pout over was available but I didnt want to wait. It was not great coffee, just meh. I think it sat too long and then doesnt taste very good. Baristas were very polite, friendly and made me not mind so much the coffee.

They seem to be unable to get my drink right. Ive had trouble at several location and am about to stop going because of it. At the price now I at least want what I order especially since its printed on a label on the cup. Go back and complain? Why should I have to? Im disabled and frequently go through drive through and dont have the time to wait in line again. Starbucks started out amazing and Ive been a customer since their flag store opened in Redwood City, CA. Ive watched them steadily go down Hill the past 10 years to the point its irritating and insulting

They are always friendly and fast paced! They are THE best Starbucks Ive been to. I have no complain except all Starbucks lines are long but be rest assured ... The lines here move fast! And the wait is never more then 5 min from order to walk out. Also the online service here is on point and they never get a drink order mixed up. (Okay so that happened once but that was my fault for forgetting to ask for almond milk, but totally my fault and they were really cool about redoing the order fast and was out in a jiffy) they are just too cool here! Oh and for those with kiddos they have the just fruit bars here!!! Some Starbucks dont but rest assured this one does!

This particular Starbucks does not have good seating. In fact, it has very few indoor seats. It would be great for a nice spring day, but too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter to sit outside. The inside had the air conditioning up. I opted to drink my tea in my car.

I really appreciate the kind messages the baristas have written on my cup over the course of the pandemic. This was my local store before the pandemic, and Ive appreciated being able to still grab a coffee on the way to work. The coffee is always perfect.

The baristas are nicer here than other Starbucks in Livermore. Has an awesome outside and covered patio with many tables and chairs. Minus one star because.. Its super small in the store and there is only one, count it 1! power outlet in the whole store for customer use.

Theres a reason the average visit is 15 min: it takes >10 minutes every visit for any order. Ridiculous. Plain decaf? 10 minutes. And today? We dont have any brewed yet. No offer to pourover or wait for a brew. HOW do you not have decaf brewed a half-hour after opening?Tiny store with 4 seats (6?). After months of patience (and no place to sit if youre disabled, for that boring 10-15 min wait) thinking theyll master this coffee thing, i give up. Its 2 minutes from me, but never going back. Theres one a mile away. Its huge, clean, friendly; short wait, opens super early; my new local sbux.

This location is HORRIBLE! I had to give 1 star in order to do review . VERY disorganized and the staff is not that friendly. The ONLY reason I come on the weekend is because it is walking distance from home and we like to walk our dog down there. The Portola location is the best one in town.
