The customer service is okay, but they dont pay attention to the mobile order details. Its my 3rd time ordering my drink online with NO ICE, but they still make it with ice.Whenever I come to this place to work with my laptop, the tables are dirty while theyre slow, I would understand if they were busy.This is a good location, I hope they get better!

This was hands-down, the best Starbucks I’ve ever went to in my entire life and trust me I’ve been to many, I am not proud to say. However, this one has a Hometown vibe about it. And Dorian, the barista was a true gentleman and a scholar. He poured the perfect cup of coffee was a great conversationalist, and is an amazing addition to planet earth.I will definitely stop by this exact one again when I’m in the area. Which is often. So I’ll be back tomorrow. Thank you.

I made a mobile order for another location and accidentally ended up at this location. The barista asked me what I ordered and promptly made my drink, saving me a trip and making my day!Pro-tip: This location does not have ample parking, so youre most likely going to have to park at the abandoned Rite-Aid parking lot across the street.

Very busy yet relaxed atmosphere. Parking was kinda of a struggle since they only have like 7 Parking spaces. Before I left I had to use the restroom and it was FILTHY!! Someone couldnt aim and left a mess around the seat, smelled really gross. Would definitely stop by again, but not use the restroom. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a few days.

Nice and very roomy inside but horrible parking only enough space for 5 cars. So youre either walking up the street or across the street bc you had to park at rite aid. However, and luckily we all can use the exercise and should be walking more rather than driving. So, that is why I give 4 stars.

This place has to be my favorite Starbucks in Glendale, but only if you can find parking. Their parking is extremely limited. But if youre able to park and go in, theyre usually not too busy. The customer service is great and they have a really large outside sitting area, which is perfect for sitting down, putting your headphones in, pulling your laptop out and getting some work done. All other Starbucks locations in Glendale are too packed and theres too much going on, but this location in particular has a very chill atmosphere.

LOVED my experience. Everyone was really nice (Starbucks employees can sometimes be a little rude) not these guys. Maribel was sweet to everyone and everyone working with her this shift were sweethearts. A girl offered to get me a specific box from the Mercado even though She hadnt stocked any of the food yet. She could’ve easily said something like “you’ll have to wait it’s not stocked yet” but instead she suggested she bring me whatever item I wanted. Thanks Starbucks!

The quality and service are good here. It also has nice outdoor seating. The only drawbacks are limited street parking. And although they have a specious inside area, they have limited seating. Otherwise, its a decent spot to get a drink (if you dont mind a bit of walking).

Easier to park at Jack in the Box and walk over (not far at all). First time an employee was complaining about everyone being done with work before her. She wouldnt stop saying literally so I almost lost my mind. Second time was great because the manager was actually there so everyone was doing their job.

Slow service, on Sunday it says they open at 5:00 am. I was standing by the doors at 5:35am and they were still not open. Couple of girls working inside and they act like they dont even see you. And there us never parking available. On the bright side, its better than other Starbuckses.

So this might be a bit long, but bear with me, haha. I like this place. Pre-COVID, I recall when I have to go here for study and always love the atmosphere that Starbucks has, the decent music, the smell of espresso, etc. And since this is close to home, I’m fortunate to go here whenever I want some Starbucks. However, my recent visit to this Starbucks location was not good, I’ll explain. So my sister and I decided to get to Starbucks to grab some drinks for the both of us, as well as for my other sister who we’re picking up from work. As soon as we’re coming in, around 4-ish in the afternoon, the baristas were like “sorry, we’re closed,” and to be honest, we were disappointed and quite stressed, because we were in a hurry and I understand drinks aren’t made in seconds. In fairness, those baristas were helpful in telling us where another nearby Starbucks location that’s still open, and then we went there and got our drinks. Nonetheless, my suggestion is that this location be more transparent in terms of their hours of operation by putting up signs on both doors saying “we’re closing at x time” either because you all have a business meeting to attend or something happened amongst employees, and another great suggestion is put up where the nearest Starbucks is so that customers would know where to get their drinks. And make sure it’s updated online so in case customers would know whether this store is closing early or not. If it comes off as off-putting or perhaps rude, my apologies, just wanted to bring this to attention so that the store would improve and make the “Starbucks Experience” better. I have been a regular customer of this Starbucks. Recently for some reason the restaurant and the outside seating area are real filthy. I notice the same trash on the floor as yesterday and the trash cans are mostly full all the time. The old workers are not there and I think they have a new manager which may be the reason for the situation. I complained to the manager and staff but they dont seem to care.
