The people working at night are honestly so rude, and the coffee was terrible. We had to get our drinks remade twice, they charged us for foam on the last one because we thought maybe it would add SOME flavor to the coffee other than watered down dirt. It didn’t and so we gave up. The tone used by what I’m assuming was the shift lead/mod was not okay. I work in Food Service myself and understand the pressure, at the same time it makes me understand how important it is to treat guests with respect.

Stopped in this morning to get our coffee and cappuccino fix. The store is clean, and the staff provides quality service and wonderful Starbucks products. My wife had the Cappuccino extra hot, extra dry with whole milk. I had the Carmel machiatto, which was hot and tasty. We thoroughly enjoy Starbucks, and this store provides first-rate customer service.Highly recommended

The fat girl who was the cashier was not on the welcoming side nor friendly with enthusiasm. Not sure if she didnt like Africa Americans or if she was just in her regular dry mood but overall bathroom was clean, she did give me a nice size cup of free ice and bathrooms were clean

We just made a pit stop during our road trip and was glad that we decided to check it out since this is one of the locations in which they are testing out the fruity cream fizz drinks. Only being tested at this location and Austin, TX. The employees here seem to really enjoy their jobs and it shows!

Love this spot. This is one of my road trip stops. The staff are very cool, and seem to work really well together as a team. Very personable people and kind, great service considering the amount of online orders they need to fulfill during rushes.I’ll say that I mark this in my maps as the dance party Starbucks. They play their music notably louder than a typical location, I think.

Best AM staff! Vanessa is my favorite, and all together they are amazing! Quick with orders, hard working, and delicious coffee every time. They always exceed the expectations. 8 AM-10AM customers should learn to be patient. Majority of this country works 9-5, so just chill if this one time you have to wait a little. Cheers!

Friendly staff, good coffee, and quick service. I started visiting this Starbucks about 6 months ago - once or twice a week. My go-to order is a cold brew, iced brown sugar oakmilk shaken espresso, or iced chai. ...and each of my orders have 1 - 2 customizations.I really like this Starbucks because they make the drinks to the recipes & get my customizations right, and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I order using the Starbucks Mobile app, and my drink is ready when I arrive. All of my drinks have been made correctly, since I started visiting this Starbucks about 6 months ago.I havent used the drive-thru at this location. I always go in the store to pick up my drinks.There isnt much ambience at this location, but who needs ambience when my coffee is made correctly every time?

I was there today at 9 am. I had tried to order the medicine ball, but they didnt have all the teas. I have been to 2 other locations with no luck. 😞I just ordered the peach instead. One of the baristas just happened to have the other tea, and they surprised me at the window.Thank you! I was having a terrible start of the day, and honestly, I wanted to cry after being told no again. I just needed to feel better, and the tea always helps. Thank you thank you for making a difference in my emotional day. Even though it was a small gesture, It brightened me, and I felt like I was seen and understood. I wanted to leave a tip on the app... but forgot I used stars to pay. I will be in to leave a tip soon. Ty again.

Great location and always clean on site. Never had any issues with my orders, but Im not the type of person that needs a highly customized coffee. Staff are always pretty friendly and I enjoy coming here. The drive through typically moves along quickly even when there is a line.

This Starbucks is definitely a home away from home! The staff is very welcoming and go out of their way to create a comfortable environment! I have yet to experience a wrong order, or a missed item. I also deeply appreciate the way that they keep their store extra clean during this troubling time. I highly recommend coming to this Starbucks if you’re looking for great suggestions and lovely conversations.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a couple of times and the customer service is amazing. The baristas are always very welcoming, genuine, and kind. Their drinks are awesome and they’re really quick. I haven’t had any issues. The atmosphere is very soothing. I highly recommend going to this Starbucks.

Roughly 3x a week, I make the same coffee order. I tried this location, and they used the wrong syrup — regular mocha instead of white chocolate, easy mistake, but...they refused to fix it? They actually denied that the drink was incorrect at all. It was about 6AM, no customers, no one but the shift manager and a partner, and still, they would not remake the drink — telling me that “it just looks like that sometimes.” It had never looked/tasted like that before or since, but O-kay. Never again.

Its a Starbucks! The US fast food chains (Im mostly looking at you McDonalds) have absolutely terrible coffee. It is odd. The McDonalds in Canada have very rich and yummy, arguably better than Starbucks, for a basic drip coffee. Starbucks is very nice in that it is consistent at all locations around the world I have been too. Was a haven on this trip for a decent basic coffee.

They went beyond their way to make me a happy customer. While waiting for my coffee, I inadvertently left a box of coffee I had purchased on one of the tables. About 50 miles later (driving to Prescott), I realized I had forgotten the coffee. Much to my surprise today, I noticed a credit on my credit card for the coffee I had left behind.....wow!

Visited this Starbucks to order double smoked bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches, some tea drinks and their lemon loaf cake slices. Did not pre order them, but opted for drive thru. Drive thru entrance is near back side of parking lot area, a bit challenging to locate, but did find it with the signage posted.This time no, breakfast sandwiches available, except their newest selection.Was able to get my drinks and lemon loaf cake. Window service employee seemed a bit harried, maybe a busy morning. They almost forgot to give me one of the drink orders, thinking they had already given it to me. No stoppers offered on drinks, bag that had the lemon loaf cake in it was greasy on the outside. Not one of my better visits with food availability and service offered. Drinks were made perfectly.

I am a former partner and am actually very disappointed with this location. Very very slow, we waited 35mins for 2 drinks and 2 food items. When I went to ask where the second drink was, the baristas were all talking, and one of them directly said yeah I dont know, I never made that one. As we were waiting, a woman came in 4 times to ask where her two tall pour overs were, and had said they had already been waiting over 30 mins as well. At one point the barista with purple hair YELLED at one of the other baristas for brewing blonde coffee when it was past the time frame of when they brew it. The bathrooms were out of all paper products, and no one seemed to have a sense of urgency. Terrible service.
