Starbucks Review:We absolutely love visiting this Starbucks! The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a delightful experience. My daughter especially enjoys interacting with them; their warm smiles and genuine kindness always brighten her day. Its clear they truly care about their customers, and this personal touch keeps us coming back daily. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great coffee and an even better atmosphere!

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Their drive-thru is crazy fast (which they widened!) and the employees are so nice you’d think you were at a Dutch Bros.

Shoutout to Christian, amazing member! He assisted me and my best friend today and went above and beyond. At another location the barista didnt make the appropriate drink and he went out of his way to make up for that bad experience. Definetely coming back to this location thank the other. You are a star! Thank you again! 🥰💓

The entire crew is friendly, attentive and genuine people. My kids and I love coming here for pastries and hot drink. The food always done on time and done right. We always leave here feeling a bit happier knowing there are good people serving this Rocklin community.

So, this has become my favorite Starbucks. That is hard to say because there are like 758 within 5 minutes of my house (slight exaggeration). There are Starbucks nearby that have great service with super friendly people. They even remember my name! (This happens to me at more than one Starbucks... Yes I have a problem) And Starbucks is very good at having consistent quality, so the food and coffee is always great. But, this Starbucks is unique because it is quiet! The acoustic ceiling tiles and raised wooden floor dampen the noise. Most Starbucks echo and it is often hard to have a conversation. But this one is quiet. Maybe Im old now, but quiet is nice.Thanks Google for asking me to update my review!!!The OTHER reason why this is the best Starbucks is because they dont make my wife feel like an alien when she says she has a nut allergy. Most Starbucks give the corporate line about liability and one place even said their machines were broken to avoid helping her!!! At this Starbucks, they make her feel like providing a clean mixer is so easy to do and they go way out of their way to help her feel like it is absolutely no big deal to make this easy accomodation! Today, the barista, Beth, was so supportive in this area.I realize that it is on us as customers to protect ourselves and Starbucks doesnt have to make any accommodations for allergies. We can simply go somewhere else. But this place, and Beth, are special and go out of their way to make it seem like it is no big deal. So great!

While Starbucks is not the best coffee around, it is always consistently good. This is relatively a new location and is comfortable place to relax and have your coffee. Outdoor seating with umbrellas is nice when the weather permits. Service is very good even if the coffee isnt the very best. I do enjoy their teas though.

This Starbucks constantly disappoints, I had the worst experience with Kim in the drive thru yesterday. I asked for my drink to be made a certain way (the way I like it) I even offered to pay extra, she said they had no way to ring in the extra charge and therefore could not add what I wanted. It is shocking to me that her attitude switched when I questioned this, she ripped my drink out of my hand when I asked it to be fixed and her tone went completely rude. She clearly needs more training with customer service. Also, if I am paying almost $6 for a drink and offering to pay extra for the only way I like it, I think it is crazy to tell the customer no, you cant. It is literally your job. Steer clear of Kim, nothing worse than an aggressive and rude employee.

Nicest staff in the world. They remember me by name because I have a slight caffeine addiction (LOL), but their service is unmatched and unrivaled. Some of them even remember the drink I get every time and it’s surprising every single time. Even if your interactions are small (drive-thru), you’ll remember every one of them. Love them!!!

I go to this Starbucks almost every morning (I recommend ordering online and then going inside for pick up because the drive thru can be long sometimes!) and the workers are always so sweet and always say goodmorning! It honestly warms my heart and its a great way to start the day. Drinks are obviously great, also!

It’s my first time at the grand opening of a Starbucks. It’s exciting! I like their setup. This place brings partners forward with us and this spacious site is a good one to study, work, or read. It’s a good spot to mingle too.I recommend this spot and can’t wait to walk over sometime since it’s close to my parent’s house. I can bring them too. Good job with this old US Bank building too. Growing up I used to run deposits up from the car on the street. The gal I did that for is no longer with us, but it is all in good tidings that more memories will come for this building and this location.Just a heads up that the parking lot is kind of small and awkward but it this location’s quirk.I ordered an impossible sandwich and an iced-Americano. The flavor of the bean is as I expect it and is a consistency I cherish. They did not have any lunch or snack foods this visit, but they’re working on that.Enjoy!
