The location was clean. The staff were nice and very helpful. They have a public restroom that you have to get the code from it was clean. They have a couple tables for seating inside the pineapple strawberry refresher and it was really good. 10 out of 10. Recommend checking out this location Prices are the same as Starbucks, but the staff was really nice.

After seeking a safe refuge from storms on foot my friend and I found this Starbucks to stop in. We took some time deciding on what to order while devising a plan. The man at the register was very rude and asked me and my friend if we were going to order. I proceeded to the register and bought a “dream” bar and told him after I ordered that I took offense to his tone, in which he replied, “you’re loitering and that’s not okay”. For me that’s super rude considering I’m such a loyal customer to Starbucks despite my easier options to stay local in my hometown. I highly recommend avoiding this money hungry Starbucks location.

This wasnt my first time visiting this starbucks but I have been here like a couple times what was strange about this was it started off smooth the service of the cashier was great one of staff members who were cleaning were good it what one of the other staff did was kind of awkward after I order my banana nut loaf I sat there for a quarter hour to wait for a dentist appointment that I had scheduled in the area so I thought why not wait until it time and my loaf a little bit before my appointment starts like around 9:39 am a staff member comes up to me and ask do I need anything I reply with no thank you and she immediately says just let me know if you need anything like water or something what was odd about this there was another young lady who was there who was sitting down didnt order anything at all and the batista come up and ask me if I needed help Ive already order something and for her to ask just me I felt like it was racial

I have been getting coffee here almost every day on my way to work since June 1st. Since Labor Day the quality, service and staff have greatly disappointed. One morning they took 25 minutes to make my coffee and made me late for work. I only order one Venti Latte with Soy - not a complex order. Lately the pour is short - a good 3 inches of room on top and the service is super slow. No one acknowledging walk ins and always a wait to get my mobile order. Today the put cinnamon all over and on top of my latte. This was not ordered!!! Good thing I do not have a cinnamon allergy. This is last time I will have a horrible $5 coffee experience. I won’t be going back to this store!

I don’t like ice because it hurts my teeth. But I do like cool drinks like coffee for example. If you don’t get ice in your coffee they just don’t fill it up. Lol if you don’t want to add extra coffee maybe add water so I don’t notice. Just a thought

This location, most of the time, the drive thru lane, is almost out to the streets. So if you park and come in, sometimes, the store managers give out free coffee. On them of course.

This is a very nice storebox I have always enjoyed coming here because the staff is very friendly and they have wonderful coffee and delicious breakfast or lunch sandwiches. I really love the pastries when the heat them up. They have quick and easy parking right in front. If you order coffee through the app you dont have to wait in line.

Update: theyve redone the interior seating & its a great improvement!Its just laid out poorly. The outdoor seating faces the busy Vons parking lot, and the umbrellas do little to protect from the glare of the sun. This is the least comfortable Starbucks Ive ever been to.A inside, the seating is also poorly laid out. In all fairness, theyve had to work with a small space...however, the workers are generally friendly and polite.

I made an order and presented a $50 bill. My cashier ask the cashier next to her could he break the $50 bill. The young man quickly said no and kept going and doing what he was doing. I gladly ran out to the car, got my credit card came back in to pay and noticed the same young man making change for another customers $50 bill. When I asked him what was the difference between my $50 bill and the other customers $50 bill he had no answer except for I didnt know I had change.This was pure nonsense as he had just stepped into work with a full cash drawer. After contacting the manager she confirmed his door was full and tryed to answer by saying we do not give change for $50 bills. So my question is still why was my $50 bill different than the ladies $50 bill. Oh... did I mention that Im black and the other customer was a nice Caucasian lady? so once again were faced with nonsense that didnt have to happen and didnt have to make me think race had anything to do with it. Albeit, its certainly felt like that. The manager did not know what to do or say but after I told her I was a Google reviewer she quickly asked to pay for my coffee. Oh well, another day Living in this beautiful country.

Great customer services. A few homeless around the area. Just a few feet outside the door towards the street, there was a strong smell of urine. Just exit towards the parking lot and you will be fine. No drive-thru at this location.

I only go to Starbucks if i have a gift card. Which i get often because Im a teacher. So what i like. Most of the time the staff is very pleasant good customer service, Im not a coffee drinker. I only get frappeccinos with almond milk. I like that it is offered there. When i get more gift cards i will be back .

Greatest Starbucks I have ever been too. Kamren Contreras always makes my drinks and he is so friendly and always happy. He brightens my day, all the time. Fast service, and calls me by name. Makes me feel good that in this busy, bustling world, some people still have that Honesty and take the time to always greet a customer, no matter how busy he is. I walked to a 565 store number Starbucks only to learn that the sign and internet was wrong. I experienced an awful display from two associates at that location. It was a few customers waiting for an opportunity to ask what time did they open and that the sign was wrong. A female associate said we know! Just awful

Usually they are vey nice at this place except today i was trying to do work on my low battery laptop and while i was trying to charge it one of the guys working there rudely asked me if i have a phone order I said I was gonna make one and he said i cant sit there unless i have a phone order and no one is allowed to use the outlet. What??! Lol then why on earth have outlets i thought thats why people come to sbx to work and enjoy a coffee. Nope. Dont come here. The mobile order printer ran out of paper. But Isaac let us know, and made the order immediately. Was in a rush, and the line was wicked long, so it really great to know that it was a priority that the mistake of the printer was accounted for.As a side note, the paper supplier should have a warning on the label paper letting the user know it’s running low.

This Starbucks is tiny and so usually overcrowded, but I always get good service. Tonight was exceptional, though. Why? One word - Arby! Best. Barista. Ever. If you dont know what you what or think you want to try something new, hell give you a mini coffee interview to find out what kind of stuff you like & then mix you up something.While it IS pretty crowded, most people pick up and go, so if a power outlet is not required for your peaceful existence at Starbucks, you can still set up shop for a few hours. The tables next to outlets are few and usually full when I have come in.

The baristas at this location are SO NICE. This Starbucks is my neighborhood coffeeshop, so I come here a lot to study. I know at least 2 of the baristas by face (would be name, except Im so terrible with names and they dont always have nametags-- shoutout to the girl who calls me honeybun, shes the sweetest ever). Drinks are always great, and theyre wonderful about replacing them if I ever dont like one. Im usually not one for chain coffeeshops (I really like independent neighborhood coffeeshops), but this feels like an extension of home for me. Im going to be sad when I move down to San Diego and wont be able to come here every week. 😢

I have been a long time client of his Starbucks location, until a few weeks ago when I was ordering and one of the baristas was awfully rude to me. I guess she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. She was not listening to my order so she got the size of the cup wrong. I said sorry but I asked for a Venti cup please. She immediately threw the cup behind her in a very dramatic way and looked at me mad.There was a huge line behind and I imagine they all saw this, I was so embarrassed. I came back to my office and sent out an email to corporate about the incident. Until this day I have not heard back from them.
