I work nearby and I mobile order 30 minutes before and when I walk in they’re isn’t a lot of customers inside and it’s not ready and can’t even make my order right I get charged for extra cold foam and there be none on it, and the employees got attitude 😐

The nitro cold brew with pumpkin cream is good! Recommend it! Unfortunately Starbucks locations on State Street removed the power outlets. Recommend going to a local coffee shop if your looking to charge your devices.One of my favorite Starbucks location. Great staff and friendly.

Starbucks is Starbucks. The place is definitely wants to go if you just wanna have a leisure time. I feel relaxed, sitting there watching people come and go. The only thing is the coffee like latte or cappuccino tastes like milk like elsewhere. I don’t know why, so the best choice is to go there and order a black coffee or iced coffee with a little bit sugar and milk. This will be my choice where ever in a Starbucks caffe

You ask for fresh, hot coffee, but they still give you the old coffee that has been brewed a long time ago.If you ask you for heavy cream in your coffee, they try to charge you extra. This is not an extra charge. Other Starbucks do not charge for heavy cream in your coffee.This location has slow service and poor customer service. The district manager needs to pay attention to this locationThe Starbucks further down, Lower State Street, is much better.

This Starbucks is located on a very busy street. There is not enough parking if you are in a car. However, if you are in walking distance of the main strip... this is ideal. Lots of people at this particular site. Considering it was so packed with people the service was fairly quick..

Awful experience. Receipt number 783347. I got two Venti mocha frappes with caramel drizzle, one with h&h & one with whole milk. Got barely any drizzle. The whipped cream tasted old per my husband. The girls making my drinks, one of them new, wiped my drink with a really dirty rag before adding the lid & handed it to me. I didnt even drink it. I tried to get their attention, but they were too busy with the short line they had. The new girls seemed like she was just thrown into it. I feel like I wasted a lot of time waiting, wasted money, & was still thirsty! Ugh. Never going back here. Theres one down the road on the other side of the downtown walking area. Ill go there next time.

This was the Starbucks closest to the Bed N Breakfast where I stayed during the Film Festival. Of the three Starbucks on State Street, this was the friendliest. This location had an atmosphere, an energy, the other two Starbucks didnt have. This location also makes a great Earl Grey Tea.

People, this is Starbucks. They are basically are the same, arent they? This has some room inside to hang out and do nothing, which it seems like most of the people do here. The bathrooms are good, not great. And this is one of three starbucks on State St that are 6 blocks apart. Each being 3 blocks from the other. I guess if you are into getting refills, it sure makes it easy walking down and walk up State St for that. And all three on on corners, with seating so you can watch people.

The amount of weird people in this Starbucks was fun for peoplewatching. I came here for 3 hours, 3 weeks each morning before going to a class. Watch out for the dude switching between conspiracy theory videos and porn on his laptop. There was also a guy who opened the door next to me and told me something about star alignments and how something good would happen tonight. I could go on for each day honestly, SO many weirdos.I guess I wish the employees did something about it? But all in all, a good time.

This is a very large and spacious Starbucks, and its on a street corner so there is a lot of seating along the windows facing the streets. It was nice to come here and get some drinks and get some work done while soaking in some Santa Barbara atmosphere.

One of the latest open Starbucks in Santa Barbara County. I believe that Google says they stay open until 11:30PM but that is not accurate; they are open until 11PM. But that is still late enough matched only by the Goleta location on Market Place Drive. This location is right downtown so its close to where I need to go afterwards. Has a few strategic electrical outlets. Has what you need for computer work and getting caffeinated.
