I went into this store to purchase 4 of the metal cups for my daughter, as she collects them. While in there I took pictures and called my daughter to confirm the purchase. As i was talking to her the female worker came up to me and saïd you cant pay for those, the register is closed. She turned around and walked away. I have never been treated that way in ANY Starbucks! SMH!!!

Employees were nice and polite so two stars for that but I used my 200 points for a free caramel macchiato with added whip cream. On my way to the job site I take my first sip and realize it’s burnt tasting coffee with hardly any caramel and no whip cream and only filled 3/4 of the cup. We have to spend $200 instead of $150 after corporate Starbucks greedy point system changed, after collecting all my points and spending legit money there you guys serve me this burnt tasting coffee with barely drizzle and no whip cream?? Do better because although it doesn’t effect you, now I’m out of my free coffee reward and have to spend yet another $200 that’s absurd… people who work physically demanding jobs need our coffee, was disappointed yesterday shoulda went to AMPM for that quality 🤦‍♂️

I definitely recommend and give 5 stars for this specific location. I am new to Southern California and I go to this specific Starbucks for various reasons. Mainly the employees are courteous and work hard. There is one specific employee that stands out by remembering your name and daily orders. She is always greeting you as as walk in makes conversation while doing her job. She is a great multi-tasker and has qualities are recognized. It’s quite an attribute and I definitely recommend this Starbucks.

This is my must stop for coffee on my way to San Diego. I love their coffee, the service and the charming location. It is a beautiful place with a frío atmosphere. I love both the indoors and outdoors sittings. Definitely, you may be transported to the older years while sipping your coffee when outside.

I dont usually review chain stores such as a Starbucks, but I found it important to comment on the environment and the workers there. Every time I head to this location, typically to study before school, I was aways greeted with a smile and a great attitude. Everyone who Ive run into that works there is great. Always a great suggestion of drinks if you arent sure what youre in the mood for.

Good experience all around coffee tasted amazing. Really great customer service and lots of free parking right next door to the Starbucks entrance. Clean restrooms and also a very clean store. We will definitely be coming back next time we travel the 15 heading from LA or on the trip back. Easy access right down the street from the highway.

Ok as a frequent customer of Starbucks, this one stands out. The people who was working the morning of 11 August was amazing. They were very personable and made us feel that we were a regular customer when this was our first time visiting this Starbucks. The coffee were delicious, better than normal. Maybe it had to do with the experience at this Starbucks. But they definitely help start our Sunday off on a good note.

Customer service not the greatest here. The gal at the cash register was not very pleasant. She finished get my friends order who was in front of me. She walked away from cash register and started cleaning and making drinks. I waited for about minutes and the line behind me started growing. I got tired of waiting so I mobile ordered. They finished making my drink and never called my name or said there was a mobile order. Not a word. I havent really ever been impressed with the service here but it had been awhile since my last visit. Unfortunately this is a Starbucks Im sure a lot of people go to from out of town go to. Its unfortunate if they experience what I have here.

I like the view and the atmosphere of this particular location. Its a good place to do homework or read a book (if you can find a seat) the thing about this place though is how crazy busy it is and how long it takes to get your drink. Have visited at random good and days but its hard to find a slow day here. Also; sadly, theres a lot of indigents that use the place as a nap/hygiene station and although they dont bother anyone and I am sympathetic to them this does have an impact on theimageof a business. Particularly one that sells coffee drinks for $6.00.

I always get the fast and friendly service that Starbucks should be providing. This particular Starbucks goes above and beyond to make my experience that much more pleasurable. I dont know if other Starbucks managers introduce themselves to their customers, but Pete at this location did. Yes, Starbucks is a busy place, however, when one takes the time to introduce themselves to you during your conversation, that is just being human. This is my #1 Starbucks. Nestled at one end of Old Town Temecula, it rest on the bottom floor and front corner entrance to a three story building. Pretty calm and quite Ive been in, good place to sit down and have a coffee. Staff are fun and always good for a laugh. Easy to find a seat.

Whats happened to Starbucks. The nostalgic background music playing softly on the background. Employees that welcome you when you walk in. Clean and well lit locations... yep those days are of the past.You cant sit inside and carry on a conversation without having to shout over their crazy music of which I cant stand. I may as well be sitting in Abercrombie and Fitch given the dbs and garbage music they play at Starbucks now.Damn shame!

Well Im trying to get someones attention.I was here on Saturday 8/12 and asked for a medium sized iced coffee with coconut milk. I was charged $7.40 on my discover card. is the coffee really that expensive or the barista charged me for someone else? Ive been trying to reach them for 5 days but nobody answers the phone, Im going to have to call discover and dispute the transaction.
