The manager yells at the employees all morning, really noisy. Stressful if you enjoy quality morning time.The manager who needs to exercise her right to SHUT UP, really need a CHILL PILL.

This has to be my favorite Starbucks location! It’s never too busy and they always get my drink right! Ani is super sweet and always knows my drink order right away! She is quick and she makes my experience at Starbucks so much better!

This Starbucks is unlike any other. The baristas here are so friendly and attentive. In the morning you’re always welcomed with a smile and they stop and take the time to ask how your day is going. I never experienced any long wait, so all in all a great place to stop for a coffee!

I like this Starbucks for a couple of reasons. The staff is always friendly, parking is easy and free inside the garage and there are always seats available outside.

This Starbucks is really good in the morning, it doesnt get too full and the service is really quic, plus the staff are very friendly. So if youre in a rush and this place is near you give it a try in the morning, youll love the quick service.

Out of towner here. I was blown away by just how awesome and helpful Will was. Some of the limited space was taken up by non-customers, which was not ideal, but overall, it’s worth the time!

Fewer things can beat the feeling of home. The staff at this Starbucks makes me feel like I’m at home, even amidst these crazy times. Whether they are checking in to see how your day is going or offering suggestions for a low sugar high flavor beverage choice, this Starbucks has always been there for me: staff Don, Hailey, new manager Stephanie (love her! What a come up for this location), Sandy, Nellie .... al amazing. Thank you for being the best thing during my pandemic.

Clean Starbucks and friendly staff but one of the slowest. The only Starbucks where the cashier doesn’t pour your coffee. WTH. Five people working and I’m waiting forever for a simple coffee when there is no one in the store.

I like this Starbucks. Its within walking distance and usually has 2 baristas working there. They are friendly, patient courteous and helpful! The drinks come out delicious without fail. They are not open late, but this location is great for daytime drinks and study time

This is a good Starbucks location. I never have a problem with mobile orders like I see sometimes at other stores. Baristas are friendly. Smaller location with only a few tables.

I’ve come in here multiple times and have been greeted with the horrible customer service from someone there named Meymi. I’ve seen her yell at customers for asking simple favors and even mistreat other workers in the store! unbelievable I would hate to work with someone like that. i’m a regular but I think now i’m going to stop going here all because of the many horrible encounters i’ve had with Meymi. I hope she sees this and fixes how she is because i’d love to come back to this location. most of the baristas there are my favorite!!

I stopped in at 6:00am and both ladies behind the counter were busy but both still greeted me with a smile an assured me that they would help me out soon. The lady that took my order was super friendly and asked if I wanted anything else and I said no after orfering my smores Frap and we joked sbout how i would probably wish i had a breakfast sandwhich later. The other lady that made my drink made it perfect!!! Ive ordered smores Fraps from other locations and it dosent always get made correctly but today it was just right...and it made my morning 👌

I will qualify that I had a somewhat complicated order but I straight up waited 15 minutes for the barista to make my drink (not including the 9 minutes it took after I put in my mobile order and for me to walk over and wait inside for 7 of those minutes) only 4 people in line. Not a high volume time. The were three people physically there working but only two baristas with only one staying there at the bar. The app alerted me on a timer that my order is (supposed to be) ready. Then I said hi to the barista and asked about my order because she didnt acknowledge me earlier. She told me she couldnt make my drink because they were missing ingredients. Not a big deal but I would have liked to have saved time waiting. She offered to make me something else. I told her the saw her pick up my new cup, put it down, not even starting it, to go take a new persons order twice. After making those two customerss drinks, she then got the ingredients together to make mine and still didnt finish it. She had my ingredients sitting next to the blender and stopped to help one more customer. Then she blended my drink, then she went to get help making it (maybe the blender was acting up) then the manager helped by blending it again they then helped another person who wanted ice water. Then the original barista went to talk to some lady, either a friend or an off duty coworker. Then after my drink had been sitting finished in the blender for all that time she poured it and gave it to me. I tried it and it was room temperature. I told her so and asked if she forgot to add ice and she said no, she definitely did not forget. Either she really actually forgot to put ice in it or it took SO LONG for her to make my drink that it ended up being room temperature when I finally got it. Then I waited while she made it again. For a wait time total of 22 minutes.It should not take 15 minutes to make literally one drink on a slow day that is not even super complicated. Even an extremely complicated one shouldnt take more than 6 minutes. According to protocol she should have prioritized my order since I had been waiting longer than the other present customers.

I used to be a starbucks barista and i know what it’s to have a busy store but this store was completely out of line! Their was five customers all ordering the count of one or two drinks and it took them 20 minutes to get my venti iced tea! Like come on!
