I was in Woodland Hills to get my nails done (yes, I drive here from SM because my nail lady is like no other!). Before heading back home, around 11 am, I got a little hungry and thirsty. I stopped here and got a grande ice chai with almond milk and a bagel with cream cheese. Service was quick! I want to try one of their summer drinks next time!Free parking outside, but the parking lot gets busy.

First time going here. Consistent quality and service as you would expect at Starbucks. Location has a moderate outdoor seating area. Positioned on Ventura Blvd, so theres a fair bit of traffic noise. As always, they are very cyclist friendly at Starbucks. Great place to stop and recharge.

Today I went to this location to clean up my sons backpack which he spilled Frappuccino on. After I was finished, I went back to the store to get a spoon for my daughter, one of the girls, Amanda, looked at me sarcastically like what do you want this time. I was frustrated already with spilled shake everywhere in my car and that attitude made my moment worse. I did not expect this behavior from starbucks which is my favorite place to wind down.

I work around the corner, and my drink is always ready to go (mobile order). All staff is friendly, Isaiah and Marcel in particular take time to know the customers names and are very attentive.

Overall in the past they had a hard time. But this past year the store has turned itself around. And is back to the way it was. Friendly and fun to stop by. But most of all the over priced drink taste great everytime from here. Everywhere else!, seems like they forget to mix the drink and it tastes dull.

I come to this Starbucks because its closest to my work so its convenient. What makes me enjoy going to this location is that mostly all of the employees are friendly and welcoming. My order is usually ready pretty quickly when I use the mobile app. I dont love Starbucks so I cant honestly give a 5 star rating but, I definitely like this particular Starbucks and would recommend based on the quality of the drinks, the friendly staff, and the cleanliness of the store. Also, parking can be a real pain when its busy because its an awkwardly shaped lot.

The worst & slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, all I ordered was a Grande Cafe Vanilla Frappe and it took them 15 + mins to make it. Keep in mind the inside was not crowded when I ordered my drink. I will never go to the Starbucks ever again! Worst experience! And the staff lack communication with customers.

Rudest Manager ever! Allison...not going back... I dont even drink coffee! But I do know good customer service and going above and beyond! I was there to pick up coffee for teachers that are located right behind this store. $50 to be exact! In travelers containers. What I needed was lids with my cups...what I got was a complete attitude! On how the cups dont come that way instead of how I couldnt purchase more empty cups with lids for the teachers to have coffee safely around toddlers. Total disappointment....if that is the stores policy it needs to be changed...not going back again will find a different coffee shop that is willing to accommodate customers better! There is a coffee shop on every corner go somewhere else!

I really liked the vibe here at this starbucks... Hip crew, very well organized and the food and frappuccinos were amazing... One of the smoothest running Starbucks around... Very busy in the mornings with a lot of professional clientel in and out with their breakfast sandwich and latte... Tapered off after lunch and was a comfortable crowd in the afternoon... They close at 1830 (6:30PM) which seemed a little early to me but then I think most Starbucks should close at 2200 (10:00PM), some at Midnight and a few should be 24hr...just my opinion dont hold it against me... Met some good people here at this location and I cant say enough about the team... They are top notch, professional, and personable... Five stars all the way... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service. Has a nice patio where your well-behaved dog can (unofficially?) be with you. Comfy chairs! No study/conference table. Fair number of outlets. The parking lot gets crowded.

5 stars for Roxanne and Jennifer. 0 stars for the Lady that assisted us yesterday. Assisted is actually a big word she was rude and I think she needs to get trained on customer service. Youll be in line for 20 minutes for a simple cup of coffee

I walked in for a simple drip today, I was ignored. I stood there waiting to get a cashiers to take my order, and when he finally did. He made me wait for a simple drip, while the customer behind me got his drip on the spot.They think there coffee is that good! Thats deserves snobby service!Peets coffee and McDonalds has wayyy better coffee, without snobby staff.

This is the friendliest coffee shop anyone can visit. The employees wear the company name and logo with pride. It might be because the company is treating employees well. Just an idea for those other companies packeting the profits by the millions and paying no attention to the people who actually face customers/clients .

Nice place to spend a day, always clean. My only complaint in the employees. They dont even call you when you order is ready. Well Starbucks is Starbucks. The strange thing about this Starbucks is the look of the place. It is on the corner and it easily blends into the surrounding stores. The first time I was there I drove past it. One other downside to this Starbucks is the limited inside seating.
