I would Give it a five star if didn’t tend to ignore you at the counter. They have four people to five people at any given time, and yet you have to ask for their attention. I’ve come here numerous times, and it seems to be the same and matter what. Edit. They made a mistake in the order and fixed or quickly with no grief. There are good staff

Very bright and open space but not enough desks for laptop works. Very cold inside probably due to leaking warm air.

I love this Starbucks.I bring my iPad and laptop and work from here and service is always great 😊 the drinks are divine.Keep up the great service.

Great Starbucks! I come hear often to work and sit outside. There is plenty of seating outside with both comfy chairs and tables. During the spring and summer months take note that the sun will incinerate you in the afternoon. Great place to people watch. and for a quick meet-up. Gelato place next door is bomb 💣.

Was only short 20 cents because I had no idea the prices all of sudden went up ???! Cashiers couldnt even help w 20 cents ! Thats ridiculous! Wont be back and I was an everyday customer not no more ill keep my business at Greenville location in Livermore

This place gets crowded on weekends so no surprises that some guests got a little inpatient. Thats not a reason for the store manager to raise her voice at a customer who may have been a little frustrated in his tone. If you are in the service industry, its important to keep your cool around paying customers. This should be two stars but one extra for baristas who were hauling to get the drinks made.

This is so far the best Starbucks I have ever visited. There are a number of passionate and friendly barista. Drinks are well made. Interior is clean, new, spacious, with nice sofa, clean and new bathrooms. Couldn’t find a thing I can criticize yet.
