Remodeled and looking good! Good atmosphere. Lots of house less people outside. There are NO electrical outlets (unless you reserve the conference room). Do not plan to charge your phone there.

I actually don’t even give it 1 star I give it 0, the customer service was terrible, they don’t listen to what you order correctly, when there taking your order they or getting distracted with other things such as talking with their co workers and doing other things instead of listening closely to your orders. I come from 2 hours away and I would rather get my Starbucks at my home town better service and if they get the drink wrong they don’t charge and help you out with everything.

My brother gave me a bday gift card and i decided to use it this morning. I like to use the drive thru and mobile order because its the easiest way and less chaotic . But this morning, the drive thru was closed and i went inside. My drink was ready but my food item wasnt there. Someone asked what was my name and they looked around and didnt see anything so i stood on the side to wait. Then this other guy comes and basically has the same problem and she fixes his problem and then he leaves. Im stuck waiting and I would have left but this was a birthday gift. Honestly i work customer service also and I just dont get it. When they have a problem i do my best to fix it and not just ignore them

I ordered a traveler coffee and they told me it going to take about 20 minutes because they didnt have enough people I dont know how many people takes to make a 96 OZ of coffee when there wasnt so many cars or people to serve. I think they need more than 6 people to make 96 OZ of coffee. We will take my business somewhere else.the cashier sherlin was rude she like to talk more than work.

My order was wrongly prepared! So sweet, ughh. I asked for two pumps instead of four. It tasted as if they put six pumps instead.I bought a gift card, they said they don’t have any more sleeves to put it in. They apologized after they have charged me for the goods.At home I had to fix this drink, hoping to make it better! This is ridiculous!! I have to wash my blender and do all the stuff that I didn’t want to do to begin with because this is Sunday evening.What is the point of purchasing a service if it’s not gonna be properly delivered?

I was here on July 2023. We come to this branch often as its near where I live. The lady customer a few people before me pointed out to the cashier that there was a fly inside the glass shelf where the cakes, cookies, and other dessert were. I looked and indeed there was a fly buzzing about inside flying around inside. I heard the cashier coolly say, Dont worry, the food here is just for display. We dont actually serve them to customers. I was appalled. No hint of alarm, no apologies were given. I dont believe that they dont serve the food thats on there to customers. And even if that was the case, a fly hovering on the food is not exactly a pleasant sight and a good sign. I still bought my coffee but left the store absolutely disgusted.

Id say overall this place deserves 4 stars. I love Starbucks, the drinks there taste really good. However, there have been many occasions where the baristas have made my drink wrong or gave me the wrong drink. Sometimes they are also out of a certain ingredient. It usually takes 10-20 minutes to get your drink. In general, its a nice place. The drinks and food is good, the waiting area is calming and sanitary, and there is fast service.

They seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with orders and had to keep on checking the names on the mobile orders to make sure they didnt mix up the in store orders with the mobile orders. The wait time was a bit longer than usual but the drinks came out amazing and delicious as usual 👍🏼☺️

Drinks are always accurate but Ive never been to a slower location. Both drive thru and inside take forever. I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for an Iced Tea. I understand its a busy location but then there should be more workers to balance the heavy volume. The people there are nice most of the time though so its not all bad. Wait times are just awful.

They are not that good at making drinks. They dont like to specialize orders. If you do ask for something different than the way the recipe calls for if they do it wrong they are not happy to fix it, Unlike every other Starbucks in the world. I dont really have a specialized anything but my kid does and we all know how picky kids are, just wants extra creamer in the drink. At this location it looks as if they only put creamer in the drink then Ill go ask them to add some more coffee and syrup and they look at me like Im asking them to remake the drink or something. Its not complicated. They always seem irritated, they always seem like you are inconveniencing them by walking into their Starbucks. I try to avoid this Starbucks if there are other options to go to. And as much as I appreciate the manager reaching out to the people that review that location, if they read my review why do I need to go leave another one somewhere else? Shouldnt management notice that almost every review is relatively bad concerning that store, but this is what Im talking about with that store. Lazy. And lets not mention the blanket response that the manager leaves for everyone that reviews that store. Where is the owner of that store. Maybe they would like to know how much money they are losing because of their management. It starts with the leadership. Im not leaving the review for them Im leaving it for you guys. I dont care if my kid likes the drink. I would prefer that my kid not like the drink. Starbucks everyday gets expensive and that kid wants Starbucks everyday. At least if they see a customer coming in everyday you would think they would know how to make that persons drink but since its a teenager they could care less. Teenagers cant afford to tip so why remember how to make their drink. Better leadership encourages team morale.

This is my treat to myself, and I always pre-order from the app and pick up in store. They are so nice! Once I watched a barista pick up a cup to check the name on it, and the lid popped and spilled a very small amount out. She immediately took the cup back and made a whole new drink. When she returned it to the rack, she called out my name! I was seriously impressed, because she didnt know I was there yet, or that I had witnessed the spill, and she still made a whole new drink! This is just one example of the always fantastic and friendly service I receive here. Oh yeah, and the coffee is great too!Many thumbs up! 👍👍👍👍👍

I recently visited this establishment with a two-part order, composed of one caramel crunch frappe and baguette. Order was short one Baguette. When “order up” is called it’s safe to assume the order is complete, in this case it wasn’t.The distance from the bar to door not a single “hey, your baguette” or nothing.But other patron get a loud “hey!” “Welcome too starBucks”I didn’t think I would even need to check my order considering this is a Fortune 500 company that prides itself on proving the best Customer service.I know It’s human error on my behalf, I was moving too fast. Too expensive, its already an expensive coffee shop and now its ridiculous. They take long to take your order even with a few customers and somehow manage to get it wrong. Im very disappointed. Staff is rude, almost like they dont want to be there. I guess on a good note, store is clean. There is plenty of parking nearby, including wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

This is a great Starbucks in a great location, and the staff has been generally... great! I withdraw one star ONLY because they seem to often be out of critical items, such as pastries. If you drive to this location, the chances are high that the first thing you notice is the long line of cars waiting in the drive-thru. So this is a popular location. Given that fact, it would be nice if management would make sure that more pastries and other food items were stocked better, so that by 6 p.m. on a Saturday night, my friends and I would not get there only to find that they had little or nothing left in the pastry department, and all this time, we had been drooling just thinking about what treats we hoped to find for our post-workout dessert snack. Everything else about this Starbucks is top notch. The staff is incredible, period.

This location has gone downhill lately in terms of getting drinks out. Mobil ordering tells you 20+ minutes so now I order with 20 minutes before I am ready. Get to the store and 10 minutes later Im still waiting. Its all new people who dont know how to make drinks so it goes super slow for everything. My friend and I got hit by another car in the parking lot. Drive thru went through the parking lot and people dont pay attention when backing up apparently. They couldve really better organized that aspect of their business. (We got cut in line by another even tho we were still in line while we were exchanging info with the other vehicle.) Two, they messed up my order. I ordered a coffee frappe with almond milk and half and half and they gave me a caramel frappe with almond milk and cream. Which fine its still an ok drink but I dont care for caramel.

Today they turned what would have been a simple mistake into a PROBLEM... Will not go back there for their unprofessional way of handling it. Their response to my simple fix it was... Its the SAME thing... Very upscale and modern coffee house with great customers from all walks of life. The fact that these business class professionals come to this place to conduct their business and their interviews speak volumes to the quality of the customer service and the cleanliness of the interior dining room. The staff are very approachable and laid back, unlike most other Starbucks houses that I have been to in the past and their service is prompt and efficient. My girlfriend said her name was TPain and they obliged willingly. This all despite the fact that the area around this Starbucks is known for its endemic homelessness problem.

Your Lobby close too early at 3 as a Uber Eats driver the customer that placed the order has an expectation of normal pickup times based on their initial order and if you have it drive-through only that could potentially add another half hour the process of delivery. You should have a separate line walk-in just for food delivery customers and people that I have not placed the orders she goes to the drive-through because the orders have been placed by pickup orders for delivery drivers well in advance of the people just showing up in the drive-thrus.

I just went in so I can use my $10 gift card, but what I received was a lot more than what I asked for. It was very hard for me to take in the kindness that this young man had shown towards me when all I did was smile and say thank you. I always believe that you should always show kindness and compassion to everyone you come in contact with by just saying hello with a smile. But Justin returned it back with so much more, one act kindness can do so much more for someone who wasnt expecting it. All I wanted was a green tea without sweets and I liked so much I came back to try the hot version. Justin please continue to give great customer service with a whole bunch of human kindness. We went to get a Strawberry acai, they didnt have it. I asked about alternatives, they disnt have any, except for pineapple. They didnt have the product, plus they were rude about the service, then we had to wait 20 minutes just to get out of tge drive thru with no apologies, no gratitude, or not even a coupon. You guys should really add coupons when we have to wait 30 minutes to get out of the line. Its on the larger end of Starbucks stores Ive frequented and has high ceilings to make it feel roomier. Perfectly located next to the Metro Blueline and also has a drive-thru feature. Plenty of seating, too, for a cosy experience whenever you pay a visit.

Tried to order ahead through the app from 5:30 (when they open) until 6:00 when I pulled up to their store and found the doors still locked. There were already 4 cars in the drive-thru, but I got in line anyway and placed my order. 2 Venti iced vanilla bean coconut milk lattes, a Reduced fat turkey and egg white sandwich, and their NEW Smoked shoulder bacon breakfast sandwich.Over 15 minutes later, when I finally made it to the window, I could see the barista just starting to make my drinks. The cashier charged me, and handed me the bag with the food in it, and I waited another couple of minutes before they told me that they were out of the vanilla bean powder. When I asked what else she might suggest, she just stood there with a blank look on her face. Ultimately she simply offered to refund the drinks, so I accepted that and left.Now, I get to work, and find that instead of their new smoked shoulder bacon breakfast sandwich, they just gave me the Bacon Gouda and egg sandwich (which I dont particularly care for).From now on, Ill just take the extra few minutes to go out of my way to the location on Spring and California, or even Willow and Cherry.
