It is an older Starbucks located in the same parking lot as the court house. I came here because my go to Starbucks ran out of the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino, but good thing the app tells you so you wouldn’t need to go to that location. The app allows you to find one that does. The staff here saved my day. They made my drink perfectly. Thank you so much!!🙏🏽🫶🏼

Went to there yesterday 4/28/24 to grab some drinks with my two nieces in the afternoon. The store was not busy so right away the gentleman (Tall chubby guy with Burnette hair) asked what we wanted to order. We havent been to a Starbucks in awhile so we didnt quite know right away what we wanted to order. The gentleman seemed to be annoyed and bothered by us. We asked a few questions regarding some new drinks and his tone of voices when answering us was very unfriendly. After ordering we sat down and when our drinks came out the guy and the other employee did not even bother calling out my name for us to grab our drinks.Starbucks mangers please remind your employees to be friendly, welcoming, and professional.

Worst customer service always difficult when I come and order live nearby disappointing I really love Starbucks the first time I thought maybe it was just me not explaining myself right but it seems like every time I go even with friends and family. They always make things difficult and feel entitled on their way explaining stuff just really burnt out on the disrespectful customer service, talk to Suzanne . She was OK with it. She said she was a supervisor disappointing that she’s in charge.

I have been coming here for years now and always left great reviews. However the last 4 or 5 times my very basic & simple order has been made incorrectly. I am not one to complain so I just drink it and go about my day(even though I’m highly disappointed and it tastes bleh) but I feel that they need a better/more experienced person in the drive thru. The order taker screws up everything because he/she cannot take the correct order.

Very busy Starbucks, cleanliness needs work both in the dining area and especially in the bathrooms. The front patio with outdoor seating is nice, but theres quite a lot of non-patrons that come through also. Overall, its a nice SB for working even though the music is turned up really loud. The AC is turned up high so on a hot summer day this is a refreshing place for a cool drink and a place to rest for awhile. Food though is just the packaged stuff reheated if needed. Very few parking spots.

Drive thru gets the priority. So if you are inside you have to wait for the cashier to make your drink. 14 mins waiting for my drink. As the Barista skipped over my order. Notice there is no name, because the place was empty. So 14 mins is the best time with a car or two. I could see if the drive thru was full.

Thaya or whatever her name is needs a demotion or fired. Run this place like garbage. They have 6 people working and not one at the counter. Manager is standing around talking and others are at the drive thru area all bunched together. They skip drinks out of order. They let the drive through go 5 times over before anyone inside gets their drinks. Minimum 30 minute wait. Terrible service avoid this location.

Since the Philidelphia incident, I havent been as frequent as a customer like I use to but I HAVE been getting my orders a lot faster than usual! I dont like standing in line, so I order on the app on my phone! Mobile pick-ups are much faster than standing in long lines! I DID have good time when the one on Folsom Blvd helped out with Crickets Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday, September 8th!

Ordered my coffee and was standing there talking to my friend while waiting. They never called my name. They just let it sit there on the counter with all the other coffees. I was so irritated. I kept noticing people who came in after me get their items and walk out. Not good customer service. Maybe they dont call out your name anymore... Im not a fan of that change. But at least now I know.

Extremely disappointed! All the electrical outlets are covered up to discourage people staying g and meeting people. This is one of the points of having internet and seating and meeting someone for coffee. Im not planning on spending all day at starbuck, but had planned a meeting for a short 50 min and my laptop is dead. Had planned on charging my devices while meeting.YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME TAKING UP A SEAT! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!Im an avid fan of Starbucks and a gold card member since 2002!I work in the field and stop at every Starbucks In Nor Cal to grab some food a coffee, sit down and check my emails and work a few min while charging my devices. I have an inverter and sit in my truck.... now i will start looking for a new coffee stop. Trust me, there are tons of options these days! Yes.. Im disappointed! This shop is busy in the morning, but the staff is diligent and friendly. The customer before me ordered well over $200, so it took 5 minutes to get my coffee. The teamwork that the store exhibited while fulfilling all the orders was great. Kudos to the manager for running such a high-volume store so efficiently.

I went through the drive-through and ordered my drinks when I was ordering my tea she told me I couldnt order just the tea bag which I do weekly at this store. When I got my drinks my tea was not even made and my venti creme brulee was only half full. I would have been much more understanding if they were busy. But it was literally me and 1 car behind me. A very odd and uncomfortable experience.... there were at least 10 batistas behind the counter when I walked in (not exaggerating), maybe half of them made eye contact but not one greeted me.. I try to overlook that but when I stood at the register for more than 10 seconds (and I was the only one in line) and noticed that I was just getting looks, it was obvious that this was flat-out poor customer service. One barista literally walked in front me and just looked and then looked away.. it was weird. Finally, a batista acknowledged me and asked (very rudely) if I had been helped, I shook my head no. Unfortunately, they didnt have what I wanted so I just walked out. I have been going to Starbucks for years and most of my experiences have been great but I have heard rumors about this store and how they treat certain customers 🤔.. I will be reaching out to corporate about this

Not satisfied when the breve hot lattes over here, not enough espresso, it felt like i was drinking condensed warm milk, on top of that the lids weren’t fully sealed and one of my drinks ended up spilling ALL over my seats

I go to this Starbucks often and I love the customer service Angel gives me. Everytime I or other costumers comes in she greets us so kindly. Last Tuesday and Wednesday night she brought a whole comedy show with her and made my night. Life as a full time student has me stressing over my fast paced-summer classes but after having a conversation with her about college, I didn’t feel alone. Come to this Starbucks! Multiple employees saw me walk in and not one of them greeted me. While standing in front of the mobile order opening, not one employee asked what I was there to pickup. My order was ready, but not at the mobile order window. I had had to put a lot of effort in to getting someone to acknowledge me and get my order. There was another customer that was there before me, who was also patiently waiting for his order. They didn’t bring his order out until after I asked for mine. A customer came in after me and the employees spoke harsh to her and she did absolutely nothing to warrant the employees rudeness. Thankfully, they got my order right, but not worth the price and I’m a Starbucks lover. This Sacramento, CA location at Power Inn and Romona has always had horrible customer service.

The best time to go is after 4pm. The night crew there is awesome. Theyre always friendly and get your order and name right the first time. If you order from your Starbucks app they always have very it hot and ready for you when you walk through the door. I have 2 adult and 2 teen children we use this location to meet and talk and have family time, catch up with each other.

I almost wanted to deduct a star for the crazy parking situation since the drive thru line is so ling it basically has a possibility of blocking you in if you are not careful. The parking lot is very narrow so very careful parking close of you are caught in the morning rush. Conversely the inside is as tranquil and friendly and you can enjoy the wonderful smell of coffee and relaxation therapy by breathing in the sweet java. Good seating and views of the mad world outside.

The only issue here is the limited parking which creates a bigger line for the drive thru but with their location between two courthouses you should expect needing a few extra minutes when the morning Rush hits. Never had a problem with baristas or messed up orders and everyone is friendly.

This location always has a wait in the drive thru even if there are only 2 or 3 cars. Although I have only been there 3 times, each time was a longer than normal wait. They do have quite a nice outdoor seating area though but I have yet to take advantage of it.

This location seems to close the inside area at their leisure. As someone who goes to this location multiple times a week it is beyond frustrating that their phone lines are constantly down, they have WiFi issues and they are listed online as having both the dining room and the drive thru open yet constantly throughout the week the inside is closed.

Ive never met a rude Starbucks employee till today. Here. I talked to 3 different, very rude women. They got my order wrong, so I went through the drive through again and told the woman at the window what happened. I wanted my drink with vanilla and sweet cream and they only gave sweet cream. For some reason I had to explain this to two other people thru the window. The last one said we didnt put any vanilla in it I said I know but I ordered it with vanilla. While I was able to buy an iced coffee, just about everything else was out of stock. Given the prime location near the court house I would have expected better from this branch. The ergonomics of the drive thru were a nightmare. Even in a midsized sedan I struggled to navigate the meandering curves without contributing to the rather sizeable scuff marks on the pavement. Its clear many other vehicles faired worse.

This location has 0 outlets available for you to use while working. 4 stars for good service but no outlets. I feel like this is something people want to know. The local management seems to have decided to cover them up or limit to one outlet in just about every location I have been to. It’s crazy to walk in and see all the covered panels. I miss having a public workspace which for me was the best part of Starbucks; well that and their fast internet. Panera has slow internet but at least they typically have a couple of places you can plug in.

Had my cousin pick me up something this morning. Totally fd up our order. I ordered an iced Americano, they gave me a hot one.
