The Starbucks has good surroundings, and there are tables outside, although they are not cleaned. The service was unfortunately a lackluster, like that from Benoitte, unpleasant attitude.

Starbucks is my go to breakfast place. I usually grab a banana and the almond butter if I can. I prefer coffee since my doctor is trying to get me to drink coffee and tea. I also enjoy the hot tea with lemonade steamed inside for a twist on an Arnold Palmer

The manager of this Starbucks store, Monique, is the worst manager Starbucks has. She sabotages her employees and chooses who she wants and who she doesn’t in her store. She really needs to get fired. The other manager, Jennifer, does nothing about it either. Avoid this Starbucks at all cost. If I can give this location 0 stars, I would. The only thing this location has going for it is how nice this new building is. South Pasadena needs better.

As might be expected in South Pasadena, this Starbucks is expert managed. Nonetheless, the team members are genuinely friendly and helpful. And don’t miss a chance to sit on the awesome patio and watch the world go by. Great spot for conversation and people watching.

Dont have a white name? Then expect your drink to lay on the service counter for long until you decide to check every drink for yours. Employees will scream at you while questioning you what you are doing standing in the waiting area . Just go to the coffee & bean shop across the street, much better service and food quality.Below Average drink quality.

I havent ordered a drink here yet, but I love how spacious it is and the comfortable stools. There is an abundance of seats. The bathrooms are clean and have Dyson airblowers to dry your hands.

Couldn’t get my order right, and messed up the items at the end. I ordered large coffee and got small one with the amount of honey that I was going to put in a large one.Eggs didn’t include utensils. Eat with hands I guess 😄

I love this Starbucks a lot. The drinks are obviously great and the customer service is alright. I just dont like it when the woman MyMy serves you. When I was ordering she was very grumpy and distracted so couldnt ask my questions without her acting bored. But overall Starbucks is a great place to hang out.

Slow service. Like crazy slow. And its in a weird location sharing the building with a bank. Beware of the nonstandard hours.Its a great location if youre a bank robber looking to spend a while casing the joint. Otherwise, look for a drive thru with less chatty workers.

This is a great environment whether youre on the go and need coffee quick, or you just need a space to get some work done. Food and drink were good and I had an excellent experience with a guy named Tim who took my order.

Male red haired leader/manager does not need to be in the service industry. His level of service is subjective. Find a leader/manager who can be a consistent influence for this location.

Good service as at all Starbucks. My problem lies in the fact that three times Ive seen the water in the large sink behind the counter running. I seem to elicit irritation when I point it out although I really work hard at not sounding self-righteous. Several employees told me they didnt know anything about it and left it running. One time no one would turn it off. Twice someone did when it was pointed out. Shouldnt we be careful about this? Theres a terrible drought in California and thats a big sink.

Not my best Starbucks experience. I dont know the area at all and I needed to find a place to kill time while waiting for someone. I picked this location because it was near where I needed to be and appeared to be in a city center with a lot of other things. I was going to go to a closer Starbucks but the area didnt look so nice and I had kids with me...so I was trying to play it safe.The location is city center with old town vibe. I dont know if this area is considered old town Pasadena or not..but it certainly had a charming feel to it. Tons of surrounding stuff. The Starbucks location though was a little weird. There was street parking only from what I could tell. It shares a location with Wells Fargo Bank and it appeared the lot parking was for the bank and other shops but I could be wrong.Its a small Starbucks with only about 5 tables inside. The bank is literally part of the coffeehouse separated by glass walls. There were 3 seats for 2 and then 2 tables that could accommodate 3 to 4 people each but they were over by the bathroom and front entry. There is no cool vibe here.The condiments at the creme and sugar station were placed out in their store packaged containers. So if I wanted vanilla I had to open a giant tub of powdered vanilla.There was another item packaged like that sitting on top of the vanilla but I didnt see what it was.I just wanted tea and snacks for the kids. My daughter wanted milk but apparently, they stopped carrying plain milk and I could only buy flavored milk. Nobody offered to sell me plain milk in a cup which I found annoying and truthfully, I didnt bother to ask because I was bothered by how long it took to find out if anyone knew they sold regular milk.I ordered and paid and got the treats right away but my tea never came ..I had to ask for it. The barista asked if I wanted honey and when I said yes, it turned out they were fresh out of honey and I could only get agave. I asked for lemon instead and she replied they had none but could put a splash of lemonade in my tea. Nice gesture, but I declined.The tea and treats tasted fine as I would expect and the staff was nice. However, I was really disappointed that I chose this location. A trip to Starbucks with the kids is a treasured and rare moment for us...and this Starbucks blew it for me.So you got a weird location, stock your stuff and make it nice for those who are just passing through..I mean cmon youre Starbucks for geez sakes I just paid $3 for a cup of hot water and a tea bag. I could have brought that from home and just gone to the park. Correction...I should have brought that from home and just gone to the park! The treats were good though so my kids did enjoy getting to choose from the case.

I swear they’re training baristas to be rude to in-person customers to get them to switch over to mobile ordering. I was the only person in this Starbucks and I was ignored. Literally the only customer standing there.
