It’s just a Starbucks. I’ve been to many of these in Hong Kong, US and Hawaii. This is the best. That includes the flagship in Seattle, which was my hangout 1991-1993!

I came in to use the restroom accompanied by my boyfriend,, & two female employees were actively insulting me directly outside of the bathroom & even called over a third [male] employee to accompany them . they also complained that i used the hand dryer six times . the electric hand dryer is placed on the right side of the sink,, which blows directly into the sink, & i was trying to avoid getting water & soap suds blown directly into my face & hair due to their poor placement of the hand dryer . once i had exited the restroom & saw them, i told them that their words werent very nice & unnecessary & explained why i had used the hand dryer as many times as i did & the female employees were snickering at me & were incredibly passive aggressive . they did not apologize & instead thanked me (?) in efforts to shut me down .i genuinely believe that if i did not have a man with me,, they wouldve been a lot more disrespectful to my face,, regardless of my level of kindness . as someone with social anxiety,, i found the staff to be incredibly disrespectful,, & people like this make it harder to go out & enjoy public spaces . i will not be returning & would not recommend this place to anyone,, even for a simple bathroom trip .

This Starbucks has actually gotten quite good in recent years. It is bizarre that its one the only chain businesses in a downtown district with a strict no chain policy, and its in the center of downtown as well. The atmosphere is nice, but like most Starbucks, the seating it not very abundant or accommodating for people of all ages. Service is usually pretty good, and its rare I get a non Starbucks tasting drink from them. Its probably the 2nd best location in town.

Always nice staff. Very helpful. Very clean too. Drinks are always as ordered.

This is a place my husband and i come to to relax and write or just spend time with each other. It was his first time having a cranberry bliss bar. He loved it. The baristas were super friendly and always smiling . Will definitely come back and spend time here when we can.

I just paired the apple croissant with the iced shaken espresso and I flipping loved it brightened my day got me over my hang over, got me going

I came here to get a coffee and let them know that I have a tree nut allergy and I have never been treated with such kindness and care, they made 100% sure that my beverage was safe. I’m not sure what their names are but I came in on Friday the 13th around 9:30 am, give them a raise ❤️

This is a very good spot to rest (as long as you order something) if youre on a bit of a walk around downtown. The coffees vary on quality but usually theyre very good and well-made by the staff. Definitely recommend for a study or rest spot.

Lovely store with super fast service. Great before work and theyve never messed up my order at this location.
