Terrible will not make what you ask repeatedly then tell you it’s because of how you order it…go elsewhere if you want sweet cream foam they will just make you “vanilla cream” mixed in… but never forget to casually ask you for a 30% tip

10-30-20 ☆ ☆Used to be a great spot, not anymore. My espresso was so weak... tasted like a regular coffee. The other thing I did like is that even though they are open till 7 pm one of the baristas came out to the patio at 5:35 and told me (in a very unpleasant way) that they were closing it in 10 minutes, and started removing chairs and a trash can.Definitely my last time here. Also I’ve started thinking about switching to Coffee Bean.

I was in the area to have my car serviced at the KIA dealership located a few miles from this Starbucks location. I’m not from the site and needed to kill a few hours until my vehicle was ready.This is an excellent location with good service.There is only outdoor seating, so space is limited if you want to work from the laptop for a few hours.The service is quick and efficient, and there is only one bathroom.This place isn’t great for large groups or study groups.My usual order is a grande ice chai with almond milk and a bagel with cream cheese, and this time, I got a chocolate chip cookie as well.Free, easy parking.

Hard to come up with new superlatives for a place everyone goes everyday lol. Good coffee, the dogs love the pup cups. Nothing to say. Just go. I will add this one remodeled sometime recently I guess, and it is much nicer than it was before. Still very popular.

I come from Toluca Lake to get my latte. I hadn’t been in in about 6 months and infrequently previous year because of a move. Mark and Madi both recognized me and remembered my name. Their greeting ( plus perfectly made latte, non fat 1 Splenda) raised my spirits and brings me back now weekly. Starbucks has amazing staff at this location and makes the customers feel at home.

No indoor seating and despite website claiming its open until 9:30, they kick you off their outdoor seating at 7:30. Website needs a better description of amenities and differentiate between open and open for takeout only hours. If a coffee shop is open then I expect to be able to sit in it and drink my coffee.

Asked for a very normal hot grande latte.What I received tasted like a grande hot milk.Seems to me that due to the state of the economy, or perhaps purely for shareholder profit, Starbucks have cut the amount of coffee that they put in the shots. If not, they have changed suppliers or the roast. Starbucks no longer have their distinctive taste and quality.Coffee lovers, like me, who drink several cups every single day, want to taste and smell their coffee.

This is the closest Starbucks to me so I go often unfortunately. They aren’t friendly and they don’t make you feel welcomed. There are two short Latinas in specific that have a bad attitude and they do the bare minimum. Iv heard guests before say “what’s her problem” when talking about ordering with her. You can tell they are there for the paycheck and nothing else. The bad service can be overlooked but the bad drinks can not. When you get a drink they leave the syrup on the bottom without mixing it in the espresso or the rest of the drink. You can tell it’s rushed because they don’t put any effort into making it the proper way. On top of all this they are really slow and don’t know how to handle rushes. It’s not uncommon to wait 10-15 minutes for your drink. Last time I was there all the other customers seemed upset and were talking amongst each other about how each of them waited over 15 minutes. So in the end, there isn’t much good to say about this location. Really not worth the hassle, I hope they make changes because they have potential especially since they are a busy location in a nice area.

Just for my people of color, be expected to have staff knock on the restroom door and ask if everything is “ok” after 8mins of use. Most likely if I walked in and looked white and not a colored (brown) individual I could’ve spent 30mins in the restroom with no interruptions. Noted and hope others note and reconsider spending even a cent at this franchise.My entry date was 09/09/22 at 6:20 and was out by 6:30. Side note: my gf was waiting on her coffee as we ordered online. My outfit was a plain regular sized navy blue tee, black shorts (slight above knee) and crocs. I suppose that my outfit screamed vigilante/bad guy or something it must’ve been the crocs.

I really like this remodeled store. Although fairly small for the crowd they get ALL the time, they are managing fine. I appreciate their effort to move the patrons quickly in and out. MThe other day I noticed the manager meeting with a district manager figuring out ways to smooth the operation further.Thats great effort. And the crew are really working hard. I see it every day. Keep it up! This will become my regular morning store. cause I am a fan! Especially because they get my drink consistently perfect!

This location has minimal parking as it shares a lot with other businesses, but there is street parking available as well as parking in back. The baristas are quick and friendly and my chemistry experiment was spot on.I gave 4 stars because they had a disturbance in the store which created a health issue and no one was aware of the potential exposure to the food/drinks on the counter.

Terrible service. It was pretty busy and I came for a refresher and a sandwich. Out of 2 registers they couldnt break a 100 bill. My cashier was nice, but the girl next to her was so rude. She wouldnt make eye contact with me yet kept telling the other girl she couldnt use 5s to break my bill. She told her to cancel my transaction and say sorry. I stated I cant get anything because you cant break my bill? How is that my fault? She then, finally could look at me and said she would give me my drink since it was already made, but no food! I couldnt believe how rude she was! Usually I wouldnt care but that woman needs a new job she has terrible customer service skills.

The people working this location are unbelievably rude. I witnessed them hand out several wrong orders to customers, never say thank you or have a nice day. I was greeted with a heloooooo when I was still looking at the mwnu. When I asked kindly for a simple request I was given attitude and no eye contact. I will never come here again. The Ralphs across the street offers much better customer service.

Made a stop here while waiting for my car to be serviced nearby. They follow all COVID precautions inside and they have 2 outdoor seating tables which was nice to sit at while I waited. Theres also a nice security guard who walks the stripmall and removed a homeless man who was pestering customers for money.

Its hot or miss with how well your drink is made ... this visits drink was made correctly but not exciting. Yhe kicker was the bakery item. I ordered pumpkin loaf and was asked if I wanted it warmed ... sure why not? Well heres where the miss came into play. When i was given the bag i didnt look inside immediately as i was waiting for my drink and wanted to enjoy them together. When i looked in the bag while after having driven away imagine my surprise that it was still in the plastic wrapper. So needless to say it NOT warmed up. When did the procedure change that food items ordered someplace are left in the packaging and then presented to the customer?

Just ordered two bacon & Gouda breakfast sandwiches and took one bite and the inside was still frozen. I then drove back to get them to make it again and they said they were sorry and reheat with open bun. I bite into the new sandwich and the center was frozen again. I had no patience to drive back and just threw them out! Terrible! I dont think the woman making the sandwiches today knows how to heat them up... Ive came here before during the week days and first time here on a Saturday but it was terrible.

I have always found the baristas here to be quite friendly and they always get my drink orders right. This location does limit the number of customers in the store at one time due to COVID-19 restrictions so sometimes you have to wait outside. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic and local restrictions, there is no in store seating and the restrooms are closed to the public but there is an outdoor seating area with table umbrellas for shade along with free wifi. This store also has a drive-thru but I notice that often walk up ordering is generally faster. You also have the option of ordering ahead with their Starbucks phone app. One nice thing about this particular store is that they are open until midnight which is convenient for me as I often work late hours.

This Starbucks is not the best I’ve been to. I noticed the barista caught himself after making my drink iced rather than hot and had to remake the drink. The staff was decently friendly. There’s also extremely limited seating. Also, they played “moody” rock music a bit too loudly. I’m not sure why they’re playing music that doesn’t cater to a wider scope of customers —maybe because the staff here is quite young? Parking is ample behind the building.I still feel that the Calabasas/Las Virgenes, Mulholland Drive and Warner Center locations have the best customer service in the valley with friendly staff who make you feel like they care about your Starbucks experience.Disappointed with the ambient feel and service of this location.

This Starbucks location is always packed during the weekday mornings. If you are in hurry, I would avoid this location. You will spend at least 15 minutes waiting in line.This store is very small in size. There is not much room to sit down and study. Have you heard about this place? Its called Starbucks, and they serve coffee. Its pretty cool, you go in, and then order coffee. I go to several different Starbucks. The one on Burbank Blvd. in Van Nuys has notably the best, most efficient staff. They know my name and drink more often than any of the others I frequent, and although they do a high volume (there are far fewer stores up here than down on Ventura Blvd., so they are usually very busy here), the manager has trained these guys so well that a line of 15 people zips through in about 5 minutes. Great team!
