The service was extremely confrontational when we tried to show them our mobile order that had been forgotten about. They were accusing us of ordering at the wrong store, when we had already picked up one of our ordered items from that store. They then proceeded to ignore us for twenty minutes longer, until we spoke up and again told them that we had been waiting almost 30 minutes because they forgot half of our order. Bagel was yummy.

Drinks are super watered down gets me mad because its not like i can take my tip back, i asked for extra syrup pumps too because this is my third time ordering, i ordered a brown sugar oatmeal shaken expresso and it still was nasty i have ordered this drink many times from other locations and its sweet not drinking water with ice.

One Asian guy that is very awkward every time Im there to pick up my mobile orders. He would hand drinks to all the customers that is there to pick up their order and he would not acknowledge me. Or hand me my orders until I have to say something or his colleagues have to tap him and let him know that Im existing and waiting. Normally hes not there Sundays Monday and Tuesday. But today is Tuesday and as I came of course hes doing the same routine as of being rude to me

The espresso beans are ok. But the price is way to expensive for what you get.

These guys are insanely good at what they do. I live in Santa Rosa in the North Bay but went down to Concord recently for the weekend and went to the Starbucks in the mall there in Walnut Creek. All I have to say is wow the people in the North Bay have nothing to complain about at their job when you see how fast these people move at the Starbucks at this location. They are serving so many orders to the public to coworkers of the mall that are picking up their coffees on their way to work and triple tasking every step of their day. All the while they were all very attentive and helpful and friendly great job team in the Walnut Creek Mall.

My late was almost empty more foam than coffee. Also, it takes a long time to be served. The service was good. But bathroom was ufffff sad. 😔

Lines were long so as an experience it should be kept in mind (hence the four stars) but the (five star) staff there were super switched on. Very impressed. A much different experience to my earlier one at another Walnut Creek Starbucks

It would be 1 star if the cashier wasnt a cool guy but some how my order disappeared. I ordered a venti iced coffee with an extra shot. I saw those in front of me and behind get their drinks yet I still waited. I asked what was going on with my order and it was missing. Then the guy making it was giving me attitude when I was looking for my drink. Then it seemed like it was a bother to actually make my drink and I said it had an extra shot I paid for but I know he did not add it. As its a drink I always order and know the taste it was missing the extra shot.
