When we ordered chocolate cookie crumble Frappuccino, they didn’t tell us they out of stock of cookie, just made it like double chocolate Frappuccino. After I tasted different, even showed them pictures, they just said normally they put cookies but today they don’t have. They didn’t let us know no cookie when we order it.First picture is what I want; Second one is what they made.

The bald gentleman was polite when taking my order. When I got the caramel frap I let the guy know that I requested extra caramel politely there was hardly anybody here but he was in a hurry and working really fast so he dumped my drink back into the blender and just dumped a whole bunch of caramel in the cup and then tossed the Frappuccino liquid back into the cup. Im usually not picky but the body language just seemed very rude.

Its a shame one employee ruined a 5 star review. I actually enjoying going to this starbucks but today there was a female employee there who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Ill drive 5 minutes passed this starbucks to avoid her and gone to the next closest one.

Loved this location, shame its closing down. I know its inconvenient if youre not coming in on foot, but none the less the location was great for this corner of SJ. The other locations will be much further out for me now...

Horrible experience EVERYTIME I come here. There’s no parking, no drive through, takes forever to get your drinks even when you order ahead on the app. And they NEVER read the instructions. They always give me an iced doppio instead of a hot one. They never get the strawberry açaí without ice even though it says it in the instructions. Then they get all snappy when you ask for the correct order and they have to remake it. Had they followed instructions, it wouldn’t have happened.

Im changing my review i previously left. Since Sep of 2020 I have notice the change on this location. Every barista has been friendly. I have the pleasure of meeting Natalie being there most of the time i order and she is the sweetest person Ive ever encounter. She makes sure your order is correct and engages with you. It definitely has become my favorite store.

Its your standard Starbucks, so you know what to expect when you enter. This is a corner location, so you will see the counter as soon as you walk in. Down a short hallway to your left are the restrooms and to your right is the only seating area. Despite the overall square footage there arent a lot of seats. Also, as it is on the corner of a busy intersection, there is no parking lot and there are not many street parking spots available to you

Joe was the best! I went late on a Friday night and then early the next morning and he was there! He was working hard, had a great attitude, and was just a pleasure! His speed of service was also great despite the short turn around! This guy needs a raise/ promotion! Thanks Joe!

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Don’t come to this one because your day will be ruined. The baristas disappeared for 15 minutes with one cashier. All orders piled up.

Its a coffee shop, this one has a nice ambiance, tho the music was a bit loud if you wanted to have a conversation. There is ample parking on the street or in the Safeway lot across the street. This is not one of the fancy cold-brew shops that are popping up in fancy neighborhoods.

This is one of four Starbucks locations near where Iive. Friendly staff who provide fast service. There is a garage with a good number of parking spots and you can enter from the garage itself. The front of the store usually has homeless people sitting on the chairs which is kind of synonymous with the bay area these days.

Parking at this location is awful !! Don’t even come here. No street parking and they share a parking lot with breakfast club and chase. This is also not a drive-through location which I don’t know why Google maps says that it is.

I have been a member since 2013 and tonight a lady refused to give me my money back for a horribly made coffee! The one who made it was cleaning while making my drink and it tasted VERY gross. I hated this experience, she did not even give me my receipt! I am very unhappy and want my money back!

We bought 2 fraupuccinos and a sandwich just to use use thier restroom. One of the worker said that the restroom was broken for three days and no one has been called to service it. Poorly managed starbucks. They did get our drinks in a reasonable amount of time.

So Starbucks is now turning customers away from using the restroom? So at this starbucks theres two bathrooms one is out of service and when I ask a employees for the code for the other I get a reply of sorry its out of service the other restroom is for employees only. What? So confused! Well for a place that is ment to come have a cup of coffee and do some studying or catch up on work not to have a bathroom available for its customers is unacceptable and Im sure a violation upon the establishment!
