I got egg bites for my daughter with my sandwich and drink this morning. She usually loves them. I didn’t check until we got home and unfortunately the egg bites were overcooked and slightly burnt. We get these often enough to know it isn’t the norm but I’m very disappointed the barista wouldn’t cook a new set when they noticed it happened. They were too overdone to eat.

I love this Starbucks. The baristas are always happy and kind. My kids always giggle in the drive thru because of the sweet workers. It’s right by my house so we visit often on the way to work. They’re also great at making their beverages just right. On the rare occasion there’s a mistake — they happily fix it.

This Starbucks is fantastic. There are a few near my house but I drive here every time. The manager, Jonathan, is one of the best managers in customer service. He has gone out of his way to make orders right if there is a mess up (which is super rare at this store though- they are greqt) and makes you feel welcome at his store. People dont acknowledge the good enough and he deserves some credit! Excellent starbucks location.

Wow was I impressed! I went driving around to some different Starbucks trying to find the mint tea. Many of them were out. When I called this Starbucks a girl named Mace answered and let me know that they had some and they’d make sure my drink was ready when I arrived. Sure enough when I arrived it was ready! Great customer service! Jorge was so helpful as well! I love this Starbucks!

So, today, as I was driving through the line to pick up my app order, my van died, short of the order station. I tried to restart and it started and immediately died. I knew others would soon be in line behind me. I put it in neutral, jumped out to push it. A very nice lady pulled in behind me, seeing my dilemma, jumped out and started pushing as well. Then employees from Starbucks and the other businesses adjacent in that building, pushed me up to get my order, then pushed me out to the parking lot to wait for AAA. They didnt have to. I am so grateful they jumped right in to help. I didnt get names as they were quite busy. Starbucks, UPS, and whoever else helped, thank you so much.

Today I went to the drive-thru with my 5-year-old son and I ♡ my order taker ARI !!!!!She was extremely kind and friendly. I placed my order and she bought me my drink. I was surprised and so happy for her generosity. I was totally inspired by ARI that I paid for the drink for the person behind me in the drive thru.I have always been the recipient of exceptional customer service at this Starbucks location. They dont have to put that extra effort into the customer relationship and the fact that they speaks volumes about the management and staff at this location.Thank you again ARI youre the best!!!!

I do love Starbucks. I dont really hang out, and I dont normally eat their food, but the coffee is a real treat for me. I always get the same thing. Dark roast with a shot of expresso, plenty of sugar and cream. The combo is the coffee equivalent of chocolate.

The Starbucks employee at the window looked like he had all the time in the world. Total joke! I will never go back to this Starbucks, I would rather drive farther and find one with better service. One of the baristas, Sean, was exceptionally nice to me. I had gotten off of a rough day at my job at the nearby Target, so I was feeling down. He ended up paying for my drink, and gave me a piece of lemon bread, when I told him this after he asked how my day was. If any manager from this location is reading this, give Sean a raise right now. He has restored my faith in humanity.

Vanessa is HANDS DOWN the BEST barista I have come across. Friendly, sociable, and professional with a good work ethic and AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walking in this location makes me feel like coming home to family. Im always greeted, and the staff are amazing! Noah, Shawn & Rlad are my peeps! This Starbucks always takes so much longer to give and receive orders. It’s a Saturday morning at 9:40 and we’ve been in line for 20 minutes and we just hit the speaker box to order when the lady says I’ll be right with you. We have 3 cars in front of us and we received our order at 9:54. It’s crazy how long it takes here. Lol, oh jeeze my drink tastes wrong.. like too much milk and not enough mocha or peppermint.. nope never again. I’d rather go into the Target to order or hit my go to spot on Los Alamos.

Yesterday evening I went to Starbucks and I was not very satisfied with my visit. Once I got there (around 4:30 P.M) the trash cans were overflowing with trash all over the floor. I wanted to try the unicorn frappe and they told me they were out which is understandable because it was the last day they were selling them. So instead I wanted to try the Strawberry Acai tea and the worker told me they were out. So then I got the caramel frappe and the worker said they were also out. I ended up getting a Passion tea. I asked to get it sweetened. When I received it, most of it was ice and tasted like there was no sweetener (completely tangy.)

Food and drink were great as usual. Jose working the window, should not be...he was the most unfriendly, unprofessional Starbucks employee I have encountered. He handed me my drink with my food wraped around it, with no napkins. Bryan, taking the orders was an example of a true Starbucks employee I am use to. Although the other employees especially Jose, look miserable. I visit many Starbucks and this locations employees, minus Bryan, look miserable.

Staff noticed me and walked the other way without acknowledging. This morning around 5 am I attempted a 27 Mile bike ride. Around the 10 mile Mark I ran out of water (due to poor planning) around Vista Murrieta highschool. Because Ive lived in the area my whole life, I knew that Starbucks was just over the horizon. I hadnt tried to talk for at least an hour, in order to keep my mouth from getting to dry.
